This study aims to improve teacher performance in implementing thematic learning through academic supervision at SD Negeri Batuagung 02, Balapulang District, Tegal Regency. The research approach used was School Action Research (SAR). The research subjects were 4 teachers in class IA, IB, IVA, and IVB. Data collection techniques with observation and interview sheets. The data analysis technique used comparative descriptive analysis. The results of school action research can be concluded that academic supervision can improve teacher performance in implementing learning at SD Negeri Batuagung 02, Balapulang District, Tegal Regency. The resulting impact of increasing teacher performance concerns aspects of the implementation of learning. From the learning aspect, after being given action by the principal through qualitative academic supervision, the implementation of learning increased from the initial conditions to the first cycle of 0.60 and from the first cycle to the second cycle of 0.69. The learning outcomes of class IA students in cycle I increased by 4.53 compared to the initial condition, in cycle II increased by 5.38 compared to cycle I. The learning outcomes of class IB students in cycle I increased by 4.13 compared to the initial condition, in cycle II increased by 4.68 Compared to cycle I. The learning outcomes of class IV A students in the first cycle increased 1.94 compared to the initial conditions, in the second cycle increased 5.92. The learning outcomes of class IV B students in cycle I increased by 4.53 compared to the initial conditions, in cycle II increased by 5.38 compared to cycle I.
After the merger of PT Pelindo, PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas became one of the sub-holding companies in containers. In maintaining consistency with the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) after the merger, PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas needs to understand the importance of safety leadership, safety culture, safety behavior, and safety performance in the OHS program's success. The study aimed to determine the effect of safety leadership on safety culture and safety performance, the effect of safety culture and safety behavior on safety performance, and safety behavior to act as a mediation between safety leadership and safety performance, and safety culture on safety performance at PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas. The samples of 130 employees are then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results showed that safety leadership has a significant effect on safety culture and safety performance. Safety culture and safety behavior have a significant effect on safety performance. Safety behavior can mediate between safety culture and performance, while safety behavior cannot act as a mediation between safety leadership and performance. This research implies that PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas's management can select several strong and trustworthy employees from each terminal who merge to lead initiatives regarding company safety and communicate with the central command.
Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan hasil belajar IPA materi objek IPA dan pengukurannya dengan penerapan model pembelajaran direct instruction melalui metode diskusi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Cikarang Barat Kabupaten Bekasi sejumlah 26 siswa. waktu peneltian ini dilaksanakan pada semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 selama 4 Bulan. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif adalah data yang diperoleh dari hasil tes formatif pada setiap siklus. Sedangkan data kualitatif berupa hasil observasi pada tiap siklus pembelajaran. Data yang diperoleh kemudian konversikan dengan kriteria keberhasilan untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar siswa dapat diketahui bagaimana peningkatannya. Hasil penelitian penerapan model pembelajaran direct instruction melalui metode diskusi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA materi objek IPA dan pengukurannya, pada pada pra siklus 58,27 dengan 11 yang tuntas dari 26 siswa, meningkat pada siklus I pertemuan 1 yaitu 63,27 dengan 12 siswa yang tuntas, pada siklus I pertemuan 2 yaitu 68,27 dengan 13 siswa yang tuntas selanjutnya pada siklus II pertemuan 1 meningkat lagi yaitu 74,81 dengan 16 siswa yang tuntas dari 26 siswa, pada siklus II pertemuan 2 meningkat lagi yaitu 87,50 dengan 24 siswa yang tuntas dari 26 siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Cikarang Barat Kabupaten Bekasi. Sedangkan persentase ketuntasan juga meningkat dari pra siklus 42,31%, meningkat pada siklus I pertemuan 1 sejumlah 46,15%, pada siklus I pertemuan 2 sejumlah 50%, meningkat menjadi 61,54% pada siklus II pertemuan 1 dan meningkat lagi menjadi 92,31% pada siklus II pertemuan 2.. Dari data penelitian didapatkan bahawa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar IPA materi objek IPA dan pengukurannya pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Cikarang Barat Kabupaten Bekasi setelah penerapan model pembelajaran direct instruction melalui metode diskusi sehingga layak untuk diterapkan di SMPN 2 Cikarang Barat Kabupaten Bekasi.
This research aimed to know both the direct and indirect contribution of cargo loading and discharging time to the Loss and gain of coal mediated by load quantity. The process of data collecting was done through secondary data taken from the loading port of Jetty in Samarinda Port and the discharging port of Muara Berau, East Kalimantan. During 2020, there was an average loss of coal cargo of as much as 56 percent. This was caused by the long waiting discharge time during the loading and discharging. Another problem was the long waiting discharge time, as many Mother Vessels, tugboats, and barges entered the Jetty port and made a density there. The research method used path analysis with the loading-discharging unit as the source of secondary data on the determining factors of load quantity and the Loss and gain of coal cargo. This research indicated that one of the dominant factors was waiting discharge time, as a problem frequently occurred when vessels would berth in the port for discharging activities. The key finding was the necessity for the competent party to pay special attention to the factors contributing to vessels’ waiting discharge time in the port by providing services as maximally as possible through human resources improvement in the form of training.
