Supervision of child protection was legitimized within Policy of the Governor of Bali Regulation No. 48 of 2015 concerning the Commission for the Management of Children of the Province of Bali. In this study, there are two issues that will be examined namely how is the implementation of the Bali the Governor of Bali Regulation No. 48 of 2015 concerning the Commission for the Management of Children of the Province of Bali and how are the efforts being made to overcome obstacles in the protection and fulfillment of children's rights in Bali? This research uses the theory of the Van Metter and Van Horn Implementation Model. The research method used is to use a qualitative approach. Data analysis in the study was carried out interactively using interactive models from Miles and Huberman. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the Bali Governor of Bali Regulation No. 48 of 2015 concerning the Commission for the Management of Children of the Province of Bali has not been effective in fulfilling and protecting children's rights. Regional Child Protection Organizing Commission has not been able to optimally carry out its duties as a supervisor of the implementation of child protection in the Province of Bali. Efforts are being made to overcome obstacles in the protection and fulfillment of children's rights in Bali by establishing communication and coordination and making a joint commitment in the form of an MoU with several parties organizing child protection in the Province of Bali. Pengawasan terhadap perlindungan anak di Provinsi Bali dilegitimasi melalui Gubernur Bali membentuk Komisi Penyelenggara Perlindungan Anak Daerah Provinsi Bali melalui Kebijakan Peraturan Gubernur Bali Nomor 48 Tahun 2015 tentang Komisi Penyelenggara Perlindungan Anak Daerah Provinsi Bali. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat dua permasalahan yang akan dikaji yakni bagaimanakah implementasi Peraturan Gubernur Bali Nomor 48 Tahun 2015 tentang Komisi Penyelenggara Perlindungan Anak Daerah Provinsi Bali dan bagaimanakah upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam perlindungan dan pemenuhan hak anak di Bali? Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Model Implementasi Van Metter dan Van Horn. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mempergunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian dilakukan secara interaktif dengan menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi Peraturan Gubernur Bali Nomor 48 Tahun 2015 tentang Komisi Penyelenggara Perlindungan Anak Daerah Provinsi Bali belum efektif dalam memenuhi dan melindungi hak anak. Komisi Penyelenggara Perlindungan Anak Daerah belum bisa optimal dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pengawas pelaksanaan perlindungan anak di Provinsi Bali. upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam perlindungan dan pemenuhan hak anak di Bali adalah dengan membangun komunikasi dan koordinasi serta membuat suatu komitmen bersama berupa MoU dengan dengan beberapa pihak yang menyelenggarakan perlindungan anak di Provinsi Bali.
Entrepreneurs use religious names and symbols to trademark their businesses so that they are easy to remember and have commercial value. A trademark is a symbol used by a wholesaler, becoming a recognizable name or symbol to identify a product or service distributed to the marketplace. Trademarks make a product easily recognizable because it is unique and different from other businesses. A trademark identifies a product as belonging to a specific firm and recognizes the company's ownership of the mark. In Indonesia, religious names and symbols have been used as trademarks. Even if utilizing religious symbols generates discontent and outrage among the public, many enterprises already hold trademark certificates. The study seeks to determine whether religious names and symbols can be used as trademarks, as well as the legal ramifications of objections to utilizing holy names and symbols as trademarks. According to Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2016 on Marks and Geographical Indications, a mark cannot be registered if it is incompatible with state ideology, rules, regulations, morality, religion, decency, or public order. As a result, using names and religious symbols in business is against the law. In this situation, it may be considered religious blasphemy, as defined in Article 156a of the Criminal Code concerning Blasphemy/Defamation of Religion jo. President of the Republic of Indonesia Stipulation Number 1 of 1965, changed into Law Number 1 of 1965 Concerning Religious Abuse and/or Blasphemy.
Desa Sulang merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Kawan Kabupaten Klungkung. Secara tofografi Desa Sulang berstruktur perbukitan, banyak tumbuh tanaman kelapa. Secara historis buah kelapa di Desa Sulang diproses untuk membuat minyak kelapa tradisional (lengis tanusan). UD Kelapa Sari merupakan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang membuat minyak kelapa tradisional (lengis tanusan). Jumlah tenaga kerja yang terlibat sebanyak 10 orang di luar pemilik. Masalah UD Kelapa Sari, belum berpengalaman membuat Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). Agar hasil produksi UD Kelapa Sari memiliki nilai jual lebih mahal, selanjutkan dilakukan pendampingan pembuatan VCO. Pembuatan VCO diproses menggunakan teknik fermentasi atau tanpa pemanasan menggunakan api. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan yaitu ceramah dan edukasi. Solusi yang ditawarkan, pemilik dan tenaga kerja diberikan pelatihan teknis pembuatan VCO dari mentor yang sudah berpengalaman. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra telah berhasil membuat VCO walaupun masih dalam jumlah terbatas. Hasil VCO ini akan memberikan peluang yang lebih baik untuk perkembangan ekonomi di Desa Sulang apabila dapat menjalin kemitraan dengan pemerintah dan instansi terkait, memperbaiki sistem pembukuan, labelisasi, dibuatkan ijin produksi dan dapat dipasarkan secara online.

The problem of legal protection for creditors due to the making of marriage agreement during marriage can be answered for the conducting legal research using the normative juridical legal research method, which refers to formal legal sources. so that the research method can protect creditors from the marriage agreement made during the marriage is with preventive and repressive legal protection, preventive is taking precautions that can be done with the precautionary principle of a creditor before giving credit to the debtor and resolving the problem through legal channels by canceling the marriage agreement or making a civil suit to the district court, as long as the creditor can prove that the marriage agreement was made after an incident occurred. the law with the creditor or the marriage agreement causes a loss to the creditor.
Media sosial memberikan fasilitas bagi warganet untuk bertukar informasi, mengunggah foto, video dan kegiatannya sehari-hari. Aktivitas berbagi informasi pribadi yang terlalu sering disebut dengan oversharing. Oversharing secara psikologi merupakan suatu kebutuhan manusia untuk diperhatikan dan mendapatkan dukungan sosial. Namun secara tidak langsung, aktivitas tersebut justru membahayakan pengunggahnya. Penelitian ini akan membahas dua permasalahan yakni 1) konteks privasi dan perlindungan data pribadi serta kerentanannya dan 2) literasi digital bagi masyarakat warganet untuk menanggulangi perilaku oversharing. Konsep privasi pada dasarnya memberikan pilihan bagi setiap orang untuk memilah ruang privat dan ruang publik atas dirinya. Data pribadi bertransformasi menjadi data publik ketika pemiliknya membagikan data pribadi tersebut ke ruang maya. Literasi digital sangat diperlukan untuk melindungi warganet dari ancaman bahaya di ruang maya seperti cyberbullying, intimidasi, bahkan kejahatan yang dilakukan secara langsung seperti perampokan akibat perilaku warganet yang pamer harta kekayaan di media sosial. Literasi digital akan meningkatkan kecerdasan sosial warganet untuk menentukan apa saja yang dapat dan layak diunggah di media sosial. Kata kunci : literasi digital, oversharing, media sosial.
