The commitment that the Higher Education Institution in Mexico has with the country is important, since its contribution in the formation of quality professionals is a transcendent factor that impacts society. Considering the foregoing, this research work reflects on the importance of strengthening collegial work for the benefit of engineering Educational Programs, in order to favor engineering education through the work developed by academic experts in related educational areas. Due to the need to promote the research development of the teaching staff, the strengthening of the teacher's profile is promoted through strategies that motivate him to develop other activities that favor his professional development and have a positive impact on the students. The strategic basis of the proposal presented here is to promote, in a systemic manner, an administrative planning structure that integrates the factors that are important for strengthening the collaborative work of teachers, which makes it possible to visualize the development trajectory that members of a collegiate body may have. This planning was designed on the basis of a documentary analysis, it is implemented through the systemic-structural method, it is analyzed using descriptive statistics and it is improved through analysis of the results obtained. The systematization of these strategies of academic-administrative management favor in the evolution of these work teams, increasing in 57% the amount of Consolidated Academic Bodies and in 64% of Academic Bodies in Consolidation, which contributes in the strengthening of the Academic Capacity of the Faculty of Engineering, and positively impacting in integral formation of the future engineers.
Concerned about a quality education, with challenges of growing uncertainty about the future of Higher Education Institutions, overcoming the challenge of entering and successfully transitioning students to this level of studies, has been the reason for this analysis, in the institutions Academic studies is an effect that has been generalizing and spreading, achieving a result where what has been learned can be made to last, understanding the issues that are addressed in class, Academic Advising has been, in effect, the resource to guide the student. The purpose is to obtain school success with the Institutional Program of Academic Counseling in a Higher Education Unit, so that the analysis of the trend and evolution of approval and disapproval is the way in which it has been carried out by collecting data about the failure rates, approval, population of advised in the courses taught. Once these data were obtained, they proceeded with their organization and analysis using a statistical model that shows us the positive impact, in turn, there is a period of contributing to improve the indicators of the academic competitiveness of the Unit
The present work aims to show a strategy aimed at strengthening the academic staff through the creation of collegiate work groups which in the Mexican context are called Academic Corps (CA); the foregoing based on its strategic planning, collegiate work, relevance of the members of the CA, as well as the impact of its Lines of Generation and Application of Knowledge (LGAC) in the Educational Programs of the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, for which which proposes an academic-administrative structure that favors institutional achievements through the elevation of its indicators, where in the first instance a detailed analytical method of how many full-time professors participate in CA and the description of their LGAC, historical of academic corps by educational program and in what degree of consolidation they are found, in conclusion, different strategies were implemented promoting the increase of consolidated and consolidating academic corps , and their dissemination through means of recognized prestige at national and international level, combined to the degree of empowerment of its members, evidence of joint work and integration ration of thematic networks of collaboration.
The Academic Body of Academic-Administrative Management of an Engineering Higher Education Unit studied school trajectories to contribute to school success in a group of students who a specialized institution warned that their prognosis of permanence in training as engineers was reserved. This study is oriented towards the inclusion of quality members of the Collegiate Corps who undertook the task of preventing their desertion, analyzing each case with the support of academic advice and tutorials. They were presented with various factors that influenced their career transition during this period, from school procedures, special programs, study habits, teaching methods, pandemics, etc. The satisfactory results are shown through a descriptive, historical-logical, documentary method, highlighting that 40% were favorable when they managed to conclude their higher education studies within their academic training.
Quality is a fundamental issue that occupies educational institutions at all levels, not only nationally but also internationally, teachers, as well as education administrators, assume a leading role with society every day, seeking to achieve the desirable profile. For its performance, this work exposes the experience of the evaluation of teachers that is applied in Mexico, called PRODEP desirable profile in a Higher Education unit, with the support of the historical-logical method and the hypothetical-deductive method, the present document was carried out. when observing a decrease in its historical indicators, whose trend in annual participations was on the rise, being the reason for the present work its analysis and discussion.
