A quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of the application of the E-Kinerja assessment system in improving employee performance at the Rappocini District Office in Makassar City. The application of the E-Kinerja appraisal system is an independent variable, whereas employee performance is the dependent variable. The study included all the employees at the Rappocini Sub-District Office of Makassar City, amounting to 52 permanent employees and contract workers. The analysis technique used was simple regression. The results of this study were the application of the E-Kinerja assessment system application, namely the ease of using the E-Kinerja application, the achievement of targets and work realization, and attendance integrity had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely quality, quantity, implementation of duties and responsibilities at the Makassar City Rappocini Sub-district Office. Therefore, it can be concluded that with the application of the E-Kinerja appraisal system, employee performance has increased.

The research article aims to explain the existence and strategic role of micro, small and medium Enterprise (MSMEs) in the economy in a region, the creation of a robust industrial system, and the backbone of a strong economy. This study uses a type of descriptive research with qualitative methods, which describes how government policies in this case the growth of the business climate implemented in silk weaving craftsmen in Wajo District. Data collection technique are observation and interview. The results show that the role of the Wajo Regency government in this case the office of cooperatives and MSMEs is to provide direction and targets to realize micro, small and medium enterprises for the silk weaving industry and other businesses. In this case the role of the government is very necessary in fostering micro enterprises so that they can be formulated in accordance with environmental conditions in increasing the income of small business managers in Wajo Regency.
Management is an activity carried out by moving people or workers to do a job. Allocation of village funds is part of village finances obtained from regional tax revenue sharing and part of the central and regional financial balancing funds received by districts for villages at least 10% (ten percent). All activities originating from the village fund allocation budget are planned, implemented and evaluated openly by involving all village communities. Administrative accountability in North Toraja district is in the good category. The village, the implementing team or the supervisors carry out their respective duties properly according to administrative procedures. The management of infrastructure for village fund allocation in North Toraja Regency is in the good category. In managing the allocation of village funds in North Toraja, professionalism, effectiveness, and efficiency in administrative activities are good because they are done well according to existing procedures. There is a relationship between administrative accountability and the management of village fund allocation infrastructure in North Toraja Regency. It is known that administrative accountability in the management of village fund allocations has a correlation value of 0.670 from the person correlation sig (1-tailed) value associated with each variable, which means that there is a relationship between variables X and Y.
