This article aims to discuss the development of a culture of peace through a local wisdom-based peace education program Nosarara Nosabatutu. Nosarara Nosabatu is a Kaili ethnic local wisdom, in the city of Palu, Central Sulawesi, with the main concept being peacein society through a spirit of brotherhood, togetherness, unity and unity, family, and peace. Nosarara Nosabatu needs to be implemented in educational programs for young people, especially for students in schools, in order to build a culture of peace in the people of Palu. This article uses the library research method. The research findings are: 1) the values of peace in the local wisdom of Nosarara Nosabatutu; and 2) the prospect of developing guidance and counseling based on local wisdom Nosarara Nosabatutu to develop a culture of peace in the School.
This research was motivated by the lack of knowledge and understanding of students about regional culture related to SiricultureNapace in Guidance and Counseling (BK) students at Tadulako University. Thus it is necessary to trace these cultural values which will be developed into learning media in cross-cultural courses and will be implemented in online application learning using LMS. The application of learning in this multicultural cross-cultural course is to improve and develop the potential of Counseling Guidance Teachers for guidance and counseling students as graduates who have competencies that are able to compete in the era of globalization. The purpose of this research is to produce a description of the cultural values of Sirinapacce as cultural values in the Bugis Makassar community, which will be integrated into the learning process through online media design through the LMS application to improve the competence of BK students at Tadulako University. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research design by collecting and analyzing quantitative data which is then implemented in the learning process. The descriptive qualitative data search on the Na Paccesiri culture of the Makassar Bugis ethnic group was obtained from interviews, documentation, literature review. The findings of this study (1) the cultural values of Siri Na Pacce, namely SipakaingaSipaka tau, Sirimasiri, Toddopuli and Lambusu (2). Dengan adanya pandemik Covid-19 sangat berdampak pada penggelolaan pembelajaran. Karena peralihan pembelajaran dari tatap muka di kelas hingga dilaksanakan secara daring (dalam jaringan) dan luring (luar jaringan) tentunya menimbulkan banyak hambatan bagi kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai pengelola pembelajaran. SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kulawi Selatan menerapkan pembelajaran luring pada masa pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiamana pengelolaan pembelajaran IPS masa pandemi covid-19 di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kulawi Selatan dan kendala yang dihadapi guru dan siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah adalah kualitatif dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru mata pelajaran, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan pembelajaran IPS dimasa pandemi covid-19 dimulai dengan menerapkan kurikulum darurat dengan melalui pendekatan pembelajaran luring. Pelaksanaan pengelolaan pembelajaran di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kulawi Selatan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Kendala guru salah satunya dituntut untuk menyusun modul pembelajaran dan mengharuskan guru untuk melakukan kunjungan kerumah atau ke posko-posko yang telah ditentukan. Kendala siswa yaitu tidak tersedianya jaringan internet sehingga kurangnya sumber belajar.
