Covid-19 pandemic has affected various aspects of life, one of which is consumer behaviour in purchasing food products. This study aims to examine online purchase behaviour of food products of Bedukmutu online marketplace consumers during the Covid-19 pandemic. A 5-point Likert scale, Rank Spearman correlation and multiple linear regression were used to explore purchasing behaviour, factors that are correlated with and influence consumer purchasing behaviour of food products during the pandemic. The results showed that there was a slightly increase in the monthly purchasing activity of food products during the pandemic which was dominated by cooking oil and beverage products with an average purchase value of IDR 250,000 to IDR 500,000. Furthermore, compatibility and usability variable are proven to have a strong correlation and have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention of food products during the Covid-19 pandemic.
This research was aimed to study the content of fatty acid from yogurt drink by mangosteen rind extract. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was throughout the research with different concentrations of mangosteen rind extract (0, 1, 2, and 3% (v/v). The results were differences on the yogurt drink product. The addition of mangosteen rind extract on yogurt drink of goat’s milk contains fatty acids both saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. The highest saturated fatty acids were observed on the of palmitic fatty acids, while the highest unsaturated fatty acids were found on the oleic acid. There were changes in the profiles of fatty acids during processing of fresh goat milk into yogurt drink by mangosteen rind extract.
Village-owned enterprises (Bumdes) are village businesses managed by the Village Government that aim to meet the needs of village communities and raise the superior potential of a village. The village is one of the potential places to develop the village economy. The existence of Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is a solution for developing village economic activities through structured management by utilizing reliable and competent human resources. Potential competencies as well as reality competencies have an important role for employees in improving performance to carry out the operational activities of Village-Owned Enterprises, as an effort to drive the leading rural local sector This study aims to determine the effect of potential competence and reality competence on the performance of employees of Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) in Kulon Progo Regency. The research population was all employees of Bumdes in Kulon Progo Regency, amounting to 71 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample method of 71 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of five answer choices and also interviews. The questionnaire was tested to meet the validity and reliability requirements. This test was carried out with the SPSS 19.0 program. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression analysis show that potential competencies do not have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Village-Owned Enterprises, even though the nature of the relationship is positive. However, the competence that is believed to have an effect on improving the performance of employees is reality competence. Reality competencies related to knowledge, willingness, and technical expertise in accordance with the field of work both in the form of work experience and talent play a role in improving the quality of employee performance. Therefore, the Bumdes is expected to be able to strengthen the reality competencies of employees by providing additional knowledge, strengthening the willingness to learn and improving employee skills. Efforts to strengthen the reality competence of employees are expected to make it easier for employees and also Bumdes to identify problems and find creative and quality solutions for the progress of Bumdes in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 which is increasingly competitive.
Yogurt drink can be produces from goat milk. Yogurt drink was added mangosteen rind extract to increase quality of product. This study aimed to determine antioxidant activity (total phenol compound, antioxidant activity by IC50 and thiobarbituric acid or TBA value) of yogurt drink from goat milk by mangosteen rind extract. Complete randomized design was used in this research with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The antioxidant activities of yogurt supplemented with 0, 1, 2, and 3% (v/v) mangosteen rind extract was analysed. The result shows that the total phenol content increased along the increase in the levels of mangosteen. Yogurt drink with mangosteen had radical higher scavenging activity than control. TBA value showed significant differences (p<0.05) among treatments. As conclusion, mangosteen rind extract had the potential to improve antioxidant and hinder the rancidity in yogurt drink.
Penyediaan layanan pemasaran sangat penting dalam mempertahankan keberlangs ungan lembaga pendidikan seperti halnya SD Muhammadiyah di kabupaten Purworejo. P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketing yakni produk, harga, prom osi, tempat terhadap minat masyarakat dalam menyekolahkan anaknya di sekolah dasar Muhammadiyah Purworejo. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Tempat penelitia n Kabupaten Purworejo Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 357 dengan Sampel berjumlah 1 00 responden. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda dilakukan mengguna kan program SPSS. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Tempat terhadap keputusan pembelian.H asil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Produk, dengan nilai sig. 0,006 (< 0,05) artinya berpengaruh. Harga, dengan nilai sig. 0,002 (<0,05) artinya berpengaruh. Promosi, dengan nilai sig. 0,185 (>0,05) artinya tidak berpengaruh. Tempat, dengan nilai sig. 0,426 (>0,05) artinya tidak berpengaruh. Sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa penyediaan produk, harga, promosi dan tempat yang memadai sangat berpengaruh terhadap minat orang tua dalam menyekolahkan anaknya di SD Muhammadiyah kabupaten Purworejo.
