This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, while the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory research. The research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The research was carried out for 3 months. The population in this study amounted to 96 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The sample in this study was the total population taken as a sample. Thus the number of samples is equal to the population (census or saturated samples). So that the sample is 96 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of the Maros Regency Regional Secretariat employees.
Every organization expects its people resources to perform well in order to accomplish organizational goals. Similarly, expectations for the Makassar City Volunteer Democracy's performance in the 2019 General Election. The relationship between work discipline and the performance of the Makassar City Volunteer Democracy is positive and substantial, as evidenced by the value of Unstandardized Coefficients beta () of 0.262. (26.2 percent ). This suggests that the contribution of work discipline to performance is 26.2 percent. There is a positive and strong relationship between competences and their performance, as evidenced by the value of Unstandardized Coefficients beta () of 0.579. (57.9 percent ). This suggests that the contribution of competence to performance is 56.9 percent. There is an influence of work discipline and competence on their performance concurrently (concurrently). As seen by the R-Square value of 0.574, the extent of the effect of work discipline and competence on performance is that the remaining 57.4 percent is explained or affected by other factors not included in this study.
The purpose of this research is to identify, analyze, explain the essence and orientation of regional-based tourism development as a leading sustainable sector. The approach used is qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results showed that as one of the leading sectors in the Sinjai area is tourism, considering that the tourism potential in Sinjai is quite potential seen from three aspects, namely: 1) natural tourism potential consisting of 35 natural attractions scattered from each district, 2) historical potential and regional culture consisting of 71 tourist destinations, 3) man-made tourism potential and special interest. Tourism in Sinjai has taken a toll on the Co-19 pandemic so that the impact is quite concerning for the local government and local communities. Is there still the government's support and interest in developing the tourism sector, which is a challenge in its sustainability. It takes creativity, innovation and breakthroughs by the government in absorbing various changes and technological advances for future life.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan sertifikasi guru dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan.Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan studi kasus deskriptif.Informan penelitian berjumlah tuju horang, terdiri dari kepala Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Wawonii Barat dan Kepala sekolah Sekolah Dasar Negeri 9 Wawonii Barat, guru dan pengelola sertifikasi guru telah membantu penyelesaian penulisan tesis ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaImplementasi kebijakan sertifikasi guru dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 9 Wawonii Barat sudah cukup berjalan dengan baik, hal tersebut terlihat dari hasil Penilaian Kinerja Guru (PKG) dua tahun terakhir dan hasil Ujian Nasional siswa kelass VI tiga tahun terakhir memperlihatkan nilai yang meningkat jika dibandingkan dengan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Wawonii Barat dimana dari hasil Penilaian Kinerja Guru (PKG) dua tahun terakhir dan hasil Ujian Nasional siswa tiga tahun terakhir di sekolah tersebut sama sekali tidak menunjukkan adanya peningkatan.
