Latar belakang. Indonesia memiliki angka cakupan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar yang sudah cukup baik, namun beberapa daerah masih rendah. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelengkapan imunisasi sangat penting untuk diketahui sebagai salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan angka cakupan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar. Tujuan. Untuk mengetahui kelengkapan imunisasi dasar dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan di RW 04 Kelurahan Jati, Jakarta Timur. Metode. Penelitian cross-sectional pada 87 ibu dan anak yang berusia 1-5 tahun di RW 04 Kelurahan Jati, Jakarta Timur. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling pada bulan April 2009, data primer dari kuesioner, dan catatan imunisasi dari buku kesehatan anak. Hasil. Angka cakupan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada anak usia 1-5 tahun di RW 04 Kelurahan Jati, Jakarta Timur sebesar 47,1%. Cakupan kelengkapan imunisasi di bawah usia satu tahun yang terendah adalah imunisasi hepatitis B4 dan polio 4. Tidak didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara sebaran usia anak, berat lahir anak, usia kehamilan ibu, urutan anak, usia ibu, pendidikan ibu, pekerjaan ibu, tingkat pendapatan keluarga, jumlah anak, budaya, jarak ke pelayanan kesehatan, pelayanan kader dan petugas kesehatan, sumber informasi, dan pengetahuan ibu dengan kelengkapan imunisasi (p>0,05). Ditemukan hubungan yang bermakna secara staitstik antara urutan dan jumlah anak dengan kelengkapan imunisasi (p<0,05).
ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penyebab kejadian pernikahan usia dini di Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mewawancarain informan sebanyak 7 orang menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling di Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Selanjutnya informasi yang didapat dianalisis. Informan menikah dini dikarenakan tidak adanya aktifitas lain setelah tamat sekolah, tidak memahami dampak dari menikah dini, ingin mempunyai teman hidup, tidak menjadi beban orang tua, adanya dorongan orang tua. Media komunikasi digunakan Informan sebagai alat komunikasi, untuk menentukan waktu berkencan. Faktor lingkungan menjadi alasan informan menikah dini, anggapan menikah di usia dini hal yang biasa. Kurangnya perhatian dan kepekaan orang tua terhadap permasalahan yang sedang dialami anak karena kesibukan bekerja di perkebunan. Keinginan dari diri sendiri juga menjadi faktor pilihan informan menikah di usia dini. Adanya kerjasama KUA, Dinas Kesehatan, Dinas Pendidikan untuk melakukan pendampingan kepada keluarga calon remaja dan remaja. Selain itu perlunya keaktifan dari tokoh masyarakat dalam mengontrol perilaku remaja di desa. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the incidence of early pregnancy recording in Bengkulu Tengah Regency. This study used a qualitative approach by revealing informants as many as 7 people using Purposive Sampling techniques in Central Bengkulu District. The latest information obtained is analyzed. Informants married early because there were no other activities after graduating from school, not understood from getting married, wanting to have a mate, not being a parent, there was encouragement from parents. Public media is used as a communication tool, to determine the date of dating. Environmental factors are the reason for informants to marry early in the morning, assuming marriage at an early age is normal. Lack of attention and sensitivity of parents to the problems being experienced by children due to busy working on plantations. The desire of oneself is also a factor of choice for informants to get married at an early age. The relationship between the KUA, the Health Office, the Education Office to provide assistance to the families of prospective teenagers and adolescents. In addition, the need for activeness from community leaders in controlling adolescents in the village.
Pemantauan status gizi Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara bulan Juni 2018 menunjukkan prevalensi stunting 9,03% dari total 1.289 balita yang diukur status gizi dalam status gizi stunting. Puskesmas Argamakmur merupakan salah satu yang tertinggi jumlah balita dengan status gizi stuntingberjumlah 143 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi kesehatan stunting terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu di Puskesmas Arga Makmur Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasy experimentdengan pre danpost test one group pada 29 Juli sampai dengan 19 Agustus 2019 di Puskesmas Arga Makmur Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu yang memiliki balita sedangkan sampel merupakan sebagian ibu yang memiliki anak usia 24-36 bulan dengan teknik accedental samplingsebanyak 19 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji Compare Means Paired T-Test. Analisis data didapatkan rerata sebelum diberikan edukasi kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan (4,95), sikap (24,21), rata- rata sesudah di berikan edukasi kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan (7,89), sikap (29,58). Rerata pengetahuan dan sikap meningkat tentang stuntingsetelah edukasi pendidikan kesehatan dalam bentuk flipchat (lembar balik) di Puskesmas Arga Makmur Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara.
Bengkulu Tengah is one of the Regencies in Bengkulu Province with the highest number of marriages in the early age compared to the other nine regencies/cities, which amounted to 29.12 percent. This study aims to determine the factors that influence early marriage in Bengkulu Tengah District. This type of research is quantitative, the population were all married couples in January-September 2017. Sampling using Propotional Random Sampling technique with a total sample of 237 people. Data was collected using a valid and reliable questionnaire then analyzed using univariate and multivariabel analysis (Multiple Linear Regression Test). The result show that youngest age of marriage is 15 years, lowest income Rp 100,000, youngest menarche age 10 years, average knowledge score 6.19, attitude 29.43, media exposure 1.63, influence of friend 5, parental support 2.23, stigma 4.29. The factors that influence the occurrence of early marriage are knowledge, Age of Menarche, and Media (p value < 0.05). The age of Menarche is the most influential factor in the age of marriage. The younger the age of menarche, the younger the age of one's marriage. It is better for teens who have experienced menstruation to maintain their reproductive health by delaying marriage in their teens.
The first 1,000 days of life program is a program to improve the quality of children in the future which one of these programs is the provision of exclusive breastfeeding. The decline in infant mortality rates slowed between 2003 to 2012 from 35 to 32 per 1,000 live births, all babies need access to key interventions such as exclusive breastfeeding. The success of these programs are driven by health workers, but the researches that analyze information about exclusive breastfeeding program on health workers, especially in Bengkulu had never been examined. The research design used mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative) on health workers in Bengkulu in 2015 who have infants aged 6-24 months (66 people), which were determined by purposive sampling. The results showed that 69.7% of the mothers did not practice exclusive breastfeeding and 54.5% did not practice early initiation of breastfeeding. Analysis of early initiation of breastfeeding factor as the dominant factor for failure of exclusive breastfeeding. The qualitative analysis showed confidence and perception of little milk production are factor for unsuccessful early initiation of breastfeeding .
