Peran unsur hara makro terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah (Allium cepa L.). penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli – September 2020 di Kebun Percobaan Program Studi Agroteknologi STIPER Kutai Timur. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan mengambil sampel tanah pada masing-masing titik sampling untuk dilakukan analisis unsur hara makro tanah di laboratorium. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda ditujukan untuk mengidentifikasi unsur hara makro tanah yang paling erat hubungannya dengan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah, serta mencari bentuk hubungan antara peubah unsur hara makro tanah tersebut dengan peubah pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah (jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, jumlah umbi dan berat umbi). Hasi penelitian menunjukan bahwa unsur hara pada lokasi penelitian memiliki kandungan N-total sangat rendah-tinggi, P-tersedia tinggi-sangat tinggi dan K-tersedia sangat rendah. Unsur hara N memberikan hubungan yang negatif terhadap semua parameter, kandungan unsur N yang rendah tidak dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan vegetatif. unsur P memberikan hubungan positif hanya pada jumlah anakan, kandungan P dalam tanah mempercepat pertumbuhan akar dan jumlah anakan. Unsur K memberikan hubungan positif terhadap semua parameter. Unsur K dalam tanah yang cukup membantu dalam metabolisme pertumbuhan tanaman.
At this time many food processing used chemical preservatives that can interfered human health. Dayak onion plants was widely used as medicine because they contain antimicrobial substances. Efforts to increase the used of natural preservatives from plants so that plants would be able to replace chemical preservatives. However, this plant had not been used as a natural preservative so there was a need for research to increase knowledge of other benefits, especially as preservatives for stored livestock products. The purpose of this study is to determine the best concentration of boiled water of dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia (l.) Merr) to inhibiting the growth of escherichia coli bacteria and how long the meat has been stored is still in good condition at room temperature and how much was the best concentration of boiled water of Dayak onions. The method used was descriptive analysis. The stages of the study were the manufactured of boiled water of dayak onion 0, 10, 20 and 30% w/v, soaked for 15 minutes, packed, storaged at room temperature 22-32 OC and E. coli tested at the Animal Health and Veterinary Public Health Laboratory of Samarinda. The results of the study were boiled water of dayak onion had an effect as an antimicrobial agent at a concentration of 30% w/v, there was a tendency to reduced the number of E. coli bacterial colonies in beef and the best storaged treatment was 1 day.
<p><em>This study aims to improve student activity and learning outcomes in the subject of Manufacturing Engineering Drawing class XI TPm 3. Observation Results In this subject the teacher is still actively involved in the learning process or commonly called teacher centered. In the learning process the teacher conveys learning using an LCD projector, the teacher gives instructions or examples then students imitate what is exemplified. But in the process students have difficulty following the instructions from the teacher, the teacher must repeat the instructions until the students understand. This takes up a lot of time during the learning process. So there are other topics that the teacher cannot convey to students. Teachers feel unable to deliver teaching materials optimally because of limited teaching hours.</em><em>The research method used is to apply the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model with the subjects of class XI TPm 3 students. Data collection techniques use evaluations in the form of LKPD in which there is an evaluation of knowledge and performance.</em><em>The results of the holding of students, pre-test before learning cycle 1 obtained results of 39, only a few students who mastered the function of making and modifying 2D CAD drawings. 9 students who are quite mastered and 30 students who have not mastered. After filling out the questionnaire, it turned out that the reason was that the majority of children did not know about 2D drawing with computer applications</em></p>
The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the social, economic, and environmental impacts of MSMEs Partners after using digital applications (2) to identify the effects of the utilization digital applications on the empowerment of MSMEs Partners. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, where all members of the MSMEs partners who had used digital applications in their business were used as samples in this research. The data analysis method was descriptive statistics with SPSS program, and SEM-PLS with the SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that the highest mean value of descriptive statistics was the economic impact with a value of 3.94 and a standard deviation of 0.70. It stated the utilization of digital applications has an economic impact on MSMEs Partners Community Development Officier PT. KPC. The variables (impact) of the utilization digital applications that have a significant effects on the empowerment of MSMEs Partners are economic impacts and social impacts, while environmental impacts do not have a significant effect on the empowerment of MSMEs Partners. The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in several government-related activities being carried out online. One of them was a public consultation on the development of the Taman Botani Kutai Timur. This activity aimed to find out the recent conditions and potential developments that can be reached from Taman Botani as a green open area. The activity was carried out through focus group discussions, presenting researchers and practitioners from parties representing the central government, provincial governments, district governments, relevant government institutions, academics, community institutions, and other interested communities. The meetings held revealed that Taman Botani has potential to be developed for the better. One of the suggestions that emerged was to develop it into a regional botanical garden. Otherwise, its successful development requires a strong commitment from the local government regarding policy formulation and funding allocation. In addition, the development of Taman Botani requires monitoring from the community in the form of policy advocacy.
