Perencanaan produksi yang tepat dapat diterapkan The GDL Konveksi guna meminimalisir over production dan stock out yang sudah terjadi sebelumnya. Fuzzy Inference System Metode Min-Max dapat digunakan dalam penentuan jumlah produksi kaos guna mencapai produksi yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapat output produksi yang optimal untuk bulan Juli 2019 dan membandingkan produksi perusahaan dengan produksi Fuzzy Inference System yang telah dibangun sehingga dapat mengetahui presentase kesalahan rata-rata dan nilai kebenaran prediksi. Produksi yang optimal bermanfaat untuk mengefisienkan sumber daya yang dimiliki perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan Fuzzy Inference System Metode Min-Max dengan variabel permintaan sebesar 2016 pcs dan variabel persediaan bulan sebelumnya (Juni 2019) sebesar 60 pcs dihasilkan jumlah produksi yang optimal sebesar 1980 pcs. The GDL Konveksi dapat memproduksi sebesar 1980 pcs untuk mendapat kondisi optimal Perhitungan presentase kesalahan MAPE sebesar 6,64% dengan nilai kebenaran mencapai 93,36%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Fuzzy Inference System Metode Min-Max dapat diterapkan untuk memprediksi jumlah produksi kaos di The GDL Konveksi dengan catatan sangat baik.
Super MD Tile Factory is an individual business that is engaged in the production of tiles in small quantities. One of the products produced is Mantili tile with make to stock and make to order production systems. Defective products in the production process cannot be completely avoided. The company sets a tolerance for defective products in production, which is 4.44%, but in practice the defective products produced can reach 8%. Types of defects such as porous, cracked, broken, cracked tiles, and charred.The work using the six sigma method and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), obtained a DPMO value of 16634 and a sigma value of 3.63. This shows that this value is still far from the world industry level which reaches 6 sigma with a DPMO value of 3.4.Based on the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method, the calculation of the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value is obtained. Based on the RPN value, the priority causes of errors were obtained, namely, errors when setting the temperature for burning tile 512 RPN, less careful in laying tiles 448 RPN, raw material composition 392 RPN, and errors in taking tiles that were not dry 224 RPN. Suggestions that can be given in an effort to improve the quality of tile products are to add temperature gauge items and check or inspect more frequently during the production process.
The process of tempe production in small industry are considering not optimal yet. The process does not consider the ergonomic aspects and is not environment friendly. It causing complaint at some body parts and pollution. For the solution, this research aims to design a multifunctional tool that considering ergonomic and eco-friendly aspect. The design will be based on Ergonomic and the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) methods. Based on evaluation using the Nordic Body Map, it shows that body parts with the most complaints are the waist, back, neck, right and left shoulder, wrist and leg. Complaints on these body parts are caused by wrong postural when doing work which is not ergonomic. And by using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) the tool designed by considering user expectation and desire. it was found that the user expect for the tool to be made based on worker anthropometry, moved with a semi-manual machine and the tool model is suitable for work. Overall the design shows that the Ergonomic Tempe Maker Tool is a multifunctional tool that easy, flexible, safe and comfortable to be operated which focused on anthropometric size, uses a semi-manual machine and can be arranged up or down.
This research was conducted to determine how much physical workload and mental workload received by employees at PT. Woneel Midas Leathers, especially in the Quality Control (QC) department in carrying out their work. This research is a descriptive study, using a sample of 40 female employees who are the entire population of QC workers at PT. Woneel Midas Leathers. Data collection includes filling out the NASA-TLX questionnaire for mental workload analysis, and using employee physical data to calculate Body Mass Index (BMI) and pulse data calculated using the %CVL (Cardiovascular) method for physical workload analysis. The results of the calculation of the physical workload calculated using the %CVL (Cardiovascullar) method with an average physical workload of 31.62 employees are included in the "Required Improvement" classification. The NASA-TLX classification value of the average employee WWL that has been obtained is 81.48. This shows that the average value of mental workload received by employees is in the "High" category. Based on the results of calculations using the statistical regression method using SPSS software, the Sig value is obtained. of 0.441 which indicates that between the two variables, namely the physical workload has no effect on the mental workload. Likewise, the ideal body weight does not affect the mental workload conditions received by each employee.

Selama ini usaha yang mereka jalan mayoritas masih mengandalkan pemasaran secara offline. Penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi pun belum dimaksimalkan dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan sekaligus praktek pembuatan Whatsapp Bisnis. Dari hasil penyuluhan yang dilaksanakan oleh pengabdi, pelaku bisnis telah memiliki Whatsapp Bisnis bagi usaha mereka masing-masing. Namun pelaku bisnis perlu melengkapi pembuatan katalog untuk sarana pemasaran online produk mereka
