Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran online dan mengetahui kemampuan kerjasama mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Variabel yang akan dikaji yaitu sikap mahasiswa, kemampuan kerjasama dan hasil belajar. Data diambil melalui angket dan soal. Teknik analisis data terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu tahapan alisis skala likert, uji n-gain dan uji korelasi product moment. Uji hipotesi smenggunakan korelasi product moment dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sikap terhadap hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa berkorelasi positif dilambangkan dengan r hitung sebesar 0,534. Kemampuan kerjasama r hitung sebesar 0,417.
Kratom merupakan stimulan yang dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi dan energi jika dikonsumsi dengan dosis rendah. Tingginya nilai ekonomi kratom sebagai obat herbal meningkatkan permintaan ekspor dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan budidaya pada tanaman kratom. Pembibitan kratom biasanya dilakukan secara generatif menggunakan bibit dan jarang sekali dilakukan secara vegetatif. Pembibitan secara vegetatif memiliki beberapa keuntungan antara lain tidak membutuhkan waktu lama untuk panen dan memiliki sifat genetik yang sama dengan induk sehingga sifat unggul dari induk akan dapat dipertahankan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memacu pertumbuhan pada setek kratom adalah pengaplikasian Zat Pengatur Tumbuh (ZPT) giberelin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi ZPT giberelin yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan setek kratom. Penelitian ini dilakukan di rumah penelitian yang terletak di Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak selama 6 minggu mulai dari bulan November-Desember 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari lima taraf perlakuan konsentrasi giberelin yaitu b0= 0 ppm, b1= 50 ppm (0,05 g/l), b2= 100 ppm (0,10 g/l), b3= 150 ppm (0,15 g/l), b4= 200 ppm (0,20 g/l). Setiap unit perlakuan diulang sebanyak 5 kali dengan setiap perlakuan terdapat 4 sampel tanaman sehingga terdapat 100 tanaman. Variabel yang diamati diantaranya jumlah tunas, panjang tunas, jumlah daun dan panjang akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan dengan pemberian ZPT giberelin konsentrasi 0 ppm, 50 ppm dan 100 ppm mampu meningkatkan jumlah daun pada setek kratom.Kata Kunci: giberelin, herbal, obat, setek kratom, vegetatif, zat pengatur tumbuh
Bridal shower is a celebration of letting go of single status adopted from European and American culture. This has become a new form of ceremony held by a friendship group, as the bridesmaids. It examines the adoption process of bridal shower, the process of the celebration itself, and the meaning of such celebration from both bridesmaids and bride to be. This qualitative research was conducted in the capital city of Makassar, It involved 14 informant whose age between 21 and 26 years. They consist of eight bridesmaids who make and plan a bridal shower, four bride to be who have received a surprise bridal shower celebration, and two party planners who have five years experience in organizing such celebration. Data was collected using the combination of in-depth interview and observation, examining 18 cases of bridal shower celebration. The study indicates that bridal shower is conducted as a moment of separation and as a form of support from bridesmaids to the bride to be who will be heading to a new life. The reasons behind the celebration of bridal shower includes the presence of group awareness, moment of letting go of friend, as a form of group support, following trend, and as a form of reciprosity. The celebration of bridal shower includes five stages. First, welcoming bride to be with a number of surprises. Second, embedding of attributes with the use of a crown to show the privileges of the bride to be and a shawl as a medium for writing funny messages that generally relate to the transfer of status and sexuality. Third, playing games in the form of questions with sanctions. Fourth, disclosing messages and impressions from the bridesmaid to the bride to be; Fifth, ending up eating together while reminiscing. Although each stage has its own purpose, they are all meant to make the bride to be happy. Bridal shower celebration is full of meanings, namely: as a status switch, as a medium for self reflection and introspection, and as a moment for friendship group existence. Bridesmaids support is very significant considering that the transition from one status to another and incoming new responsibilities both create fears to the bride to be. Thus, bridal shower celebrations become a transitional ritual at the critical moment because, on the one hand, bride to be has already "bound" by the acceptance of groom’s proposal; on the other hand, the status of marriage has not been grasped, a moment which Van Gennep (1960) termed as "rites de passage". A bridal shower celebration is a moment in which the bride to be stretches herself towards getting married. Bridal shower is also a medium for reflection and introspection, accompanied by the expression of messages of "farewell", discourses or advice to the bride to be. Bridal shower is also a moment to show the existence of a friendship group through uploading photos/videos of bridal shower celebration on social media and an event to display status, for both bridesmaids and brides to be.
Tanaman jagung manis merupakan salah satu tanaman pangan yang telah banyak dibudidayakan dikerenakan jagung ini memiliki rasa lebih manis dan umur panen yang cepat dibandingkan jagung biasa. Jagung manis yang dikonsumsi mengandung energi, karbohidrat, protein, lemak, fosfor, zat besi dan air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi dari pemberian kapur dolomit dan POC ampas sagu yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung manis pada tanah gambut. Lokasi penelitian berada di Desa Pancaroba Jl. Trans Kalimantan, Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dari 09 Februari-22 Mei 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan faktorial dengan pola rancangan acak kelompok (RAK), dimana faktor pertama yaitu kapur dolomit (D) dan faktor kedua yaitu POC ampas sagu (P) setiap kombinasi perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah sebagai berikut : Faktor pertama yaitu kapur dolomit (D), d1 = Kapur Dolomit 16,25 ton/ha, d2 = Kapur Dolomit 32,5 ton/ha dan d3 = Kapur Dolomit 48,75 ton/ha. Faktor kedua yaitu POC ampas sagu (P) : p1 = POC Ampas Sagu 300 ml/l, p2 = POC Ampas Sagu 600 ml/l dan p3 = POC Ampas Sagu 900 ml/l. Pelaksanaan penelitian meliputi pembuatan POC ampas sagu, persiapan tempat penelitian, pengapuran, penanaman benih, pemberian pupuk dasar, pemberian poc ampas sagu, pemeliharaan dan pemanenan. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, volume akar, berat kering tanaman, panjang tongkol, berat tongkol berkelobot dan hasil tongkol/petak. Hasil menunjukan bahwa interaksi pemberian kapur dolomit 32,5 ton/ha dan POC ampas sagu 600 ml/l menunjukan rerata tertingi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung manis.
Mung bean (Vigna radiata L) Wilczek) is one of the important legumes or legumes and is widely consumed by the public, especially in Indonesia. Green beans are a source of vegetable protein, vitamins A, B1, C, and E, as well as several other substances that are very beneficial for the human body. Green beans can thrive in loose soil and proper fertilizer application. Rice husk biochar can improve soil physical properties, such as loosening the soil, increasing porosity, aeration, and soil microorganisms, so that roots in the soil can develop properly. NPK fertilizer functions as a supplier of macro nutrients to meet the nutrient needs of plants. This study aims to determine the interaction between NPK and rice husk biochar and to determine the best dose of NPK and rice husk biochar on the growth and yield of green beans in alluvial soil. This research was carried out at a location located in Jl. Sungai Raya Dalam, Pontianak, this research takes place from 22 May 2022 - 11 August 2022. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Split Plot namely the effect of NPK fertilizer and rice husk biochar. In this study there are 2 factors, namely Biochar rice husk (b) as the main plot (main plot) as many as 3 treatment levels and NPK 16:16:16 (p) as subplots with 3 treatment levels so that there were 9 treatment combinations with 3 replications, and 5 plant samples. The total number of plants observed was 135 plants. The first factor is the main plot of rice husk biochar (b): b1 = 3 tons/ha, b2 = 5 tons/ha, b3 = 7 tons/ha. The second factor is NPK fertilizer (p): p1 = 400 kg/ha, p2 = 600 kg/ha, p3 = 800 kg/ha. The variables observed were plant height (cm), root volume (cm3), plant dry weight (g), number of pods per plant (fruit), dry seed weight per plant (g), and 100 seed weight (g). Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the effect of NPK and rice husk biochar interacted on the variables of plant height at 4 WAP, number of pods per plant and dry seed weight per plant. The administration of NPK at a dose of 600 kg/ha and rice husk biochar at a dose of 5 tons/ha was the best dose for growth and yield of green beans with an average weight value of fresh pods per plant, which was 36,5 g/plant.
