The purpose of this research was to test and analyze the influence organizational culture and principals’s leadership on teacher’s performance which is moderated by teacher’s competence. The sample in this reseacrh was 98 permanent teachers from the Yayasan Perguruan Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar. Data collection was carried out by means of the questionnaire method. Methods used in this research were structural equation model partial least square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate organizational culture does not significantly influence the teacher’s performance, the principal's leadership significantly influences the teacher’s performance, teacher competency significantly influences the teacher’s performance. Teacher’s competence does not moderate the relationship between organizational culture and teacher, teacher competence does not moderate the relationship between the principal's leadership and the teacher's performance of Yayasan Perguruan Sultan Agung Pematangsiantar.
Internet-based social media has become a part of life of the public society in this era. Many people use Facebook, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, Blogs and other social media to interact to each other. With social media, people exchange information and share experiences in cyberspace. Furthermore, at the present, social media is already becoming a part of the organizational culture in work place. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the culture of social media and knowledge transfer, the culture of social media and work performance, also of the knowledge transfer and work performance. The research samples consisted of 300 employees in the city of Medan and the data research collection used questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used partial least square. The result of the study indicates that there are significant and positive relationship between the culture of social media and knowledge transfer, the culture of social media and work performance, and the knowledge transfer and work performance.
The compensation and job satisfaction given by the company will be closely related to the commitment of the organization of Medical Representative, the purpose of this research is analyze partially the effect of compensation on organizational commitment, and analyze whether job satisfaction able to mediate between compensation and organizational commitment. Sampling using the sampling quota 100 Medical Representative in Medan City, This research uses data analysis technique with path analysis. The result of this research shows that compensation has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, job satisfaction able to mediate the influence of compensation to organizational commitment, in other words, job satisfaction as variable intervening. The company must provide compensation in accordance with the work performed by the medical representative and the company must be able to provide job satisfaction to the Medical Representative so that the target given by the company can be achieved.
The purpose of this research is to know the work motivation, organizational culture and competence on the performance of teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan. The population in this study is all teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan that amounted to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, from the partial testing influence of work motivation to the performance of the teacher obtained the value of sig (2 tailed) amounting to 0.005 smaller than a 0.05, then the motivation is declared a significant effect on the performance of teachers . A partial testing of organizational culture influences the teacher's performance gained a sig value of 0.003 smaller than a 0.05, hence the organizational culture revealed to be a significant impact on teacher performance. A partial test of competency influence on the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.022 smaller than a 0.05, so it is stated that the competency has significant effect on the teacher's performance. Simultaneous testing of the influence of work Motiovasi, organizational culture and competency in the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.000 smaller than a 0.05, then expressed work motivation, organizational culture and competencies are significant effect on Teacher's performance.
