Pendidikan kewirausahaan digalakkan terkait isu pengangguran terbuka di Indonesia. Penerapan pendidikan kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi dimaksudkan untuk mendidik individu memilih karir wirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujan untuk menggambarkan persepsi mahasiswa mengenai efektivitas metode pembelajaran pendidikan kewirausahaan. Penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui survei kepada 155 peserta didik mata kuliah Perencanaan Bisnis pada Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Kristen Maranatha. Ditinjau dari persepsi mahasiswa, hasil penelitian ini secara rata-rata menggambarkan, bahwa metode pembelajaran kewirausahaan dinilai efektif memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan motivasi, kompetensi, dan menumbuhkan minat wirausaha. Metode pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang bersifat praktik dapat lebih ditingkatkan agar dapat melibatkan mahasiswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif dan memberikan dampak positif pada minat wirausaha.
Abstract:This study aim to compare the ability of women's entrepreneurship and men's entrepreneurship in the unit for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME)
One of the supporting factors for the success of MSME is determined by the intelligence of managing finances or known as financial literacy. Financial literacy is a basic requirement that must be possessed by MSME entrepreneurs which is closely related to the knowledge of personal and business financial management, as well as knowledge to gain access to capital through financial services or institutions. This descriptive study aims to see a picture of the level of financial literacy in SMEs in Bandung. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data Primary data obtained through surveys using a questionnaire to see the level of financial literacy (Financial Fitness Quis / FFQ) developed by O'Neil. The questionnaire consisting of 20 practical financial statements, covering 5 (five) dimensions of financial management, was distributed to 343 SMEs in the city of Bandung. Secondary data obtained through observation and study of literature relating to research problems. The results of the study show that MSMEs in the city of Bandung must take actions that need to be considered in the future to improve their finances to avoid financial difficulties. As a form of concern for MSMEs in the city of Bandung and as a form of support for the government, researchers are trying to alleviate the illiteracy of financial actors of MSMEs through appropriate financial management training and making of a simple financial application program SAKA (peSAK Abdi).
Abstrak - La Fresa sebagai salah satu perusahaan di Lembang memiliki beberapa unit bisnis, salah satu bisnis yang menjadi perhatian khusus adalah wisata stroberi. Hampir semua agrowisata strawberry menawarkan produk dan layanan serupa kepada setiap konsumen. Agar dapat bersaing dan unggul, agrowisata harus mampu berorientasi pada proses pemenuhan keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen. Oleh karena itu, Jurusan Manajemen Universitas Kristen Maranatha melakukan kegiatan Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran La Fresa. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahap: (1) identifikasi Segmen, Penargetan, dan Positining (STP), serta bauran pemasaran yang telah dilakukan oleh La Fresa dengan teknik Diskusi Kelompok Fokus (FGD); (2) identifikasi preferensi konsumen untuk agrowisata stroberi dan mengusulkan program pemasaran khusus ke La Fresa dengan teknik distribusi kuesioner; (3) presentasi dan konseling hasil dari FGD dan Riset Pasar.Keywords: Agrotourism, Marketing Mix, Segmentation Targeting Positioning Abstract - La Fresa as one of the corporations in Lembang has several business units, one of the businesses that is of particular concern is strawberry tourism. Therefore, Departement of Management Maranatha Christian University conducts Research and Community Service activities in order to optimize marketing strategy La Fresa. This activity consists of three stages: (1) identification of Segments, Targeting, and Positining (STP), as well as the marketing mix that has been carried out by La Fresa with Focus Group Discussion (FGD) techniques; (2) identification of consumers' preferences for strawberry agrotourism and proposed specific marketing programs to La Fresa with questionnaire distribution techniques; (3) presentation and counseling of results from the FGD and Market Research.Keywords: Agrotourism, Marketing Mix, Segmentation Targeting Positioning
This study has purpose to reveal financial literacy from micro small medium enterprise (MSME) entrepreneurs in Bandung, Indonesia. Divided by three locations, Bojongsoang, Sukajadi and other location in Bandung city. The purpose of this research is to convey MSME behavior of financial literate. Criteria of financial literate are person can understand and practice for financial management, saving/investing, insurance & estate planning, credit, shopping. The method for testing used in this paper build by O’Neill is through Financial Fitness Quiz (FFQ)The result from 276 participants Bojong Soang, Sukajadi and other locations In Bandung, have different results degree. The result for saving/investment, insurance and estate planning, credit, shopping dimension showed low score below 20 points. It has been proven that MSME entrepreneurs need personal financial planning training. This research has purpose for to increase financial literate and to improve positive financial behavior with education and apps program peSak Abdi.
