Banyak faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan wisatawan dalam menentukan berkunjung ke tempat obyek wisata. penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh lokasi, fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Obyek Wisata Bukit Mercury Sayang Kaak Argapura-Majalengka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden, uji instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lokasi wisata di obyek wisata dalam kategori baik, fasilitas di obyek wisata dalam kategori baik, kualitas pelayanan di obyek wisata dalam kategori baik dan keputusan berkunjung di obyek wisata dalam kategori baik. Adapun secara parsial lokasi wisata, fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung
This research was conducted at BUMDES Mart Banjaran Majalengka and aims to determine how the influence of Brand Image and Store Atmosphere on Purchasing Decisions of BUMDes Mart Banjaran consumers in order to increase the competitiveness of rural companies in the era of globalization. The population in this study is the infinite population and the sampling technique used. in this study is a non probability sampling with incidental sampling approach method. The research method used is a survey method with descriptive and verification approaches, the test instruments used in this study are validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Suku Bunga, Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap Harga Saham. penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menganalisis data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan dengan periode pengamatan 3 tahun. Sehingga data yang dianalisis berjumlah 45. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suku bunga dan return on equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh signifikan. terhadap harga saham, earning per share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara Simultan Suku Bunga, Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham
This study aims to determine employee empowerment, and organizational commitment of permanent employees of PDAM Majalengka Head Office. In addition, the purpose of this study is to determine how much influence employee empowerment has on organizational commitment. The research method used is survey research with a descriptive verification approach. The analytical tools used in this research are correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing for partial test using t test and simultaneous test using F test. The results show that employee empowerment has a significant effect on organizational commitment, meaning that employees are empowered as best as possible compared to other employees. which is felt to be in accordance with what they expect it will increase organizational commitment in employees.
This study aims to find out how the analysis of the influence of MSME marketing strategies based on product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions according to an economic perspective in maintaining business during the Covid-19 period in Yook Majalengka's Consumer Goods Salad food. This study uses a survey method with a descriptive analysis approach and verification. The data collection technique used is using a questionnaire. The population of this research is the many consumers of Salad Yook Majalengka. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents with the sampling technique used was incidental sampling. The measurement scale in this study uses a Likert scale. Data analysis used is classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and statistical F test. Hypothesis testing in this study used a partial hypothesis test with t test. Based on the results of this study indicate that: Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, Price has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions and Promotion has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions.
