This study aims to determine the process of experience that makes the subject re-accept himself and the guidance obtained by the subject so that he is able to accept himself again. This research is a phenomenological qualitative study with a single informant who does experience broken home families. Data collection was carried out by interview and observation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the process of experience gained through pre-broken home, during broken home, and post-broken home. Meanwhile, the guidance obtained by the subject comes from his grandfather and lover. The implication of the results of this study is to analyze need assessment of the guidance and counseling program for the implementation of family counseling in families experiencing broken homes.
Purpose - This study aims to find out the efforts of guidance and counseling Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Madania teachers in developing students' learning motivation. Method - This study uses a qualitative approach descriptive. The subjects of this study amounted to 6 people, namely 1 guidance and counseling teacher (BK), and 5 students of MA Madania. The data-collection technique in this study uses observations and interviews.Result - The results showed that the students who had done guidance and counseling realized that learning was important and had undergone changes. The changes were like before, they did not want to learn, when they were asked to study they avoided it, they also did not want to do assignments, and slept when the teacher was explaining and so on. When given counseling guidance, there are changes in which they start to have an effort in learning such as: willing to do assignments, study independently and study in groups with friends.Implications – The results of this study are expected to be input in improving several things that need to be done by counseling guidance teachers in schools.Originality - Motivational improvement framework with the efforts of BK MA Madania teachers in developing student learning motivation.***Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Madania dalam mengembangkan motivasi belajar siswa.Metode - Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang yaitu 1 orang guru bimbingan dan konseling (BK), dan 5 orang siswa MA Madania. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara.Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang telah melakukan bimbingan dan konseling menyadari bahwa belajar itu penting dan telah mengalami perubahan. Perubahannya seperti dulu, mereka tidak mau belajar, ketika diminta untuk belajar mereka menghindarinya, mereka juga tidak mau mengerjakan tugas, dan tidur ketika guru sedang menjelaskan dan sebagainya. Ketika diberikan bimbingan konseling, terjadi perubahan dimana mereka mulai memiliki usaha dalam belajar seperti: mau mengerjakan tugas, belajar mandiri dan belajar berkelompok dengan teman.Implikasi - Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi input dalam meningkatkan beberapa hal yang perlu dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan konseling di sekolah.Originalitas - Kerangka peningkatan motivasi dengan upaya guru BK MA Madania dalam mengembangkan motivasi belajar siswa.
Communication is one of the channels to convey information to the public. The village head as the highest government head in the village is guided to be able to interact well and provide welfare to the entire community. Development innovation will never run well without effective communication between village heads, community leaders and local villagers. This study uses the critical discourse method of Teun A Van Dijk who pays attention to dismantling the political communication discourse of the Korleko village head hidden behind the text. The results of this study also show that the discourse that is built is not very effective in the interaction between the village head and the local community for the political communication channel in the public space is less effective to the community. As for others, such as the creation of information boards and the disclosure of the Village Budget as a form of transparency and effective public communication, are not optimally (closed). As a result, people who do not fully trust the village government demand the use of technological media such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and even YouTube to display Village Budgets as a form of honesty and one of the principles mandated by the Constitution.
Therapy for alcoholics with the use of cognitive behavior-based Islam shows the results of a progressive. This study aims to obtain a comprehensive overview of the application of cognitive behavior therapy-based Islam in helping individuals overcome alcohol addiction. This study uses a qualitative research method is phenomenological. Participant research is an alcoholic. Data collection was performed by the method of triangulation, namely in-depth interviews (depth interviews) face to face with the observation and scale. Procedure the study was conducted with three step, namely the preparatory stage of the study, the implementation phase of the research, and the last stage of the evaluation of the results of the research. As for the results of the study showed that the application of cognitive behavior therapy-based Islam on individuals who experience addiction to alcohol showed significant changes in cognition, emotions and behavior of participants. Through the technique of cognitive restructuring, cognition participants who distorted changed to be more rational. Participants are able to set a good lifestyle, independent in work, respect people around and back to the right path in accordance with the teachings of Islam. a change in cognition in participants encourage the reduction behavior of consuming alcohol.Keywords: Cognitive behavior therapy-based Islami; alcoholics ABSTRAKTerapi bagi pecandu alkohol dengan menggunakan cognitive behavior therapy berbasis Islam menunjukkan hasil yang progresif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran menyeluruh dari penerapan cognitive behavior therapy berbasis Islam dalam membantu individu mengatasi kecanduan alkohol. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif bersifat fenomenologis. Partisipan penelitian adalah seorang pecandu alkohol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode triangulasi yakni wawancara mendalam (depth interview) secara face to face dengan observasi dan skala. Prosedur penelitian dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan penelitian, tahap pelaksanaan penelitian, dan terakhir tahap evaluasi hasil penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan cognitive behavior therapy berbasis Islam pada individu yang mengalami kecanduan alkohol menunjukkan perubahan yang signifikan pada kognisi, emosi dan perilaku partisipan. Melalui teknik cognitive restructuring, kognisi partisipan yang terdistorsi berubah menjadi lebih rasional. Partisipan mampu mengatur pola hidup yang baik, mandiri dalam bekerja, menghormati orang di sekitarnya dan kembali ke jalan yang benar sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. adanya perubahan kognisi pada partisipan mendorong berkurangnya perilaku mengkonsumsi alkohol.Kata kunci: Cognitive behavior therapy berbasis Islami; Pecandu alkohol
<p>Kuat tekan beton, selain dipengaruhi oleh mutu perekat (semen), juga ditentukan oleh mutu agregat yang digunakan sebagai bahan pengisinya. Hal ini terlihat dari komposisi agregat dalam campuran beton mencapai 60% – 75% dari total volume beton. Penggunaan agregat pasir-batu alam (sirtu) tidaklah lazim dalam pembuatan beton struktural. Namun demikian, pada pembangunan beberapa ruko/toko berlantai 2 dan 3 di kota Lhokseumawe ditemukan penggunaan sirtu sebagai agregat untuk beton.Sirtu adalah jenis batuan sedimen yang merupakan campuran kerikil dan pasir yang terjadi secara alami. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendapatkan faktor air semen (FAS) pada campuran beton agregat sirtu agar dicapai mutu beton struktural minimal 17 MPa dan memiliki kemudahan pengerjaan yang baik (workability). Sirtu yan g digunakan berasal dari desa Paya Rabo, kecamatan Sawang, Kabupaten Aceh Utara, dengan ukuran maksimum 19 mm. Sirtu ini terdiri dari 73% - 86% pasir dan 14% - 27% kerikil. Semen yang digunakan merek Andalas tipe I. Jumlah sampel beton agregat sirtu yang di uji pada umur 28 hari adalah sebayak 15 buah sampel silinder(150x 300)mm, yang terdiri dari 5 sampel untuk masing-masing FAS 0,58; 0,54; dan 0,47. Sebagai pembanding digunakan 5 buah sampel yang dibuat untuk beton normal dengan FAS 0,58. Rancangan campuran digunakan metode absolute volume dari Portland Cement Association (PCA). Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh kuat tekan beton normal pada umur 28 hari mencapai 24,57 MPa. Pada umur pengujian yang sama, untuk beton sirtu, kuat tekan yang diperoleh untuk masing-masing FAS 0,58; 0,54; dan 0,47 adalah sebesar 17,09 MPa, 23,37 MPa, dan 27,61 MPa. Pada FAS 0,58 dan 0,54 beton agregrat sirtu mengalami penurunan kuat tekan masing-masing sebesar 33,4% dan 4,90% dibanding beton normal. Untuk memperoleh beton agregat sirtu dengan kekuatan 17 MPa, dilakukan interpolasi linier dari hasil pengujian tersebut dan didapat FAS sebesar 0,55. Dari hasil pengujian menggunakan FAS 0,55 didapat kuat tekan rata-rata beton agregat sirtu sebesar 21,60 MPa, dengan slump sebesar 79mm</p><p><br /><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> sirtu (pasir-batu), faktor air semen, slump, kuat tekan, beton struktural</p>
