Student engagement is a condition of the extent to which students play an active role in the learning process by focusing on time, energy, mind, effort, feelings and making it happen in action to complete their academic tasks completely. This study aims to explore and find out the level of student engagement in the Covid-19 pandemic period seen from gender differences and the school level. Quantitative descriptive research with this survey design involves 469 students, 245 students of the junior high school, and 224 senior high school students chosen using a stratified random sampling proportionate cluster. The results showed that secondary school students in the Covid-19 pandemic period had an average level of student engagement in the medium category. This study found, there was no different level of student engagement based on gender (t (467) = -1.86). But specifically, the participation has a significant difference, while the skill, emotion, and performance do not have a significant difference. At the school level, indicate that there are significant differences in the level of student engagement (t(467)= -3.39). Furthermore, it can be seen from every indicator of student engagement skills, participation and performance have a significant difference and only an emotion that does not have it. The results of this study have implications for the planning of guidance and counseling programs in schools during the Covid-19 pandemic period, which is important to see the level of student engagement, especially in the emotional indicator. Further discussion is discussed in this article.
he village of Blimbingan is one of the villages in Baturan village, Colomadu District, Karanganyar Regency. The Housewives of the village Blimbingan actually have the skill of sewing but the potential they have is not developed. There are 5 handyman in Blimbingan village so that many of the patchwork fabric that should be used, but the citizen of Blimbingan village does not know the benefits of patchwork. Patchwork fabric in Blimbingan village is more often discarded and burned so it pollutes the environment of the surrounding community especially air pollution, and also many still good batik patchwork that should still be utilized to be processed into goods that have a high economic value. The majority of the community of Blimbingan Village are less concerned about environmental issues, they do not know the benefits that will be gained if they are able to utilize patchwork, their view of not the importance of a supposed patchwork cloth should be changed so that they should be adapted by being given socialization and counseling. This community service aims to provide socialization as well as training on making accessories by utilizing patchwork waste in Blimbingan village as well as providing guidance to develop into a productive economic business in order to become a new opportunity for the group of Mothers-Housewives village Blimbingan. The methods used in this activity are by counseling, training, monitoring and mentoring. This community devotion activity is a partner of mother-housewife Group has effectively understood the utilization of waste patchwork for beneficial products such as the manufacture of accessories and many people in need. This research belongs to the type of library research, namely, by recording all findings and combining all findings, either theory or new findings about career collage, analyzing all findings from various readings and providing critical ideas about career collage as a therapeutic intervention for decision making. student career. Merek sangatlah penting karena konsumen tidak lagi puas hanya dengan ter-cukupi kebutuhannya. Besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan oleh suatu merek yang sudah dianggap sebagai aset perusahaan (brand equity) maka PT. XL Axiata menginginkan mereknya sukses di pasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Ekuitas Merek yang dimiliki oleh PT. XL Axiata sehingga dapat mempengaruhi konsumen pada keputusan pembelian XL Paket Data Seluler di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif. Tehnik analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, mengingat model tersusun atas sejumlah hubungan kausal antar variabel laten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan dan parsial kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas, dan loyalitas merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Manajemen PT. XL Axiata sebaiknya meningkatkan kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas, dan loyalitas merek bagi para konsumennya, mengingat koefisien regresinya masih rendah atau masih dibawah satu. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara melakukan peningkatan kualitas produk dan layanan gerai bagi para konsumen serta mengadakan kegiatan-kegiatan marketing untuk meningkatkan brand awarness konsumennya.

Kompetensi spiritual ini melengkapi kode etik yang ditetapkan oleh “the American Counseling Association (2014)” untuk memberi dukungan dalam meningkatkan kepekaan lintas budaya dan keahlian dalam konseling.
