This study aimed to identify the psychological profile of athletes PON Papua. In addition, each psychological aspect of Athlete PON Papua will be analyzed the condition of each psychological aspect along with the spread of athletes and their presentation. The method used in this study is a survey method with expost facto research design. The population in this study are athletes Papua who will be prepared road to PON XX 2020. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria for athletes PON Papua who had conducted training camps Papua Province in 2019. Based on that, the research samples obtained from athletes in sports are; Handball, Softball, Athletics, Cricket, Futsal, Basketball, Pencaksilat totaling 101 athletes. Data collection uses the Psychological Skills Inventory for Sports (PSIS) questionnaire. The results showed that the psychological profile of athletes PON Papua road to PON XX 2020 was generally in good condition.
Introduction: Compensation provided by hospital and job satisfaction of nurses can affect the performance of nurses. The research aimed to analyze the correlation between compensation and work satisfaction with nurses’ performance through motivation in inpatient room of Bethesda Publik Hospital of Tomohon. Method: The method used is analytic observational approach with cross sectional study. The number of sample were of 50 respondents. The methods of obtaining the data were questionnaire with Likert scale and observation of nurses’ performance with Guttman scale. The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis by means of frequency distribution table and cross tabulation with chi square. Results: The research indicate that compensation has a correlation with work load (p=0.003), motivation (p=0.040), and nurses’ performance (p=0.001). Work satisfaction has a correlation with motivation (p=0.002) and nurses’ performance (p=0.000). Motivation has a correlation with nurses’ performance (p=0.013). Conclusion: The management of the hospital should pay attention to compensation given and nurses’ work satisfaction, so the nurses are more motivated to carry out services in a professional nursing care in order that more optimal nurses’ performance.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pendidikan jasmani adaptif di SD Luar Biasa Negeri Anim-Ha Merauke 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Tempat penelitian yang dilaksanakan di halaman SDLB Negeri Anim-Ha Merauke. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru pendidikan jasmani SDLB Negeri Anim-Ha Merauke yang berjumlah 3 orang. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner tertutup. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 guru SDLB Negeri Anim-Ha Merauke. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara total sampling, yaitu Guru SDLB Negeri Anim-Ha Merauke. Kuesioner sebelumnya telah diujin cobakan di SDLB di Kabupaten Gunung kidul. Setelah valid dan reliabel maka kuesioner tersebut digunakan dalam penelitian ini.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SDLB Negeri Anim-Ha Merauke dengan prosentase rata-rata 68,75, menunjukkan telah berjalan dengan cukup baik. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang baik tersebut dipengaruhi tiga indikator, yaitu perencanaan pembelajaran yang baik dengan persentase 62; proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang cukup baik dengan persentase 75; dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang cukup baik dengan persentase 69,44
