Intelectual disable children are categorized as under normal children and slower than others, both in social aspect or inteligency as it is called as mental disorder or intelectual disable. They are stil given by brain but they have intelectual limitation, whereas no difference in the law of taklîf. In line with this case it is the task of Islamic education to maximize their potency and humanity, phisical potency, skill, inteligency, morals, and so on, so that they can run their lively functions, as the the servant of Allah and his caliph. With regard to those explanation, it is important to develope models on the Islamic education children with intelectual disable, so that they will have knowledge, understanding, and experience on Islamic learning, though not as other student. The instruction on the Islamic religion on this type of students formally need to be developed by regarding their character and ability. The Instructional goals must be macthed their intelegency level, the method should be focused on the individual modeling approach with regard on psychology and religion. There must special ability belong to the teacher who teach at the Intelectual dissable school who came from the Islamic Education Department such as good communication skill.
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari keinginan madrasah dalam mengembangkan bakat dan minat peserta didik melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Seperti kegiatan muhadharah dan kaligrafi peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin menggambarkan pelaksanaan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat kegiatan ekstrakurikuler muhadharah dan kaligrafi dalam mengembangkan diri peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Sunber data atau informan adalah guru pembina kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, peserta didik kelas VIII dan Kepala Sekolah MTsN Tapan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti muhadharah ternyata mampu mengembangkan diri peserta didik. Hal itu ditunjukan dengan tumbuhnya rasa percaya diri dan meningkatnya kemampuan komunikasi peserta didik. Kegiatan ekstrakulikuler dalam bentuk kegiatan kaligrafi ternyata dapat menumbuhkan rasa sabar, teliti, dan kreatif. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan kemampuan melukis kaligrafi dengan corak yang lebih baik, halus, dan beragam gaya. 2) Peningkatan pengembangan diri peserta didik selain karena faktor dalam diri mereka juga didukung oleh perhatian dan kebijakan kepala sekolah seperti menyediakan fasilitas latihan, dan pelatih yang profesional. Sedangkan kendalanya adalah waktu latihan yang kurang, sarana prasarana pendukung yang belum memadai.
This research is a disparity in women's leadership, especially in the context of Islamic universities in Indonesia. This is because women's leadership still faces many challenges, such as stereotyping and marginalisation of women, both in the educational, social and cultural spheres. This study aims to analyse and evaluate the leadership model of the female rector of PTKIN in implementing gender-responsive programs. This research is field research, namely field research using a qualitative approach. The data needed is the PTKIN rector model including the rector of IAIN Bukittinggi, IAIN Ponorogo, and IAIN Metro Lampung. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, with descriptive and narrative analysis. The results of the study indicate that in implementing gender-responsive programs, namely planning and implementing activities, it shows that the three rectors of PTKIN, namely IAIN Bukittinggi, Ponorogo, and Metro Lampung, tend to be transformational-democratic. It is proven from the seven prerequisites that have been set that the planning of gender-responsive programs in its planning is moderate and open in accepting input, proposals and suggestions regarding the planning and implementation of activities as well as budgeting for activities from their subordinates. At the time of performance, they facilitated the administrative process, budget disbursement, and bureaucracy. While in the evaluation activities, although they are still said to be democratic and moderate, in the evaluation activities their leadership style is also a little permissive, an indication that they accept the evaluations carried out.
