Lemukutan Island in West Kalimantan has marine natural resources with a high level of diversity such as seagrass, coral reefs, macroalgae, and gastropods. Gastropods are one of the largest Mollusc phylum groups that are abundant in the waters of Lemukutan Island. Several types of gastropods have been reported to have high economic value and high nutritional content as well as macro minerals such as Na, Ca, K, F, and P. Therefore, these biota are more widely used as food. This study aims to analyze the proximate and mineral content of gastropods (Lambis and Monetaria) from the waters of Lemukutan Island. The moisture content and ash content of the sample were determined by the gravimetric method. The results of the study found that macro mineral content was determined in Lambis and Monetaria by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). The protein content in both types of gastropods is quite high. Monetaria has a higher protein content (63.69%) than Lambis (50.06%). However, the fat content in Lambis is 1.88% and Monetaria is 1.14%. The highest mineral content of these two types of gastropods is iron (Fe). Lambis and Monetaria have Fe content of 0.2762 mg/kg and 0.1818 mg/kg, respectively.

Necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) is a serious inflammatory disease of intestine which affects 5-7% preterm neonates. NEC is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in NICU despite rapid advance in preterm neonatal care. Pathophysiology of NEC is multifactorial and not fully understood. Early detection is challenging because of indistinguishable clinical manifestation and still relies on less sensitive abdominal radiography. Nowadays, pathophysiology and diagnostic approach are priority topics for research in neonatology. Comprehensive prevention and treatment strategies expectedly can improve outcome of disease.

Kata Kunci: Mahasiswi, Haemoglobin, Anemia, Stunting ABSTRACT Stunting is a problem of malnutrition in children which is currently a national issue. Interventions are needed to reduce the prevalence of stunting in order to contribute to the Golden Indonesia in 2045. Various efforts have been made by the government in suppressing the increasing incidence of stunting, one of which is the implementation of specific nutrition interventions and sensitive nutrition interventions. The purpose of the activity is to carry out specific and sensitive interventions to prevent stunting through final year students The activities that will be carried out are: screening the nutritional status of final year female students through examination of hemoglobin levels, giving blood supplements and providing nutrition education, education on reproductive health and parenting patterns as premarital preparation for final year students at Tanjungpura University. The benefit of the activity is to increase the understanding of final year female students related to risk factors for giving birth to a stunting generation so that female students as prospective mothers can prepare and eliminate these risk factors so as not to give birth to stunting children. The results of the screening showed that 19 participants (38%) had Hb levels below 12 mg/dl with the lowest level of 7.1 mg/dl. The results of the post test evaluation showed an increase in the average score with a difference of 1.16, which means that there is an influence between the education provided and the knowledge of the participants. The increase in knowledge is expected to be sufficient provision for prospective mothers to continue to the marriage level as the first step to prevent stunting births from anemic mothers. Socialization and Education on Early Prevention of the Risks of Peatland Fires in the Dry Season to the Villagers of Kapur The increasing need for food and housing has become a trigger for clearing peatlands, because burning land is one of the most economical ways to clear these lands. During the dry season, this culture of clearing land is very risky for large peatland fires that are difficult to extinguish. The purpose of this Community Service activity (PKM) is to educate and socialize early efforts to prevent land fires and actions to reduce the risk or danger caused by haze from land fires to the Kapur Kubu Raya Village community group. This activity was carried out offline while still using the health protocol for the prevention of Covid 19. This activity was attended by 20 participants who were representatives of community members, using the lecture method followed by simulations and demonstrations of handling fires. In this activity health masks and hand sanitizer were also distributed to all participants who attended. Monitoring and evaluation of activities is carried out throughout the activity through observing the activities of participants in simulations and demonstrations, while the level of understanding and ability of the community in dealing with fires shows progress, as seen in the results of the questionnaires given at the beginning and end of the activity.
The akar kuning plant (Arcangelisia flava L) from the Menispermaceae family is one of the Bajakah plant groups, which propagate among large trees and are commonly found in tropical forests in the West Kalimantan region. The purpose of this study was to determine the phytochemical compound and activity of anti-inflammatory from the akar kuning stem ethanol extract through the stabilization ability of the human red blood cell membrane (HRBC) in vitro. The akar kuning plant was taken from the forest of the Kapuas Hulu region, dried and mashed first and then extracted by maceration using the organic solvent ethanol. The ethanol extract obtained was concentrated using a rotary evaporatory, then a sample solution of akar kuning ethanol extract was made at several concentrations. Based on the results of phytochemical testing, this plant contained flavonoids, tannins, alkaloids and saponins. Anti-inflammatory activity testing using rabbit blood and using diclofenac sodium as a positive control. The measurement results showed the anti-inflammatory activity of the ethanol extract of the yellow root plant at concentrations of 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 mg/mL were 28.77, 39.45, 57.53, , 62.80 and 75.50%, while the percentage of HRBC stabilization of the positive control was at the same concentration were 34.55, 46.34., 56.56, 69.88 and 87.33%.
