Students and lecturers cannot do direct learning. It is an obstacle in the delivery of material by the lecturer. The purpose of this research is to develop learning in the Digital Learning Learning Media course. This research uses development research—the model development used by ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects are three experts, which include material experts, media experts, learning design experts. The subject of the product trial is students. The methods used to collect data are observation, questionnaires, and tests. The instruments used to collect data are questionnaires and test sheets. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative, quantitative, and statistical analysis. The results of the material expert test are 90% with the "very good" category. 90% "very good" learning design expert test, 90% media expert test in the "very good" category, and 95% student trials in the "very good" category. Based on data analysis, learning media for learning media is proven to be effective in learning. This finding proves a difference between the control class tcount value which is smaller than the experimental class tcount (3,558 < 5,610). The development of online learning can be helpful for students in carrying out learning caused by the limitations of distance and time. This bold course has innovative values, including independent online practice tests using camera simulators equipped with audio and video to make learning more interactive.
This study aims to produce three-dimensional media for number and color abilities for mentally retarded elementary school children at special school Tunas Kasih Surabaya. Three dimensionals media to help mentally retarded children recognize numbers and colors. This is based on the research background of mentally retarded children at special school Tunas Kasih Surabaya who have difficulty learning to recognize numbers. So that the impact on children's learning outcomes is low. For this reason, it is necessary to solve the problem using the three dimensionals media that has a visual advantage. The development model used is ADDIE with stages of analyzing, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. The type of research used is non-parametric research. The method of data collection is done by open questionnaires, expert judgment, and tests. Test results were analyzed using expert judgment and the Wilcoxon match pairs test formula. The results show that, validating the feasibility of the three dimensionals media with excellent criteria. The use of three dimensionals media is effectively used for learning mentally retarded children compared to using conventional learning in the material of number and color recognition abilities for mentally retarded children.
Abstrak: Pandemi covid-19 memiliki dampak dalam proses peningkatan kinerja guru. Guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Kabupaten Bojonegoro terkena dampak. Segala bentuk kegiatan pelatihan, workshop, serta MGMP terpaksa dihentikan selama masa pandemi covid-19. Sedangkan guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi harus melaksanakan Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) melalui publikasi ilmiah. Tujuan umum PKB adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan di sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Guru masih tergolong rendah dan kegiatan work from home (WFH) menjadi sebuah hambatan dalam guru mengembangkan kompetensi sehingga diperlukan pelatihan untk meningkatkan kompetensi profeisonal guru. Materi yang diberikan pada pelatihan publikasi ilmiah di arahkan pada penelitian praktis penulisan dengan menggunakan model project based learning. Metode penelitian dengan membandingkan hasil pretest dan posttest peserta dalam membuat karya ilmiah berdasarkan standar APA. Partisipan berjumlah 40 orang guru dengan masa kerja minimal 10 tahun. Pelatihan online project based learning pada penelitian ini dilakasnakan selama 3 bulan. Hasil dari pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dilihat melalui hasil statistik dari nilai post-test yang lebih baik dari pre-test. Kemampuan guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah telah mengalami peningkatan sehingga diperlukan untuk mempertahakan agar kualitas guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah dapat meningkat menjadi lebih baik.Kata Kunci: Penilaian Daring, Project Based Learning, Kompetensi BerkelanjutanAbstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact in the process of improving teacher performance. Indonesian teachers in Bojonegoro Regency were affected. All forms of training activities, workshops, and Subject Teacher Deliberation had to be stopped during the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, teachers in increasing competence must carry out Sustainable Professional Development through scientific publications. The general objective of Sustainable Professional Development is to improve the quality of education services in schools in order to improve the quality of education. Teachers are still classified as low and work from home (WFH) activities become an obstacle for teachers to develop competence. So, that training is needed to improve teacher professional competence. The material provided in scientific publication training is directed at practical research in writing using a project-based learning model. The results of the training have a significant effect seen through the statistical results of the post-test scores that are better than the pre-test. This research aims to produce a prototype of Signalong Indonesia based children's song animation video media for children with special needs as a solution for children with special needs in delays or communication constraints. Signalong media as a medium to facilitate the communication style of each individual. Moreover, Signalong Indonesia helps the understanding and interaction of children with special needs in communicating with others, teachers, parents or the surrounding community. Mr. Mustache and Friends this can provide effective and inclusive educational shows with animated videos for all people, especially Indonesian children. This study uses a Research and Development development model with the following development procedures. The results of this research and development are in the form of a prototype of an animated video media that has gone through a feasibility test in the form of a validation test, a media expert, a material expert, a product trial and a product revision stage so that the media is included in the appropriate category of use. Workers in the public service sector are one type of work with high risk of job burnout. This study aims to examine the descriptive data of job burnout of teachers as public servants. The data is collected by distributing online questionnaires. Analysis of the demographic data and the level of burnout of the subjects was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed variations in the level of burnout when viewed from gender, age, marital status, education level, and length of working as a teacher. In addition, a more significant variation was found in aspects of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization compared to aspect of personal accomplishment. Further research is needed to explore the relationship between these factors and the level of teacher's job burnout.
