Coronavirus is a deadly threat to all humankind. Its sudden arrival confused the government and society. The government policy, which limits activities outside the home and demands people to avoid crowds, followed by learning from home, is a new burden for the community. This article aims to explain a mother’s new role as a teacher and build more effective family communication patterns in dealing with Covid-19. The research was carried out by collecting data from several respondents who live in the Surakarta area. This article’s object is related to the activities of mothers who are also online teachers to their children at home with different educational backgrounds and social statuses. This study’s results show that the Covid-19 pandemic was an opportunity for women as citizens and citizens to experience social change. First, related to the globalization vortex that is increasingly aggressively forcing women to come into contact with information technology more. Women, namely mothers, are invited to better understand user information technology to become teachers and accompany their children when learning from home. Second, this period at the same time provides an opportunity for Javanese women to further instill social moral values as provisions for their children in the future. Third, this period is an opportunity to improve ourselves so that they are more worthy of becoming a more meaningful creature.
Pelaku UMKM, mengalami keterpurukan akibat Pandemi Covid 19, pemerintah wajib membangkitkan kembali UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi upaya resiliensi UMKM di Manahan pada masa pandemi dan keterlibatan Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Surakarta. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Surakarta dan Kalurahan Manahan, Surakarta. Responden dipilih secara purposif pada Pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan UKM dan pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Manahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif diskriptif dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan upaya resiliensi UMKM dan upaya pemerintah melalui Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Surakarta dalam permberdayaan tersebut. Data sekunder dan primer didapatkan di Kantor Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Surakarta dan Kalurahan Manahan Surakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaku UMKM di Manahan cukup resilien. Tidak semua pelaku UMKM tersentuh pemberdayaan dari Dinas Koperasi UKM Kota Surakarta. Umumnya pelaku UMKM di Manahan menyatakan tidak mendapatkan akses permodalan dari Dinas, tidak mendapatkan pelatihan ketrampilan yang dibutuhkan, tidak memiliki perijinan usaha, dan akses jejaring yang terbatas. Meskipun demikian para pelaku UMKM berharap bila ada bantuan pemerintah melaui Dinas Koperasi UKM dapat berupa akses modal, akses pasar dan pendampingan usaha. UMKM di Manahan berupaya bangkit secara mandiri selama dan pasca pandemi. Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Surakarta dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya menyesuaikan dengan kebijakan pemerintah yang lebih luas. Sumberdaya pemerintah Kota Surakarta teralihkan untuk penanganan Covid19 demikian juga anggaran untuk Dinas Koperasi dan UKM. Segala kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan UMKM tidak dapat dilaksanakan. Upaya pertolongan pada UMKM sebatas menyalurkan bantuan dari Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM berupa bahan pokok kepada pelaku UKM. Kegiatan pemberdayaan UMKM baru mulai kembali setelah Pandemi mereda pada skala yang terbatas.
This research is about the right of access to health services for people who participate in KIS in The Boyolali District. Problems arise when public policies from the central government are not in line with emerging policies. Various mistakes occur in these policies which will lead to the quality of public services in the health sector. The research objective is to improve the quality of health services for the poor in Boyolali The research method is a qualitative descriptive perspective with observational study techniques, in-depth interviews, and written document archives. Data processing and data analysis consist of data reduction, research data presentation, and levers. Health Services at the Mojosong Public health center have exceeded the health service standards of Permenkes Number 43 of 2016, however, there is one item of maternal care because there is no inpatient room so that the puskesmas will measure it to a hospital that has these facilities. , the services provided by the Public health center are felt to be more than good enough about medical administration services.
In a pandemic situation since March 2020, everyone has to do all activities at home or stay at home, starting from work, study, literacy, and others. In fact, mobility is now increasingly limited, and this makes people unable to travel arbitrarily. This has an impact on the way people live, such as with the economy, health, and education. Now that technology is here to make it easier for Indonesian people to be literate, we don't need to go out to go to the offline library, just sit back and relax at home. In Indonesia, digital literacy was initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture under Muhadjir Effendy in 2017 to counter hoaxes, but digital literacy has begun to be felt by the benefits since the pandemic rocked the world. But there are still those who are ignorant or don't even know what to pay attention to in digital literacy. This paper would like to discuss about how to strengthen digital communication in the era of the covid 19 pandemic and its implementation in Indonesian society. The purpose of this study is to describe the strengthening of digital literacy, its development, and its implementation in Indonesian society. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The results of the study show that there are various elements in digital literacy, namely cultural, cognitive, constructive, communicative, confident, creative, critical, and responsible. In addition, through photo-visual literacy, reproductive literacy, branched literacy, information literacy, emotional social literacy, and real-time thinking literacy. Tourism is one of the largest economic generating sectors in the world. Tourism development is a series of activities that create integration in the use of various resources and integrate all forms of aspects outside of tourism with the aim of making tourism even better. This research is a descriptive research using qualitative methods. As we know that the COVID-19 pandemic has affected almost all lines of life. Tourism and the economy have been badly affected by the COVID- 19 pandemic. Therefore, a strategy is needed in the development of tourism in Surakarta City during the COVID-19 pandemic. The formulation of tourism development strategies in this study uses a SWOT analysis technique. Before designing a strategy using a SWOT analysis, he explained the condition of tourism during the COVID-19 pandemic. SWOT analysis is used to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats on the research object. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis using a SWOT analysis matrix, there are 4 strategy formulations based on strengths-opportunities, weaknesses-opportunities, strengths-threats, and weaknesses- threats. The recommended strategy in tourism development in Surakarta City during the Covid 19 pandemic is to increase community involvement, especially young people in tourism management and technology-based tourism development.
