Conducting dairy cattle breeding in modern environments is impossible without a deep understanding of all the physiological processes occurring in the body of a highly productive animal. It is well known that the realization of the genetic potential of cows is impossible without the use of high-quality feed products and feeds. The issue of complete feeding of ruminants is particularly acute during the period of increasing the milk yield. The purpose of the researches was to study the feeding of the PassPro Balance feed product consisting of protected soybean and sunfl ower protein in the rations of freshly calved highly productive cows. It has been found as a result of the experiment that the input of the studied additive in the amount of 2 kg in the ration of cows of the experimental group contributed to the increased consumption of feed dry matter by 3,4 %. For the period of experiment from the experimental animals by 12,0 % more milk (P < 0,05) has been received in comparison with the control group. It has been found that the yield of milk fat in the experimental group was signifi cantly higher than the control one by 13,3 % (P < 0,05). In the experimental group of cows there was a tendency to increase the milk protein content by 10,8 %. By adjusting milk yield by 4,0 % in the experimental group of cows this indicator signifi cantly exceeded the control by 12,8 % (P < 0,05). When analyzing the rumen fl uid for microbiological indicators, a certain decrease in enterobacteria and staphylococci has been found in samples of cows of the experimental group with the increase in lactic acid microorganisms by 1,6 times. The pH of the rumen fl uid of cows of both groups was at the level of 6,2, which excludes the development of acidosis in animals during the fresh calving period.
The article focuses on the study of specific characteristics of seaports development under conditions of digitalization. The article aims to study features of the development of the international seaport under digitalization to implement the best achievements in Ukraine. The main research method was a systemic-structural approach used to examine seaport digitalization as a part of a logistics chain, including horizontal and vertical links between its elements. To achieve an effective digital transformation, we also used the above method. It helped to study how the factors determined during the study of international practices and possible innovations influence the object under study. The practices, which are of interest for Ukraine and other developing countries, were identified based on the international experience in seaports development under digitalization. The main strategic directions for the digital transformations of the above infrastructural objects were suggested. They involve increasing seaport competitiveness and their effectiveness in the framework of the international transport system. The directions are of interest for public authorities of the governmental and regional levels (while establishing the digitalization policy in the area of sea transport) and the port administrations (while making justified strategic decisions for their development).
Intensive dairy farming in modern conditions is impossible without a solid forage base and the use of high-quality forage resources. A high level of cow productivity presupposes adequate nutrition for the animal at all physiological periods of its life. Due to the fact that cows consume relatively little feed during the first period of lactation, the primary task of livestock breeders is to provide the body of highly productive animals with the necessary amount of energy, protein and other nutrients. The article presents the data of a scientific experiment on the use of non-degradable protein in the rumen PassPro Balance in diets for fresh cows. The feed additive under study contributes to an increase in the level of dry matter consumption by animals. The average daily milk yield of the experimental group, which received the studied supplement, significantly increased by 12.0% (P <0.05) in comparison with the control group. There was also established a tendency to an increase in the fat content in the milk of cows from the experimental group. According to the biochemical analysis of the blood serum of cows, the level of albumin in all animals was within the physiological norm. The content of globulins was below the norm in animals of all groups without significantly significant differences. The activity of the AST and ALT enzymes between the groups did not differ significantly. However, it should be noted that in both groups these indicators were within the normal range. The level of alkaline phosphatase tended to increase in the experimental group by 20.8% in comparison with the control group. Feeding PassPro Supplements Balance in the diets for the experimental group made it possible to receive 2565,00 rubles of additional profit, while the level of profitability of milk production increased by 2.02% relative to control.
Studies conducted in farm conditions, the company, OOO PZ «Nasha Rodina» in Sokolovsky village of Gulkevichsky district of Krasnodar region. The aim of the research was to study the use of the PassPro Soy feed product consisting of protected soy protein in the diets of new-bodied highly productive cows. 2 groups of cows of the red-mottled Holstein breed were formed, selected according to the principle of pairs-analogues: by age in calving, calving time, live weight, productivity for the past lactation, fat and protein content in milk. The ration of the first control group was the ration accepted on the farm for newbodied cows. The diet of the second experimental group was the same as in the first control group, only 1.5 kg of compound feed was replaced with 1.5 kg of PassPro Soy, which is a protected soy protein in the form of a 5 mm granule. During the milking period, the daily milk yield of cows in the control group was 30.80±1.07 kg. The daily milk yield of cows of the second group, where 1.5 kg of compound feed was replaced by 1.5 kg of PassPro Soy, significantly increased by 6.6 %. Due to the increase in the gross milk yield, there is a tendency to increase the amount of milk fat in the milk of cows of the second group by 6.9 %, as well as milk protein by 11.3 %. In the experimental group, when replacing 1.5 kg of feed taken on the farm with 1.5 kg of PassPro Soy, milk productivity increased by 2.03 kg. Additional profit from the sale of milk in the experimental group increased by 48.72 rubles. for 1 head per day. The economic efficiency in the second experimental group was 6.30 %.
As the result of the annexation of the Crimea and Donbass military conflict, there was an emergence of forced migration. It ought to be emphasized that today issues related to addressing problems of internally displaced persons (IDPs), are relevant and require an integrated approach. The increase in the number of IDPs in the country raises the issue of identifying the strategic priorities of the state policy. The purpose of this research is to formulate strategic priorities of the state policy of support for IDPs'. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological principles of the state policy to support IDPs. The research methodology includes a set of scientific research methods that provide identifying the strategic priorities of the state policy for IDPs' support, developing effective mechanisms for these priorities achievement, and conceptual vision of solving IDPs' problems. In the course of investigations, the following methods are used: analysis while studying the main problems of internally displaced persons; logical synthesis and synthesis while drawing conclusions. Results. Scientific novelty of the article. In the article, the conceptual foundations of the IDPs support have been formed, an attention has been focused on the feasibility of using a strategic approach, which involves the formation and implementation of a set of strategically oriented measures aimed at solving the most acute issues and matters related to internal forced migration, directing the IDPs potential and internally displaced businesses to strengthen local communities and social and economic development of the resettlement territories. The main stages and conceptual foundations for the Strategy formation on the IDPs support have been proposed. The strategy is based on an integrated approach to addressing IDPs and internally displaced businesses, taking into account the interests of host communities. Practical implications. The result of the Strategy implementation ought to be approved by the strategic migration model for Ukraine's internal migration aimed at promoting the implementation of the basic IDPs and internally displaced businesses rights; ensuring the social and economic integration of the IDPs into the host society; promotion of country territories' social and economic development; reducing the level of social and psychological tension in host communities; creating new jobs; improvement of the investment climate; increasing the efficiency of using the country intellectual potential and its human resources. Value / originality. Solving the urgent issues associated with forced displacement processes, including integration and adaptation to host communities.
