AbstrakArtikel ini membahas tentang prosedur dan hasil yang dilakukan dalam merumuskan indikator untuk mengukur kemampuan guru ramah anak di Satuan PAUD. Perumusan indikator tersebut dilakukan dengan tahap: melakukan telaah konseptual tentang kemampuan guru ramah anak di PAUD, berikutnya menyusun definisi operasional dari kemampuan guru ramah anak, definisi operasional tersebut digunakan untuk menyusun blue print yang memuat indikator guru ramah anak di Satuan PAUD. Temuan hasil kerja ini yaitu 3 buah indikator guru ramah anak. Indikator tersebut berupa kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, mengevaluasi dan melaporkan hasil pelaksanaan program rangsangan pendidikan, kesehatan, gizi, pengasuhan, dan perlindungan anak tanpa diskriminasi di Satuan PAUD. AbstractThis paper discussess the procedure and result of the formulation of the child-friendly teacher's skill in the Early Childhood Education Institution (PAUD). The formulation of the indicators was performed through the following steps: conducting conceptual study towards the child-friendly teachers' skill in PAUD, constructing the operational definition from the child-friendly teachers' skill, establishing operational definition, the operational definition was used to construct a blueprint containing indicators of child-friendly teachers in PAUD. The result of the present study is in the form of three indicators of child-friendly teacher. These indicators are teacher's skill in planning, implementin, evaluating and reporting the result of the implementaion of non discriminative education stimulus, health, nutrition, care, and protection program for children in PAUD.

Translation is one of the best skills that can help us to understand the word, phrase, clause, and sentence in a text or context, to understand the message what the speaker said and especially to communicate each other. This research was conducted based on the research background that is many students got confuse or difficulties to translate sentence. It makes them often fail to understand the meaning of the sentence. The objectives of this research are to know the accuracy, clarity, naturalness, and mechanic of the students’ English translation of Islamic short stories by the sixth semester of English Education Department at IAIN Samarinda in academic year 2019/2020 and to know the quality of the students’ English Translation of Islamic short stories by the sixth semester of English Education Department at IAIN Samarinda in academic year 2019/2020. This research used descriptive quantitative research. The main instrument was the translation text. The subject of the research was the sixth semester students of English Education Department, IAIN Samarinda which consist of 30 students. The collected data were analyzed by using statistic calculation of Mean. The result of this research showed the students’ translating English into Indonesian based on each aspect as follows: first, the result of all the accuracy’s score were 22 (good to average), second, the result of all the clarity’s score was 20 (fair to poor), third, the result of all the naturalness’s score was 16 (very poor), and last, the result of all the mechanic’s score was 12 (very poor). Based on the result of this thesis, that the Mean score is 69,43. The researcher concludes that the class quality in translating English Islamic short stories is the category “Fair” quality.

Desa Tabongo is an area in Kecamatan Dulupi, Kabupaten Boalemo and boundries with Desa Dulupi in the north and Tomini Sea in the east. In 2021, the population of Desa Tabongo around 1038 people. Standard effort for preventing infectious disease such as hand washing regularly, practicing good cough and sneeze etiquette, avoiding direct contact with wild animal and livestock, and avoiding close contact with someone who is sick or within symptoms a respiratory disease. Based on observational data in location was found a lack of people awareness for maintaining their health, there was no adequate hand wash facilities. The benefit of community service was a consideration idea for people and related institutions to improve a quality of health within utilizing a materials were available in nature as a primary material for made a hand wash facilites. The purpose of this services was a pilot project of hand washing facilities optimization for increasing a hand washing facilities and solved an increasing case of transmitted and infectious diseasein Desa Tabongo.
