Self disclosure dalam komunikasi interpersonal sangat berpengaruh bukan hanya pada kehidupan sehari-hari tetapi juga di masa yang akan datang. Manusia merupakan makhluk sosial yang tidak bisa bergantung hidup sendiri, pun manusia mempunyai fitrah tersendiri yang diciptakan Tuhan, seperti kesetiaan, cinta dan kasih sayang. Hal itu sangat penting ketika berkomunikasi berlangsung. Self disclosure sendiri juga berarti keterbukaan diri yang mana setiap makhluk sosial yakni manusia harus mempunyai keterbukaan dirinya. Setiap manusia seringkali menutupi atau merahasiakan informasi dirinya terhadap orang lain, sehingga sebagian manusia tidak percaya akan kepada dirinya sendiri. Melalui komunikasi individu dapat memenuhi kebutuhan emosional dan meningkatkan kesehatan mentalnya. Belajar untuk memaknai apa itu kesetiaan, cinta dan kasih sayang pun sangat perlu karena dapat seseorang dapat mengalami berbagai macam kualitas perasaan dan membandingkan perasaan dengan yang lainnya. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is one of the therapy to change irrational thoughts into rational ones. Purpose of this study is to determine the technique of rational emotive behavior therapy in dealing with social anxiety of victims of bullying on students. One of the consequences of bullying behavior is social anxiety, therefore victims of bullying must be dealth with immediately. Therapy lasted for six meetings with a time of 45 minutes each counseling. These research subjects were students of class XII SMA. The type of research was used descriptive qualitative with data collection through the observation, interviews, and documentation of counseling results. The results of this study are the use of rational emotive behavior therapy with three techniques can handle the anxiety of victims of bullying in students. This is evident from the changes after the implementation of counseling services, students can think more logically and want to go back school.Keywords: Anxiety Social, Bullying, Rational emotive behavior therapy.
Online Career Guidance Services Using Google Class Room and Google Meet for Student Career Independence at YUPPI Soreang Madrasah Aliyah 2020/2021 Academic Year. This study aims to find out how the Implementation, Response and Barriers of Career Guidance services using the Google Class Room and Google Meet applications towards the career independence of students at Madrasah Aliyah YUPPI Soreang Academic Year 2020/2021. The counselee's independence development service which is the basis of the service, guides students in developing the counselee's talents and abilities. The stage of service implementation is to prepare services and mediap applications that will be used in service delivery. Conducted in the form of a service that uses a reality approach, data collection is carried out using qualitative descriptive research. Conducted in 5 meetings, covering four stages of implementation consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted at Madasah Aliyah YUPPI Soreang. The results showed an increase in changes in student behavior activities to become more independent. These results show that online Career Guidance Services using Google Classroom and Google Meet towards student career independence at MA YUPPI Soreang for the 2020/2021 Academic Year have become more independent than before.Keywords: Career Guidance, GoogleClassroom and Meet Applications, Career Independence
This study aims to implement the implementation of career guidance services, find out the responses of students, find out what obstacles are faced by students and find out the obstacles faced by Guidance and Counseling teachers in the implementation of career guidance services assisted by the rencanamu.id application to assist students in maturity. career. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of career guidance is carried out face-to-face and online with four (4) sessions. Positive student responses to the implementation of career guidance services assisted by the Paketmu.id application. The obstacles faced by students in implementing career guidance services assisted by the Planmu.id application in increasing career maturity are often feeling bored and bored, then the signal must be stable so that it is often delayed and consuming quota. The obstacle experienced by BK teachers is that they find it difficult to condition students considering learning situations that are carried out online and at different times and rhythms. Discipline and motivation of students in completing applications is a challenge for teachers given the different backgrounds and abilities of students.
