The study aimed to analyze 4Cs (Critical thinking, Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration) 21st Century Skills which were based on the student’s school environment different from concepts of science. Types of quantitative research with data collection methods in the form of observations, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on comparative t-test analysis results in significant no differences in critical thinking (C1), that creativity (C2) and Communication (C3) highers than middle and rural areas, while teamwork and collaboration (C4) Rural area students are higher than the urban and middle area. This shows the culture of the surrounding environment that affects students’ 4c skills. Interestingly, the lifestyle patterns of the Rural Area and Urban Area greatly affect student collaboration in the learning process. the habit of mutual assistance, scolding greetings, and getting to know each other is more entrenched in the Rural Area.
This study aims to measure the influence of organizational learning on the improvement of hard skills, soft skills and teacher innovation capability in Indonesia.Hard skills and soft skills as mediated variables. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of information technology industries . The returned and valid questionnaire results were 223 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on employee innovation capability, both directly and through mediating hard skills and soft skills.
This study aims to determine the influence of organizational competence and commitment on employee performance on CV. Teak Visions Raya. The population of this study was CV employees. Teak Visions Raya. The technique used in determining the sample using random sampling samples, where the total population used as a sample was 73 respondents. The method in data collection uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between competence on employee performance with a calculated value of > ttabel 8.776 > 1.99394. There is a positive and significant influence between the organization's commitment to employee performance with a calculated value of > of 9.823 > 1.99394. And there is a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment and organizational commitment together on employee performance with a calculated value of > 67, 518 > 3, 13.
Pada saat pandemi Covid ini, dimana pemberlakuan pembatasan sosial pada wilayah Indonesia, mengakibatkan keterbatasan berusaha bagi pebisnis kuliner. Hal ini juga berlaku bagi konsumen, yang mengalami kesulitan, ketika ingin membeli produk kuliner di restoran, ataupun rumah makan yang dituju. Salah satu alternatif yang digunakan untuk menghubungkan pebisnis kuliner dan konsumen adalah layanan pesan antar online Go Food. Untuk itu, dibuatlah penelitian ini, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besarkah pengaruh nilai pelanggan dan citra merk masing-masing, maupun secara simultan terhadap minat beli pada layanan pesan antar online Go Food. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi yang diambil adalah pengguna aplikasi layanan Go Food dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data, yaitu mengumpulkan data, dengan menyebarkan angket kepada konsumen yang melakukan pemesanan atau pembelian melalui Go Food. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai pelanggan dan citra merk secara simultan bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen layanan pesan antar online Go Food. Namun, untuk pengaruh per-variabel hanya nilai pelanggan yang berpengaruh pada minat beli konsumen, sedangkan citra merk tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, bahwa Go Food dapat menerapkan strategi marketing agar nilai pelanggan semakin meningkat, dan menerapkan peningkatan nilai pelanggan dan citra merk secara Bersama-sama. Hal ini untuk mendorong peningkatan minat beli konsumen terhadap layanan pesan antar online Go Food.
