Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru merupakan langkah awal dalam manajemen pelayanan sekolah kepada masyarakat dalam dunia pendidikan. Bagaimana sebuah sekolah melakukan promosi produk dan sekaligus pelayanan prima diawali dari penerimaan peserta didik, selanjutnya siswa/orang tua akan endapatkan akses portal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dalam melakukan rancang bangun sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru, metode waterfall adalah suatu metode yang merupakan perancangan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), dimana perancangan diawali dengan requirement, design, implementation, verification dan maintenance. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan studi literature. PHP (HyperText Markup Language) merupakan Bahasa pemograan berbasis website bersifat server-side,yang berarti kode program PHP diproses seluruhnya di dalam web server. MySQL merupakan bahasa yang memiliki kemampuan cukup baik untuk menunjang kerja para developer, baik User yang sudah berpengalaman dengan database maupun untuk pemula. Dengan sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru online berbasis website, akan membantu dan memudahkan dalam komunikasi data serta informasi antara orang tua calon peserta didik dengan lembaga pendidikan. Hasil pengujian aplikasi menunjukan tingkat kebutuhan terhadap sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru online berbasis website menyentuh nilai 78%.
The purpose of this research is to know the work motivation, organizational culture and competence on the performance of teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan. The population in this study is all teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan that amounted to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, from the partial testing influence of work motivation to the performance of the teacher obtained the value of sig (2 tailed) amounting to 0.005 smaller than a 0.05, then the motivation is declared a significant effect on the performance of teachers . A partial testing of organizational culture influences the teacher's performance gained a sig value of 0.003 smaller than a 0.05, hence the organizational culture revealed to be a significant impact on teacher performance. A partial test of competency influence on the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.022 smaller than a 0.05, so it is stated that the competency has significant effect on the teacher's performance. Simultaneous testing of the influence of work Motiovasi, organizational culture and competency in the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.000 smaller than a 0.05, then expressed work motivation, organizational culture and competencies are significant effect on Teacher's performance.
The spread of the COVID-19 virus has been widespread all over the world since its discovery in 2019. However, the spread of this virus can be prevented by means of health protocols conforming to World Health Organization standards. The Indonesian government continues to educate the public, especially school-aged children, to understand how to implement the health protocol. On the basis of the foregoing, it is necessary to carry out research on the creation of an interactive media based on multimedia content that can be used to educate on COVID-19 prevention, specifically for elementary school children. The research begins with problem analysis, storyboard writing, creating 3D animation characters, and merging all content into a complete 3D animation video. The results of this study are 3D animated multimedia content which presents 3D animated scenes on the application of health protocols such as hand washing with soap, wear masks and keep distance.
Rumput laut merupakan bahan baku yang keberadaanya melimpah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan karakteristik bahan baku rumput laut tropika yang nantinya dapati diaplikasikan dalam industri pangan dan non pangan. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini meliputi karakteristik sampel dengan identifikasi, perhitungan rendemen dan proksimat menggunakan metode AOAC, ekstraksi menggunakan beberapa pelarut dengan metode Harborne. Hasil identifikasi rumput laut tropika yang diambil di kepulauan seribu yaitu E.Cotonii, Sargassum sp, Gellidium sp, Caulerpa sp, dan Padina sp. Kelima rumput laut dari kepulauan seribu mempunyai kondisi penampakan segar dengan nilai organoleptik berkisar 6-7. Pada perendaman dengan konsentrasi 0;0,3;0,5 memiliki kondisi warna keunguan, thalus sedikit kaku, dan mempunyai bau agak amis. Kadar air tertinggi terdapat pada Caulerpa dengan nilai 90% dan terendah didapat E.cotonii (77,27%. Kadar abu tertinggi tertinggi terdapat pada padina dengan nilai 6,63% dan terendah Caulerpa dengan 1,95%. Kandungan lemak masing-masing rumput laut berkisar antara 0,1-0,4. Kandungan protein masing-masing rumput laut berkisar antara (1,13-2,19%). Kandungan serat kasar berkisar diantara 0,41-1,25%. Untuk tahap selanjutnya dipilih Rumput laut E.cotonii dan Sargassum sp untuk di ekstraksi. Rumput laut E.cotonii dan Sargassum yang diekstraksi dengan menggunakan pelarut n-heksan dan etil asetat menghasilkan rendemen ekstrak tertinggi yaitu 396 mL dan 325 mL. Hasil karakteristik awal menunjukkan bahwa rumput laut kepulauan seribu berpotensi untuk dikembangkan untuk menjadi kosmetik.
