LEARNING METHOD USED BY PAUD (EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION)PERMATA BUNDA. In this qualitative research, the reseachers described the instructional methods which were applied by Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Permata Bunda. The documentation, observation, and interview were used as instruments to collect the data. The results revealed that Early Childhood Education of Permata Bunda used the instructional methods 1) playing blocks method; 2) memorizing method; 3) role play method; 4) playing music and sing method; 5) playing card method; and 6) experimental method. The results implicated to the teachers should have strong motivation to upgrade students' knowledge and created the creative instructional media to apply the instructional methods which were organized.
This research was aimed at investigating (1) lesson plan based on scientific approach as curriculum 2013 in the class VII of MTs Negeri Padang Luar; (2) the implementation of English learning based on saintific approach;(3) the model of the learning in the curriculum 2013; (4) the use of instructional media; and (5) the assessment process based on curriculum 2013. This research was qualitative descriptive. Data were collected by using documentation, observation, and interview. The results showed that (1) lesson plan used in english learning in the class VII of MTs Negeri Padang Luar accordance to Ministry Rule (Permen) No. 58, 2014; (2) the learning process has reflected the achievement of KI-1, KI-2, (3) English learning based on a scientific approach covering five learning experience of observing, questioning, experimenting, associating and communicating feasible although it still not optimal; (4) the use of instructional media is not maximized because infocus display less clear and not attractive; (5) the assessment consist of attitude, knowledge, and skill. Based on this research suggested to the teachers to familiarize themselves communicating in English. Principals should consider the availability of instructional media. Other researchers are advised to conduct research related to the assessment process in curriculum 2013.
Teachers play an important and very strategic role in the framework of carrying out functions and realizing national education goals. The role of the teacher can hardly be replaced by others, especially in a multicultural and multidimensional society. Therefore, the coaching and development of the teaching profession must always be a top priority. This study aims to analyze educational policies related to the development and improvement of the teaching profession. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The data taken in this study came from various library sources related to the study of this discussion, then the data was processed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, which is a way of processing data that is formulated in the form of words or data interpretation. The results of this study indicate that with the existence of educational policies regarding the development and improvement of the teaching profession, the position of teachers is increasingly being shaded by clear legal sources and teachers become more knowledgeable and professional as teachers.
