Remaja di panti asuhan dihadapkan pada berbagai resiko dan tekanan yang berdampak pada psikologisnya. Remaja yang mengalami tekanan cukup sulit untuk mengendalikan diri dari masalah yang terjadi disebabkan karena diusia remaja yang masih tergolong labil serta suasana hati yang mudah berubah-ubah. Resiliensi harus dimiliki oleh remaja di panti asuhan agar mereka mampu bertahan dalam menghadapi kesulitan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self disclosure dengan resiliensi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 90 remaja (58 laki-laki dan 32 perempuan). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan teknik Pearson Product Moment Correlation menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,678 dengan p = 0,000 (p< 0,05) yang berati adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara self disclosure dengan resiliensi pada remaja panti asuhan.
Komitmen terhadap organisasi ialah sesuatu ukuran sikap yang bisa digunakan buat mengevaluasi kekuatan para pekerja buat bertahan pada sesuatu industri. Riset ini bertujuan buat mengenali ikatan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi. Subjek riset yang digunakan dalam riset ini merupakan karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Medan sebanyak 110 orang yang diseleksi dengan memakai total sampling. Analisis informasi yang digunakan merupakan memakai Analisa Product Moment lewat dorongan SPSS 17 for Windows. Hasil analisis informasi menampilkan r= 0. 67, serta p= 0. 000 (p<0.05) yang menampilkan kalau ada ikatan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi.
Stress is a condition that affects emotions, thought processes and individual conditions. When an employee faces stressed, it will be able to interfere with the individual's ability to deal with the surrounding environment and it’s work. There are a number of working conditions that often cause stress for employees, including excessive workload, pressure or time pressure, poor quality of supervision, unsafe climate, insufficient feedback on work performance, ambiguity of roles, frustration, conflict b between groups, interpersonal conflict, differences between company and employee values. Job stress cannot be ignored because it can interfere health, but this can be prevented or anticipated through time management training to reduce stress. Time management is a skill related to all the efforts and actions of an employee that are carried out in a well planned, so that the individual can use time effectively and efficiently. After training conducted, the results are able to reduce stress of PT. XYZ Palm Plantation’s employee, which is described in the evaluation response paper.
This study aims to determine the relationship between social comparison and body dissatisfaction of adolescent. The hypothesis proposed in this research is there any positive correlation between social comparison and body dissatisfaction of senior high school student in SMA Pangeran Antasari Medan, assuming that the higher body dissatisfaction, the higher the social comparison, and vice versa. The sample of this research is as many as 165 students. This research used body dissatisfaction and social comparison scale. Product Moment (Pearson Correlation) was used to analyze the correlation between two variables using SPSS 20 for windows. The results of the data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient was 0,308 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). It shows that there is a positive correlation between social comparison and body dissatisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the contributions made by the variable of social comparison on personal adjustment was 9,5 percent, while the remaining 90,5 percent was influenced by other factors that were not examined. From these results, it is concluded that the hypothesis, which stated that there is a positive relationship between the social comparison and body dissatisfaction, is acceptable.
