Background: The benefits of breastfeeding for infants include reducing infant mortality due to diarrhea and infection, reducing mortality among malnourished children, protecting against gastrointestinal infections, as well as being a source of energy and nutrition for infants aged 6 to 23 months. While the benefits for mothers who are breastfed are reducing the risk of ovarian cancer and providing breast support after milk production, as a natural prevention method in the first six months of birth, and helping to lose weight faster with pregnancy. Vegetables / natural plants that are easily available around us that can be used to increase breast milk production. Research in addition to carbohydrates, these vegetables also contain protein, minerals (phosphorus, calcium and iron, as well as a number of vitamins A, B1 and C). Methods: The method used is to present a booklet through education. The number of respondents was 20 mothers of health cadres. Results: The result of this community service activity is an increase in knowledge about the use of style materials for breastfeeding from 75% sufficient knowledge to 80% good knowledge. Conclusion: increasing knowledge and understanding of health cadres before and before providing education through natural plant booklets to increase breast milk.
A health problem in Indonesia is the death of children under five years of age (toddlers). Based on the results of Basic Health Research, the prevalence of malnutrition under 5 years of age in Indonesia is 17.9% (3.7 million children under five), as many as 6800 children under five in East Java experience malnutrition, 25% of which is caused by malnutrition intake. Malnutrition status in toddlers can have an effect that greatly inhibits physical, mental and thinking skills which in turn will reduce work productivity. Balanced food at this age needs to be implemented because it will affect the quality at adulthood to advanced age so that community service is expected to improve the health status of toddlers. The goal of community service in the form of counseling on balanced nutrition is that after receiving the counseling, it is hoped that mothers with toddlers are able to instill good and correct eating habits in their children regarding balanced nutrition according to the needs for optimal child development, maintaining and increasing endurance. child against disease. The benefits of community service to increase knowledge, especially about balanced nutrition for toddlers according to the needs for optimal child growth and development so as to maintain and increase the child's resistance to disease. This community service method includes lectures, questions and answers and leaflet media. The results of the implementation of community service regarding balanced nutrition for toddlers show that toddlers' mothers understand better about balanced nutrition in toddlers with an average value of knowledge about balanced nutrition in toddlers with a percentage of 75%. The conclusion from this community service is that it is important for mothers under five to understand balanced nutrition in toddlers because it can improve the healthstatus of toddlers.
Latar Belakang : Air susu ibu (ASI) adalah makanan terbaik untuk bayi. ASI sangat dibutuhkan untuk kesehatan bayi dan mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi secara optimal. Bayi yang mendapatkan ASI eksklusif akan memperoleh semua kelebihan ASI serta terpenuhi kebutuhan gizinya secara maksimal sehingga dia akan lebih sehat, lebih tahan terhadap infeksi, dan rentan alergi. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Konsumsi Jantung Pisang Batu Terhadap Produksi Air Susu Ibu pada Ibu Post Partum di Desa Banyutowo. Metode : Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasy Experiment dengan rancangan one grup pretest-posttest. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, Jumlah responden 14. Hasil Penelitian : Produksi Asi sebelum konsumsi jantung pisang batu mempunyai rata rata 37.172, sedangkan setelah konsumsi jantung pisang batu mempunyai rata rata 59.556. Jadi ada perbedaan terhadap produksi ASI sebelum dan sesudah mengkonsumsi Jantung pisang batu.

The first ovulation in a non-breastfeeding woman can occur as early as 34 days postpartum, even earlier. This causes during breastfeeding, women often experience unwanted pregnancy (KTD / unwanted pregnancy) at intervals close to previous pregnancies. Contraception should be used before sexual activity begins. It is therefore very strategic to start contraception as early as possible after delivery. After efforts to increase knowledge, it is hoped that cadres in the Gambirsari Health Center work area can provide counseling to mothers related to postpartum family planning. Method of implementation with lectures and discussions. The media used are modules, LCDs, laptops, and projectors. The implementation of health education is planned to be carried out at posyandu activities, namely in April-August 2020. The result of community service is that 90% of cadres know and understand better and from the results of monitoring and evaluation by meeting again at Posyandu Kinasih, 90% of cadres can explain the contents of the postpartum family planning counseling module. Based on the implementation of community service, it can be concluded that there is an increase in counseling skills, information, motivation and skills in using family planning at postpartum by cadres in the working area of Puskesmas Gambirsari Surakarta.
Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease, most of which is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The psychological effect that is often experienced by TB patients is anxiety. There factors that cause anxiety, predisposition and precipitation. One of the factors that influence someone in dealing with anxiety is family support. Especially in emotional support, which can promote feelings of comfort and emotional control in TB patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family emotional support and anxiety levels in pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) patients. This research was conducted in the Wonogiri District area. The research design used cross-sectional. The total sampling was (n = 59) in TB patients who are undergoing treatment. The research tool uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used Chi Square Test. Date were retrieved by questionnaire then analyzed using chi square with degree of meaning ?<0.05. Result and analyze, obtained p value 0.034 (p-value 0.034 <? (0.05), it means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results a relationship between family emotional support and the anxiety level of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) patients in Wonogiri District. And TB patients with less family emotional support are at risk of having a high level of anxiety 9.5, compared to good family support (OR: 1.909- 2,346). Suggestions for further researcher to research recommends empowering family in providing emotional support to help TB patient in emotional mastery, so as not to experience an increase in anxiety levels
