This study discusses the axiology of critical thinking, how the benefits of critical thinking skills in education and using the literature study method are carried out only based on written works, including research results, both published and unpublished. The purpose of this article is to provide additional knowledge for teachers and other researchers that critical thinking skills have many benefits for education so that later in the education unit they are able to realize their abilities to produce competent students according to educational goals. The results of the literature study on critical thinking skills seen in axiological studies related to ethical and aesthetic values show that by utilizing critical thinking skills students are able to build quality thinking so as to produce good learning. Developing thinking skills is very important because it will have an impact on students' daily lives. Keywords: Critical Thinking Ability, Axiology Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang Aksiologi berpikir kritis, bagaimana manfaat dari kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pendidikan dan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan hanya berdasarkan atas karya tertulis, termasuk hasil penelitian baik yang telah maupun yang belum dipublikasikan. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk memberi penambahan pengetahuan bagi guru maupun peneliti lain bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis memiliki banyak kebermanfaatan untuk pendidikan agar nantinya ketika di satuan pendidikan mampu merealisasikan kemampuan yang dimilikinya untuk menghasilkan peserta didik yang berkompeten sesuai tujuan pendidikan. Hasil dari studi kepustakaan kemampuan berpikir kritis dilihat dalam kajian aksiologi yang berkaitan dengan nilai etika dan estetika menunjukkan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa mampu membangun kualitas berfikir sehingga menghasilkan pembelajaran dengan baik. This study aimed to determine students Curiosity in learning geometry using the Geogebra application. This research was conducted at a private junior high school in the Sei Bejangkar area for the 2021/2022 academic year. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental. Data was collected after the treatment was obtained from students' curiosity questionnaires on geometry material. The study results revealed that there was a significant effect on learning mathematics using the Geogebra application on students Curiosity. This can be seen from the curiosity questionnaire scores of students who were taught geometry learning with the aid of the Geogebra application and 94 scores of students who were taught using conventional learning media were 84 scores. The analysis of covariance calculations shows that for learning Fcount Ftabel = , so Ho is rejected and Ha. In addition, the height of the regression line describes student learning outcomes, namely when X = 0, then the regression equation for Curiosity learning class using Geogebra is obtained Y = 62,777 and the conventional learning class regression equation Y = 61.399. It means that it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on learning using Geogebra on students Curiosity about the geometri material. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Swasta daerah Sei Bejangkar Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode quasi eksperimen. Pengumpulan data diberikan setelah perlakuan diperoleh dari angket curiosity siswa pada materi geometri. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yag signifikan pada pemebalajarn matematika menggunakan aplikasi geogebra terhadapa Curiosity siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari skor angket curiosity siswa yang diajar pada pembelajaran geometri dengan berbantuan software Geogebra adalah sebesar dan 94 skor siswa yang diajar dengan media pembelajaran konvensional adalah sebesar 84 skor . Hasil analisis kovarians perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa untuk pembelajaran diperoleh Fhit Ftabel = , sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha . Selain itu Ketinggian garis regresi menggambarkan hasil belajar siswa, yaitu pada saat X = 0 maka persamaan regresi untuk Curiosity kelas pembelajaran menggunakan Geogebra diperoleh Y = 62,777 dan persamaan regresi kelas pembelajaran konvensional Y = 61,399. Berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pada pembelajaran menggunakan Geogebra terhadap Curiosity siswa pada materi geometri. Kata kunci: Geogebra; Curiosity; Matematika
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan menyelesaikan soal pada mata pelajaran matematika matematika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dari penelitian in 27 siswa kelas VI MIS Al penelitian ini berupa 3 tes soal yang mengacu pada indikator kemampuan matematika diantaranya (1) menyajikan pernyataan matematika secara tertulis, diagra gambar. (2) menyusun argumen yang valid. (3) memberikan alasan terhadap kebenaran solusi. (4) menarik kesimpulan dari pernyataan logis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa siswa melakukan kesalahan dalam menjawab soal nomor 1 seb kesalahan siswa dalam menjawab soal nomor 2 sebanyak 26%, dan kesalahan siswa dalam menjawab soal nomor 3 sebanyak 38%. Thi subjects of this study were 27 students of class VI MIS Al instrument used in this study was in the form of 3 test questions referring to indicators of mathematical reasoning abilities including (1) presenting written mathematical statements, diagrams or pictures. (2) compose valid arguments. (3) provide reasons for the correctness of the solution. (4) draw conclusions from logical statements. Based on the results of the stud was concluded that students made mistakes in answering question number 1 as much as 48%, students' errors in answering question number 2 were 26%, and students' errors in answering question number 3 were 38%
