Playing online games during the Covid-19 pandemic has caused concern for children's learning motivation. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between addiction to playing online games with learning motivation in school-age children during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is analytic, with a cross sectional approach. The study population was all school-age children aged 6-18 years, totaling 57 children, the respondents were determined using total sampling. The study was conducted on July 13 to July 18, 2021. The analysis was carried out using the chi-square test. The results showed that addiction to playing online games was in the addiction category of 70.2%. Learning motivation for school-age children during the Covid-19 pandemic was in the 59.6% category. The p-value = 0.001 < = 0.05 with an Odd Ratio (OR) value of 0.103, this proves that there is a relationship between addiction to playing online games and learning motivation in school-age children during the Covid-19 pandemic.
<p>A preliminary survey that was conducted shows that in 2013, the turnover rate of employees of PT Indotirta Jaya Abadi reach the number of 9,3%. Turnover intention may lead to a worsening of the employee performance. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the factors affecting turnover intention so that management will be able to push it down.</p><p>To answer the problem, a model is developed for this empirical research with four observed variables, i.e.: job security, organizational commitment, turnover intention, and employee performance. There are five hypotheses proposed in this research. Primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT Indotirta Jaya Abadi. There are 128 data to be studied with Structural Equation Modeling Analysis Method.</p><p>The result of the hypotheses test according to the Critical Ratio and the probability value shows that job insecurity has negative significant effects on turnover intention, organizational commitment has negative significant effects on turnover intention, turnover intention has negative significant effects on employee’s performance, job insecurity has positive not significant effects on employee’s performance, and organizational commitment has positive not significant effects on employee’s performance.</p>

Every business or organization needs human resources (HR) to function effectively. Companies must be able to maximize both their use of and management of their human resources. Employee performance expectations, which must be met in order for the organization to succeed, are inextricably linked to human resource management. Employees are a company's most valuable asset and play an important part in it as thinkers, planners, and controllers of business operations, thus it is important to take care of them. Employees with a high level of discipline are good employees. This study attempts to ascertain the simultaneous or partial effects of pay and loyalty on the work discipline of one of commercial banks in Indonesia. All employees served as the sample in this study, which used a purposive sampling technique. This study's technique of analysis involves multiple linear regression. The findings of the F test indicate that the pay and loyalty variables concurrently have a positive and substantial impact on employee work discipline, as indicated by the F value of 0.000 < 0.05. The pay and loyalty variables both have a positive and substantial impact, as shown by the t test. R Square corrected to 0.559.
Uang merupakan suatu benda yang pada dasarnya berfungsi sebagai alat tukar, alat penyimpan nilai, alat satuan hitung, dan ukuran pembayaran. Uang juga sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat karena sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan. Kebutuhan adalah sesuatu yang diperlukan oleh masyarakat sehingga dapat mencapai kesejahteraan. Dengan uang, masyarakat bisa melakukan apapun yang diinginkan dalam artian kebutuhan bisa tercapai. Salah satu sumber untuk mendapatkan uang adalah Bank Emok. Bank Emok adalah berasal dari jawa barat diambil dari bahasa sunda yang artinya duduk lesehan, artinya adalah memberikan pinjaman kepada masyarakat dengan sangat mudah tanpa langkah-langkah yang menyusahkan. Tetapi akan menghasilkan bunga yang sangat tinggi atau mencekik. Akan tetapi hal tersebut tidak menyurutkan keinginan masyarakat Desa Cilember dalam melakukan hal tersebut. Masyarakat Desa Cilember rela berhutang kepada Bank Emok yang mana diiming-imingi dengan uang yang keluar cepat dan proses yang mudah. Hal ini menjadikan masyarakat terhipnotis akan kemudahan dalam mendapatkan uang. Karena pada dasarnya semua orang rela melakukan apapun untuk mendapatkan uang. Sehingga Bank Emok dengan mudah masuk kedalam lingkungan masyarakat khususnya masyarakat Desa Cilember. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini, peneliti mampu menganalisis apa saja yang menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat Desa Cilember menggunakan jasa Bank Emok dengan menggunakan metode- metode penelitian yang signifikan dan tepat sasaran.
