Creative thinking is one of the abilities students need to have because, with this ability, students can encounter every problem. However, not every student has this ability. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using realistic mathematics learning approaches to improve students’ creative thinking abilities. This research is quasi-experimental. This research was conducted in one of the junior high school in class VII. Researchers conducted two tests on students, namely pretest and posttest. Each time after teaching the teacher together, the researchers evaluate learning to improve students’ abilities. The average result of the ability to think creatively at the pretest is 17.61. The average result of the ability to think creatively at the posttest is 30.09. Using the N-Gain test shows that realistic mathematics learning approaches are practical enough to increase students’ creative thinking abilities.
Advances in technology and learning carried out online due to the Covid-19 pandemic are the background for this research. Research objectives to determine the effectiveness of online learning using MATH-UNWIR in improving mathematical connection ability and online learning amid the pandemic Covid-19. This study uses quantitative research with a quasi-type experimental design, as well as a research design using pretest and posttest experimental classes. There are 15 students as research sample. The instruments used was connection skill test and questionare. The data obtained anylized with quantitative method. The average yield pretest was 56,33 and the posttest mean was 81,67. The results of the pretest posttest paired sample t-test showed that there was an average difference significant between pretest and posttest results, so that it brought to an effect of online learning using MATH-UNWIR on students' mathematical connections. The result of the N-Gain score was 0.57. That means it is in the medium category and shows a percentage of 57%. In this study it can be concluded that there is significant influence online learning’ using MATH-UNWIR to improve students' mathematical connections with the interpretation of the effectiveness of increasing mathematical connections quite effectively.Advances in technology and learning carried out online due to the Covid-19 pandemic are the background for this research.
This research aims to develop and produce a valid and practical online learning media to students' mathematical connection skills. Specific targets to be achieved in this research specifically to increase in the mathematical connection ability of students of the Wiralodara Indramayu University mathematics study program for the Secondary Education Mathematics Capita Selecta course. This goal is based on the problem that the learning media used during lectures is learning media that has not been developed by lecturers, preparing for the 4.0 revolution and online learning is one of the impacts of Covid-19. From these problems resulted in the low ability of students in mathematical connections of the Secondary Education Mathematics Capita Selecta course. This type of research is development research using the Plomp model which has four stages, (1) initial stage, (2) design stage, (3) realization and construction stage, and (4) testing, evaluation, and revision. Meanwhile, the device developed was the online learning media for the Secondary Education Mathematics Capita Selecta course. The development of learning media that has been compiled is then validated with validation sheet instruments by expert validators and the criteria are set until the criteria are valid. Limited trials with questionnaire sheet instrument student responses and lecturer responses in Secondary Education Mathematics Capita Selecta course to measure practicality. The data in this study were obtained through expert validation instrument sheets and questionnaires. To achieve valid and practical criteria, it is processed descriptively. The targeted output is to produce online learning media in mathematics education for learning secondary mathematics selective capita courses.

The purpose of this research was to develop valid tools for mathematic lessons. In this research, the developed lesson was basic mathematic capita selecta textbook based on Telaah, Eksplorasi, Rumuskan, Presentasikan, Aplikasikan, Duniawi dan Ukhrowi (TERPADU) to increase student’s problem solving in mathematic. The lesson tools which would be developed were: (1) Syllabus, (2) Semester Development Plan (SDP), (3) Textbook, and (4) Mathematic Problem Solving Skill Test, for students of Mathematic Educational Department, Wiralodra University. The development model used were lesson tools’s developing using Plomp modificate-model. The validity of lesson tools were assested by expert team validation and colleges. The result gained validation for
tools developed by five experts and gained overall average score “usable”. This validation counted as an excellent category thus the tools are valid.
