The transformation of government organizations should be characterized by the development of visionary leadership transformation that was measured at various levels of leadership in government organizations, this was needed to ensure that every innovation developed could provide value-added service quality, harmonized the vision and internal environment which had balanced with the ability to respond to environmental changes external which moved quickly in this era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examined the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior in the Bulog of Indonesia for facing the industrial revolution era 4.0. The results of this study concluded that organizational citizenship behavior was an intervening variable in the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance in the Bulog of Indonesia facing the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Aneka Regalindo is a company engaged in manufacturing furniture which seeks to develop a competency model that integrates with the benchmark competency development model in performing their duties and responsibilities effectively. This research was done using the descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study explain that the competency development model based on performance orientation can be identified and analysed to overcome the problem of human resources in the rattan unit of PT. Aneka Regalindo with mapping indicators.
There is in religion that cannot be answered with the philosophy and science of knowledge but can only be answered by spiritual experience. Religion, philosophy, and science each exist in a separate space but must be integrated into human life. There are three things that become tools for humans to seek the truth, namely philosophy, science, and religion. Even though the purpose of these three aspects is to find the truth, they cannot be categorized as the same thing. This study aimed to identifying the comparison factors between science and religion based on philosophy science. The method used a qualitative approach with exploratory literature study. The results of this study concluded that between science and religion based on philosophy science had a very strong relationship, but there were several factors that differentiate between one another. Although religion and science both design and prepared the future of mankind, religion design was further, abstract, and gave peace of life after death, while science and technology were shorter and more concrete designs to faced life in this world. Science talked about knowledge, while religion defined about belief.
One of the roles of Ulama' as an Islamic figured that was noteworthy had their position as an educated group that brought enlightenment to the surrounding community. Under the leadership of those who had a great deal of attention to social problems helped the government in raising the level of education and welfare of the people through educational institutions, orphanages and other social activities. The aim was to identifying the characteristics of charismatic leadership on Islamic non-profit oriented organization in Indonesia. The approach used in this study was a conceptual approach and literature study methods. The result was the charismatic leadership trait owned by people who became religious leaders. Kyai and Ulama' had a strong influence in organizing and mobilizing the masses in Islamic non-profit oriented organizations, even members of the organization were willing to accept all things given both knowledge, insight, opinions, problems and even risks.
