Perineal care is an effort to provide fulfillment of the need for comfort by nourishing the area between the two thighs which is limited between the anal canal and the external genitalia in women who have given birth to avoid infection. The prevalence of childbirth mothers who experience perineal rupture in Indonesia in the age group of 25-30 years is 24% and at the age of 32-39 years is 62%. In 2013 57% of mothers received perineal sutures (28% due to episiotomy and 29% due to spontaneous tears). To determine the relationship between knowledge, family support and personal hygiene with postpartum perineal wound care in The Working Area of the Belida Darat Health Center, Belida Darat District, Muara Enim Regency. This research is an analytical survey quantitative research with a cross sectional approach, namely research with observations in a period and research subjects are observed once during the study. The results of the chi-square statistical test of the knowledge variable obtained value = 0.002, personal hygiene variable obtained value = 0.023, and the family support variable obtained value = 0.025 this indicates there is a significant relationship between family support and perineal wound care in the Region Belida Darat Health Center in Belida Darat K . District Muara Enim Regency in 2021.
Health problems in pregnant women are indeed complex problems. In Indonesia in 2017, there were 44,460 pregnant women with obstetric complications and a maternal mortality rate of 91 people per 100,000 live births. One of the factors for the high maternal mortality rate is the presence of high-risk pregnancies, namely, pregnancies accompanied by diseases or conditions that can have an adverse impact on the mother or fetus. Objective: To determine the relationship between history of KEK, diet, and hyperemesis gravidarum with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women at the Dana Mulya Health Center, Pulau Rimau, Banyuasin Regency in 2021. The research design that will be used in this study is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach. This research was carried out at the Dana Mulya Health Center, Rimau Island District, Banyuasin Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 56 respondents. The results of the bivariate analysis of the history of KEK variable obtained p-value 0.000, dietary variables obtained p-value 0.000, hyperemesis gravidarum variable obtained p-value 0.003. This means that the hypothesis is accepted that there is a relationship between hyperemesis gravidarum, history of SEZ, diet and the incidence of CED in pregnant women at the Dana Mulya Health Center, Rimau Island District, Banyuasin Regency in 2021.
Anemia is a condition in which the body has too few red blood cells (erythrocytes), which red blood cells contain hemoglobin which functions to carry oxygen to all body tissues. During pregnancy the body will experience significant changes, the amount of blood in the body increases by about 20-30%, so it requires a supply of iron and vitamins to make hemoglobin (Hb) so that anemia does not occur. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Antenatal Care Visits Frequency, Fe Tablet Consumption Compliance, and nutritional status simultaneously with the incidence of Anemia in Third Trimester Pregnant Women at Kutaraya Health Center, Kota Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency in 2021. This study used the type quantitative analytical survey research with a purpose sampling approach, this research was conducted at the Kutaraya Health Center, Kota Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency with 82 respondents. The results of the chi-square statistical test for ANC visits obtained value = 0.009, variable compliance with FE tablet consumption obtained value = 0.043, nutritional status variable obtained value = 0.001 smaller than = 0.05 indicating there is a significant relationship between ANC visits, compliance with FE tablet consumption and nutritional status with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women at Kutaraya Health Center, Kota Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency in 2021
Globally, there are 2.5 million newborn deaths and 1.5 million infant deaths. Efforts to accelerate the decline in IMR and AKI are providing services with posyandu. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, work and distance with the low visits of mothers under five to the Posyandu. The research method used an Analytical Survey with a Cross Sectional approach with a population of all mothers with toddlers aged 2-59 months at the Camar Posyandu totaling 194 people. Sampling using purposive sampling a number of 66 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.003), attitude (p value = 0.036), occupation (p value = 0.012) and distance (p value = 0.039) with the low visitation of mothers of children under five to the Camar Posyandu, Sialingan Village, Belida Darat District in 2021. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge, attitude, work and distance with low visits by mothers of children under five to the Camar Posyandu, Sialingan Village, Belida Darat District in 2021. It is hoped that health officers can provide information about posyandu time and the benefits of posyandu to mothers who have children under five, so that understanding mothers about posyandu will be even better and can increase the activity of mothers who have toddlers to do posyandu.
