ABSTRAK Dampak UMKM di masa Pandemi Covid 19 dan Strategi Menghadapi Era New Normal sangat berpengaruh sekali terhadap keberlangsungan UMKM di Indonesia khususnya UMKM binaan Kadin Jawa Barat yang berasal dari berbagai kota, diseluruh Jawa Barat. UMKM yang dijadikan sampel adalah sebanyak 22 mitra usaha binaan Kadin Jawa Barat yang sebagian besar atau sekitar 70 persennya wanita dan mitra lainnya laki-laki. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan pada artikel Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada peserta UMKM binaan Kadin Jawa Barat. Kesimpulan menyatakan Strategi Menghadapi Era New Normal Kenali perubahan perilaku konsumen dan bertransformasi secara proaktif,perkuat strategi pemasaran digital untuk tetap terhubung dengan pelanggan Untuk menghadapi pandemi global dan situasi new normal saat ini, para pelaku bisnis harus mencari cara untuk tetap terhubung dengan para pelanggan, tetap optimis di tengah masa sulit. The pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical ingredients industry is one of the mainstay manufacturing sectors that is prioritized for development because it plays a major role as the main driver of the national economy. The pharmaceutical industry is a sector that is characterized by capital intensive, high technology, intensive R&D, heavily regulated, and fragmented market. Like other companies, profitability is important for the sustainability of manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry. Profitability is a description of the company's ability to earn profits through all existing capabilities and sources such as sales activities, cash, capital, number of employees, number of branches and so on. This study aims to determine the impact of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Inventory Turnover on Return On Assets in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The method of this research is quantitative method with time series data. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 6 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Inventory Turnover had an effect on Return On Assets.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari budaya kerja kaizen terhadap prduktivitas kerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja kaizen dan iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan produksi di PT. Honda Prospect Motor. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif (kausalitas) dan sampel 87 responden dari karyawan produksi di PT. Honda Prospect Motor. Metode pengujian menggunakan IBM SPSS 22. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa budaya kerja kaizen mempunyai pengaruh nyata signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, kemudian iklim komunikasi organisasi mempunyai pengaruh nyata tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan untuk kedua variabel budaya kerja kaizen dan iklim komunikasi organisasi mempunyai pengaruh nyata signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan produksi di PT. The objective of this study is to understand the influence of capital structure, sales growth and firm size on firm value in the automotive and component sub-sectors that are registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2020 period. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The findings of the study state that capital structure significantly and positively influences firm value, while there is no effect of sales growth and firm size on firm value in the automotive and component industry sub-sector companies that are registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2020 period.
ABSTRAKTujuan – Menghasilkan kajian tentang kinerja publikasi ilmiah dosen melalui penciptaan iklim organisasi yang kondusif, dukungan organisasi dan berbagi pengetahuan.Desain / metode / pendekatan – Gabungan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, alat uji menggunakan uji rata-rata untuk hipotesis deskriptif dan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) untuk hipotesis verifikatif. Sedangkan untuk penelitian kualitatif dengan FGD dan wawancara. Orisinalitas / nilai – berdasarkan beberapa kajian penelitian terdahulu, belum pernah ada penelitian tentang kinerja publikasi ilmiah dosen dikaitkan dengan iklim organisasi, dukungan organisasi dan berbagi pengetahuan. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat dijadikan literatur dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja publikasi ilmiah dosen di Indonesia, khususnya di Jawa Barat. Temuan - Peningkatkan Kinerja Publikasi Ilmiah Dosen di Indonesia khususnya di Jawa Barat dapat terwujud, apabila fakultas dan universitas dapat menciptakan iklim organisasi yang kondusif, meningkatkan dukungan organisasi dan terjadi proses berbagi pengetahuan diantara para dosen dan pimpinan.Kata kunci: Kinerja Publikasi Ilmiah Dosen, Iklim Organisasi, Dukungan Organisasi, Berbagi Pengetahuan.
