The purpose of this study was to determine the psychological level of combustion of education teachers’ professional compared to ordinary teachers in Jordan, with a sample size of 160 teachers including (80) vocational education teachers (40) males and (40) females, and (80) teachers and teachers ordinary (40) males and (40) females in the classroom semester first of the academic year (2019-2020). And, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the two researchers devised a study tool, which is a measure of psychological burn out appropriate for the purposes of the study. As the result of the study, after conducting the necessary statistical treatment, it was observed that there were statistically significant variations in the level of psychological burnout between vocational educators and conventional teachers, favoring vocational educators.
This study seeks to achieve the following objectives: (i) Introducing e-learning and blended learning, (ii) Introduction to university education, (iii) The study focused on the concept of total quality in education and standards and quality assurance requirements for blended learning, (iv) The study focused on highlighting the criteria for the success of blended learning and its benefits, (v) The study identified obstacles to the application of blended learning, (vi) Preparing a proposed design for the blended learning program. We adopt the descriptive-analytical method in collecting opinions, information, facts, and concepts related to the axes of the study, to build an integrated knowledge system, and to benefit from it in presenting what is referred to about the aspects related to the concept of blended learning, its application, quality assurance, success criteria, and benefits in the educational process. We hope that this study can give information for Mixed Education and Quality Standard in the University Teaching.
E-learning is one of the most important modern methods of education, as it helps in solving the problem of the knowledge explosion, the increasing demand for education, expanding opportunities for admission to education, being able to train, educate and rehabilitating workers without and educating housewives, which contributes to raising the percentage of learners and eliminating on illiteracy. To reach scientific results in this research, the researcher was interested in analysing the concept and its definition and then its applications by analysing and synthesising many results from previous studies and writings without resorting to a field study or analysis of the content of textbooks. This study found that there is weak knowledge of the uses of e-learning in university education and the administration's lack of interest in developing teachers' skills in using e-learning in their teaching. The study aimed to identify the reality of polarizing professional human resources from the point of view of academics in Jordanian higher education institutions (JHEI), following the variables: gender, educational qualification, academic qualifications, years of service, and type of institution. The study followed a descriptive-analytical approach. The study sample comprised 674 faculty members working in various institutions of the JHEI. The researcher used a questionnaire comprising 24 items as a study instrument. The study’s findings revealed that the JHEI for polarizing professional human resources were ordinary. and that academic institution administrations encourage personnel to submit distinguished ideas. Also, they seek to adopt a philosophy of change as needed, while the administrations do not care about measuring the job satisfaction of employees. Periodically, it was found that JHEI encourage feedback from students to improve the quality of services and adopt modern technological means to provide their services.
The study aimed to identify the reality of the role of guidance and educational media in Jordanian educational institutions, where the descriptive approach was used in addition to the use of a questionnaire consisting of (3) areas and by (10) paragraphs for each field as a tool for the study, which was applied to a sample of (400) male and female students Among the students of the basic stage, where it was concluded that educational media is witnessing a kind of effectiveness as it works to urge students to self-inquiry, and it is also able to discover and highlight the abilities and potentials of students, as it is able to clarify the future prospects of study specializations in the labor market, It was also concluded that the effectiveness of educational media does not differ according to gender and method of guidance.
