Purposes: To determine programs that are able to encourage the growth of community initiatives and creativity, especially the development of accessibility systems, development of creative industries, development of arts and culture towards independent and sustainable tourism villages supported by the existence of BUMDes. Research Methodology: The research method carried out with a qualitative descriptive approach is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. Qualitative descriptive studies and research are used to analyze events, phenomena, or social conditions at the research location. Results: The results of the analysis and discussion can be seen that the program is able to develop existing local potential, both natural resources and human resources, and the program is able to encourage community independence with all the impacts it causes and is able to help empower the community. Limitations: The limited time for the implementation of the service is very short, namely 8 months.. The main purpose of this study is to assess the existence of a diversity of religious, cultural, arts tourism and tourist destinations into sustainable tourism products with the criteria of tourism protection, the arts and culture of the local community in a directed and integrated manner in order to realize certain goals dynamically and selectively.  Religious, artistic, and cultural tourism have criteria with an assessment of the level of importance and level of quality based on indicators and supporting evidence that forms the criteria. The study method is carried out through qualitative descriptive by revealing events or facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occur in tourist destinations to make descriptions, descriptions, systematically, factually and accurately regarding facts, characteristics and relationships between phenomena that occur. destinations by level of importance and level of quality. The results of the discussion on management in destinations related to indicators: a) religious, artistic, cultural and natural sites tourism b) religion, culture, and the arts of local communities, c) historic buildings d) rural landscapes, have value at the level of importance and a high level of quality as a product sustainable tourism in Magelang district. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to study the process of revitalizing the presence of Village-owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in village development innovations, especially in the revitalization of cultural tourism areas in the Parangtritis beach area. Research Methodology: This method of implementing community service is carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with an approach to the concept of active involvement of BUMDes in revitalizing the cultural tourism area. All BUMDes members in the organizational structure are actively involved. Results: The presence of BUMDes is to strengthen the economy of the rural communities. BUMDes is the right of the village to take advantage of the Village Law rules which give authority to the village government to innovate in village development, especially in terms of improving the village economy and welfare for village communities. Conclusions: Community service show that there is an active role for BUMDes in revitalizing the area, especially in carrying out inventory and planning for the revitalization of cultural tourism areas. . Limitations: The limited time for the implementation of the service is very short, namely 6 months. Kawasan Ciayumajakuning mempunyai berbagai sumberdaya wisata baik alam dan maupun buatan, yang sangat berpotensi menarik kunjungan wisatawan dalam jumlah besar dan mempunyai keunggulan kompetitif sebagai destinasi wisata wilayah Jawa Barat bagian timur dan wilayah Jawa Tengah bagian barat dan Bandara Internasional Jawa Barat menjadi hub transportasi regional, nasional dan internasional. Tujuan kajian ini adalah mengukur nilai tingkat kualitas pada indikator perlindungan lingkungan dan konservasi energi di destinasi. Metode yang dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner dan wawancara secara daring dan luring kepada responden. Selain melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan sudi pustaka pada sumber-sumber yang terkait seperti buku, peraturan, jurnal maupun artikel internet. Asesmen melibatkan 3 (tiga) responden yang berasal dari unsur profesi berbeda, yaitu: (1) pemerintah (ASN); (2) akademisi; dan (3) pelaku industri, 4) masyarakat. Penilaian dilakukan untuk menilai tingkat kualitas pada indikator perlindungan lingkungan dan konservasi energi di destinasi khususnya di desa Cibuntu.
