One of the government's efforts to accelerate development in disadvantaged, deepest and outermost regions is through the Village Fund Policy. One of the obligations after the issuance of Law No. 6 of 2014 is the implementation of BUMDes (Village-Owned Enterprises). The study aims to analyze the contribution of Village Funds in the development of BUMDes in Hanura Village, Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran District, Lampung Province. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with village officials and managers of BUMDes and field observations. The results of this study indicate that village funds in Hanura Village have contributed to the development of BUMDes. In 2018 the Hanura Village Government budgeted costs for the Procurement of Infrastructure Production Activities for Agriculture / livestock / fisheries production of Rp. 12,265,000.00. Then the Budget for Procurement of Marketing Infrastructure Activities (Shop and Cooperative Development) is Rp. 104,700,000.00, and the Community Economic Business Development and Establishment Activities (for other Capital Equipment and Machine Expenditures and animal and livestock capital expenditures) of Rp. 39,999,997.00. The business units owned by BUMDes Conscience include: 1) Market Management, 2) Product and Service Units, 3) Home Industry. One of the BUMDes marketing strategies is through online sales through the BUMDes website.
This study aims to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction of coffee powder and the marketing mix of coffee powder agroindustry in Bandar Lampung City. The research method used was a case study. Research location was determined purposively. The number of interviewed samples was 60 respondents chosen using snowball sampling method. Respondents of this study consisted of consumers of coffee powder, owners, industry and trade in Bandar Lampung City, and experts of University Lampung chosen using snowball sampling. The study was conducted in February-April 2018. The data analysis methods used are the analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and descriptive analysis. The results showed that: consumers of Jempol brand coffee powder in Bandar Lampung City were in satisfied criteria. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is a vital element for company in order to manage good relationship with local people and surroundings. CSR were made to maintain the balance between corporate interests and the welfare of surrounding community. Hence, this study aims to find out the level of CSR Program implementation at PT Bukit Asam Unit Pelabuhan Tarahan, the perception of society and company, and the relationship between the perception and the level of the CSR Program implementation. The location of this study has been chosen puposively in Tarahan Village, Panjang Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung. Respondents of this research were 61 of local people and 6 of company staffs. Data were collected in April - May 2017. This research used a survey method with descriptive analysis and used nonparametric statistics test correlation Rank Spearman to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the level of program implementation is in a high classification, the perception of society on CSR Program is in good classification, the perception of company to CSR Program is also in good classification. There is no significant correlation between the perception of society and program implementation, in other hand there is significant correlation between the perception of company and program implementation of PT Bukit Asam Unit Pelabuhan Tarahan. The research is to analyze competence of Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs), ability of farmer groups, and analyze relationship between the AEWs’ competence and the ability of farmer groups to support the distinguished North Raman BP3K. The research method used is a survey carried out in North Raman subdistrict of East Lampung. Data were collected in March - July 2017. The data are analyzed descriptively and using Kruskals Wallis test. Respondents are 77 people consisting of three AEWs’ and 74 rice farmers in North Raman subdistrict specified using a purposive sampling method. The results showed the Competence of the AEWs’ is in medium category and the ability of farmer groups is in medium category. There is relationship between the competence of the AEW’s and the ability of farmer groups to support the distinguished BP3K in North Raman subdistrict.Key words: AEWs’ Competence, BP3K, farmer groups’ capability
This study aims to examine participation level of farmer group members, farmer group dynamics, rice production increase, and the relationship between the the participation, group dynamics and rice production increase in Cintamulya Village, Candipuro District, South Lampung Regency. Respondents in this study were 85 farmers. The study was conducted in August -September 2017. The research method used was a survey method using a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The relationship among variables are analyzed using nonparametric statistics Spearman rank correlation test. The results showed that the participation rate of farmer group members is in a low category, group dynamics is in less dynamic category, and increase production is included in a low category. There are significant relationships between the level of participation of members of farmer groups and farmer group dynamics, the level of participation and production increase, and group dynamics and production increase.
