This study discusses the axiology of critical thinking, how the benefits of critical thinking skills in education and using the literature study method are carried out only based on written works, including research results, both published and unpublished. The purpose of this article is to provide additional knowledge for teachers and other researchers that critical thinking skills have many benefits for education so that later in the education unit they are able to realize their abilities to produce competent students according to educational goals. The results of the literature study on critical thinking skills seen in axiological studies related to ethical and aesthetic values show that by utilizing critical thinking skills students are able to build quality thinking so as to produce good learning. Developing thinking skills is very important because it will have an impact on students' daily lives. Keywords: Critical Thinking Ability, Axiology Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang Aksiologi berpikir kritis, bagaimana manfaat dari kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pendidikan dan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan hanya berdasarkan atas karya tertulis, termasuk hasil penelitian baik yang telah maupun yang belum dipublikasikan. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk memberi penambahan pengetahuan bagi guru maupun peneliti lain bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis memiliki banyak kebermanfaatan untuk pendidikan agar nantinya ketika di satuan pendidikan mampu merealisasikan kemampuan yang dimilikinya untuk menghasilkan peserta didik yang berkompeten sesuai tujuan pendidikan. Hasil dari studi kepustakaan kemampuan berpikir kritis dilihat dalam kajian aksiologi yang berkaitan dengan nilai etika dan estetika menunjukkan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa mampu membangun kualitas berfikir sehingga menghasilkan pembelajaran dengan baik. <p class="AfiliasiCxSpFirst" align="left"><strong>Abstrak:</strong><strong></strong></p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpMiddle">Tujuan artikel ini adalah memberikan informasi mengenai pengertian filsafat matematika, pengertian filsafat pendidikan dan hubungan antara matematika dengan filsafat pendidikan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan studi literatur (<em>library research</em>). Temuan dalam artikel ini adalah hubungan antara matematika dan filsafat pendidikan yang saling bersinergi satu sama lain. Kesamaan antara matematika dan filsafat adalah memiliki objek kajian yang sama yaitu begerak pada tingkat generalitas dan abstraksi yang tinggi, mempergunakan akal/ rasional dan tidak melakukan eksperimen, serta tidak memerlukan peralatan laboratorium. Namun, matematika dan filsafat juga memiliki perbedaan yaitu jenis metode dalam menelaah suatu kebenaran. Matematika menggunakan metode deduksi dimana kebenaran dari hasil penelaahannya harus dapat ditunjukan dengan serangkaian langkah pembuktian. Sedangkan filsafat menggunakan macam–macam metode rasional dimana proses pembuktian itu tidak harus terjadi tetapi harus berlangsung dengan alasan-alasan yang diperoleh dari penalaran serta dapat bersifat fleksibel.</p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpMiddle"> </p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpLast" align="left"><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>:</p><p>Matematika, Filsafat, Pendidikan</p><p> </p><p class="Afiliasi"><strong><em>Abstract:</em></strong></p><pre><em>This study aims to inform the concept of philosophy in mathematics, the concept of philosophy in education, and the relationship between mathematics and the philosophy of education. This study follows a descriptive approach with a literature study (library research). The findings indicate the relationship between mathematics and educational philosophy that synergize with each other. The similarity between mathematics and philosophy is that they have the same object of study, namely dealing with a high level of generality and abstraction, using reason/rationality, not conducting experiments, not requiring laboratory equipment. However, mathematics and philosophy are also different in terms of the method in examining a truth. Mathematics uses deduction where the truth of the results of the study must be presented by steps of proving evidence. This study aims to provide an assessment of project-based learning on classroom construction material for class V SDN 250 Sinar Gading II. Implementation of research with a qualitative approach by applying the CIPP evaluation model. Implementation of the overall evaluation of the aspects of context, input, process, and output of results/products to assess the effectiveness of project-based learning. The subjects were teachers and fourth grade students at SDN 250 Sinar Gading II. The data were obtained by primary and secondary observations and the data were analyzed and described. The overall project-based learning on the material for the V grade students of SDN 250 Sinar Gading II was very good.
Keterampilan berfikir tingkat tinggi penting diluaskan pada diri peserta didik, karena mereka memainkan peran penting dalam memahami masalah. Pembelajaran mengutamakan proses pemodelan matematika berdasarkan kondisi lingkungan siswa, sehingga pembelajaran Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) dapat mengembangkan daya pikir tingkat tinggi. Analsis ini merupakan tentang penelitian kualitatif interpretatif yaitu suatu studi yang datanya diberikan secara wajar atau apa adanya dengan menerapkan tata kerja yang terstuktur, terpaku dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan agar tidak kehilangan sifat ilmiahnya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menginformasikan kepada pengajar atau pendidik bahwa dalam mengimplementasikan RME (Realistics Mathematic Education) dapat meningkatkan pola pikir murid sehingga meningkatkan keterampilan HOTS pada muatan bidang studi pada SD. Pola didalam analisis ini menggunakan metode mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, mengevaluasi, menginterpretasikan penelitan. Berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka, didasarkan pada beberapa indikator kemampuan berpikir siswa tinggi: interpretasi, analisis, evaluasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Selanjutnya, pengembangan beberapa langkah pembelajaran pendidikan matematika realistik (RME): persiapan, inisiasi, sistem proses pembelajaran, dan penyelesaian.
