The state of stress, anxiety, or other symptoms of depression is a form of perinatal distress. The state of the relationship with a partner is one of the triggers for emotional stress on the mother. The emotional instability of the mother has an impact on the mother and can affect the development of the baby in the postpartum period. This study aims to explore the existing scientific evidence related to the mental health of pregnant women, scoping review. This research is a scoping review using the Arkshey & O'Malley Framework and the PRISMA-ScR Checklist. Search literature in this study using 3 databases, namely Pubmed, Proquet, and Science Direct. The keywords used are the role or influence, husband, and mental health of pregnant women. The study used the 2018 version of the Mix Method Appraisal Tools (MMAT 2018). There are 1,444 potentially relevant articles and there are 7 eligible articles selected. The inclusion criteria of the article are articles published from 2016 to 2021, articles in English, articles that focus on the husband's role in the mental health of pregnant women, there are conclusions about the husband's relationship in the mental health of pregnant women. This research comes from 5 different countries, 7 eligible articles using a quantitative design, were conducted at the Primary Health Center. The mapping of the themes obtained is relationship satisfaction and partner support. During pregnancy, the mother needs internal support from her partner. Community-based health services are effective in preventing mental illness during pregnancy.
ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Masalah stuntig dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yang berasal dari pola asuh ibu yang salah, serta tidak terpenuhi gizi selama 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. ibu sangat berperan penting di dalam keluarga sehingga dapat membantu dalam menurunkan masalah gizi salah satu diantaranya masalah stunting. Tujuan penelitian : Mengetahui faktor determinan yang mempengaruhi kejadian stunting pada balita. Metode: Metode yang digunakan pada literatur ini adalah scoping review, pencarian literatur ini menggunakan 3 database yaitu Proquest, Willey dan Pubmed. Adapun penyeleksian artikel berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang menggunakan PRISMA Flowchart untuk alur penyeleksian artikel, serta dilakukannya critical apparaisal dengan instrument Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). Hasil : Dari hasil total pencarian 209 artikel, ditemukan 10 artikel yang relevan dengan studi literatur ini yang berdasarkan kriteria inklusi. Artikel yang di review berasal dari beberapa negara berkembang yang terdiri dari penelitian RCT, Cross-Sectional, dan Cohort. Terdapat 3 tema dan 7 sub-tema dalam studi ini mengenai kondisi balita, peran ibu, kesehatan ibu, dan lingkungan yang bisa mempengaruhi kejadian stunting. Simpulan : banyak faktor yang bisa mempengaruhi kejadian stunting, dan yang paling sering terjadi pada kondisi bayi seperti riwayat penyakit, peran dan kesehatn ibu, serta lingkungan. Tenaga kesehatan harus berperan lebih aktif dalam memberikan informasi yang bisa menarik minat masyarakat dalam memahami penanggulangan stunting.
Background:The development and strengthening of the midwifery profession through the development of midwifery specialties according to standards is a step to improve the quality of care and reduce maternal and newborn mortality and morbidity.Objective: This study aims to explore scientific evidence related to the midwifery specialization. Methods: This research is a Scoping review using the Arkshey & O'Malley Framework and the PRISMA-ScR Checklist. The literature search in this study used 4 databases, namely Pubmed, Wiley Online Library, EBSCO, and Proquest. The keywords used are midwives and specialties. This study uses the Mix Method Appraisal Tool (MMAT) to assess the quality of the articles. Results: There were 5,938 articles obtained the first time from the search which were then selected into 7 eligible articles for the next review process. The inclusion criteria used in the selection of articles were primary articles published from 2013-2022, scientific articles that focused on the impact of specialization in midwifery practice, quality of health services with a specialization in midwifery practice, and costs in health services with a specialization in midwifery. Conclusion:The selected research came from 2 different countries, 7 eligible articles used a research design 5 articles with a qualitative research design, 1 article with a quantitative research design and for a mixed method research design, 1 article was obtained. The theme mapping obtained is the influencing factors and consequences of midwifery specialization. The existence of midwifery specialization provides reinforces in the scope of midwifery practice and increases midwifery autonomy by paying attention to patient safety and midwifery philosophy. There needs to be an analysis related to needs, competencies, professional standards, standards, service payment systems and studies related to the framework of midwifery specialization.
Dalam penanggulangi pandemi Covid-19 pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan pembelajaran daring untuk membantu memutus mata rantai virus ini. Kondisi ini memberikan perubahan yang besar dalam proses belajar mengajar. Orang tua dituntut untuk berperan aktif dalam proses pendidikan anak, baik dalam penyediaan fasilitas maupun pendampingan belajar. Budaya masyarakat yang memandang bahwa mengasuh anak merupakan tanggung jawab seorang ibu bearakibat pada meningkatnya beban tanggung jawab seorang ibu dalam mendampingi anak dalam proses belajar. Kondisi tersebut tentu tidak mudah terutama bagi seorang ibu yang juga bekerja. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai peranan seorang orang ibu dalam menunjang pendidikan anak dimasa pandemi.
