The village government has an substantial responsibility in managing human resources to produce regional economic benefits. This research aims to identify the stakeholder collaboration to support accountability in village fund management and rural development. This study used an interactive approach with data collection methods such as structured interviews, documentation, and observation. The object of the study is village officials in Pranggang Village, Plosoklaten District, Kediri Regency, East Java Province. The results of the study showed that the village government has not optimally carried out its role in involving more stakeholders. Collaborative stakeholders in managing village funds involved village government officials, activity management team and community. They play a positive role in bringing about village accountability in managing village funds. An increased community participation contribute to program evaluation activities and effectiveness in the village financial management. The accountability of the village funds utilization has met the Home Affairs Ministerial Regulation number 113 of 2014. In addition, social accountability has been applied in various forms of effective interactions between the community and village government. Much efforts are required to improve the quality of human resources through more stakeholder engagement, training activity and community empowerment. JEL Classification: H72; H83; O20
The application of Large Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) makes the policy of the government of DKI Jakarta to get a response from the citizens of DKI Jakarta as well as stakeholders in the lower figure of the spread COVID-19 in DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to identify the policy on the implementation of the PSBB DKI Jakarta using the theory of grindle with communication factors, factors of human resources, factors of attitudes, and factors of the bureaucratic structure by outlining the process of implementation of the policy. The research method using secondary data qualitative focuses on the analysis of data with matching patterns and develop explanations of the study. The findings showed that of the four factors on the implementation has been running well, but from the factor of the attitude of the on the results of the implementation of the policy showed less good because the number of cases COVID-19 in DKI Jakarta is still relatively higher than the percentage do the government of DKI Jakarta. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has had a very significant impact on every area of the organization, especially the health sector, especially hospitals. One of the impacts experienced is the work pressure felt by hospital employees. This study aims to analyze the work pressure experienced by hospital employees during the covid-19 pandemic which was obtained from the type of work and stressor factors that influenced it. This type of research was quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this study was 120 employees at Hospital "X" in Indonesia. The sampling technique is probability sampling with random sampling method. Univariate analysis test was used to see the distribution of frequency and percentage of each variable and bivariate analysis with chi-square test to determine the relationship between variables (p value <0.05). It was found that the type of employee's work was significantly related to the employee's work pressure. Then an analysis of the level of work pressure is carried out with the influencing work pressure stressor. Based on the Spearman Correlation Test, a correlation value of 0.589 with a sig value of 0.000 means that the sig value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) indicating that there is a significant effect between stressor and work pressure at Hospital "X". The cause of high work pressure from this type of work is the demands of the organization in relation to the high role of tasks, especially medical personnel, which increases during the pandemic. Then the stressor factors that influence are role overload, role conflict and role ambiguity caused by the demands of the duties and roles of employees, poor communication, and lack of direct guidance from the leadership on the tasks and regulations given.
Abstrak Pubertas atau akil balig merupakan bagian dari perkembangan manusia. Masa ini merupakan masa perubahan atau masa peralihan dari masa kanak-kanak ke masa dewasa, dimana seorang anak mengalami perubahan fisik, sikap atau perilaku, dan pematangan organ reproduksi. Umumnya dimulai pada usia 10-13 tahun dan berakhir pada usia 18-22 tahun. Dimasa ini adalah masa rawan bagi anak yang tidak dibekali dengan ilmu pengetahuan tentang pubertas, perilaku menjaga diri dan etika dalam menghadapi masa peralihan ini. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah anak dapat mengontrol dan menjaga diri di masa pubertasnya dengan memberikan pengertian-pengertian tentang perubahan pada dirinya. Penyampaian materi yang diberikan menggunakan media LCD, lembar balik dan tanya jawab. Hasil akhir dari pengabdian ini didapatkan anak-anak mendapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang perubahan pada dirinya serta kesadaran tinggi tentang bagaimana upaya-upaya untuk menjaga dirinya di masa pubertas (100%). Oleh karena itu penting untuk dibuat suatu program inovasi untuk mengoptimalisasi pelayanan kesehatan anak di masa pubertas. Diharapkan program promosi kesehatan ini terus berlanjut sehingga membentuk generasi remaja yang berkualitas. This period is a period of change or transition from childhood to adulthood, where a child experiences physical changes, attitudes or behavior, and maturation of the reproductive organs. Generally begins at the age of 10-13 years and ends at the age of 18-22 years. This period is a vulnerable period for children who are not equipped with knowledge about puberty, self-care behavior and ethics in dealing with this transitional period. The purpose of this community service is that children can control and take care of themselves during puberty by providing insights about changes in themselves. Submission of material provided using LCD media, flipcharts and questions and answers. The end result of this dedication is that children gain increased knowledge about changes in themselves and high awareness of how to take care of themselves during puberty (100%). Therefore it is important to create an innovation program to optimize child health services during puberty. Revitalization of traditional markets is an effort conducted by the government in fostering economic development, local government revenue (PAD), and fair competitiveness in global competition. Besides, the implementation of traditional market revitalization faces various problems. One of them is a relocation of traders while the market is being revitalized, budget management for traditional market revitalization, and competent human resources in traditional market revitalization programs. Therefore, the appropriate strategy in facing those problems is needed. The appropriate strategy must cover the achieving process, the goal, and the result of traditional market revitalization programs. Furthermore, a descriptive method along with a qualitative approach is employed in this study. Moreover, the focus of this study is the strategy of local government in traditional market revitalization programs covering: organization strategy, program, the sources, and institution. This study involves three leading sectors, as cooperative service and industry and trade of UMKM (big and small business agency), Pemalang trade, Paduraksa market, section chief of Diskoperindag (cooperative industry and trade agency), and grocery market. The data of this study were then analyzed by employing the Miles and Huberman analysis model with the NVivo application. The results of this study indicate that three important things should be taken into consideration: 1) adjusting the budget to the revitalized target market based on the needs and conditions of the traditional market. 2) Providing socialization to the market traders related to the purpose and the goal of revitalization. 3) Providing the strategy in adjusting human resources involved in traditional market revitalization programs. The involvement of human resources in this program reflects the solid cooperation in developing and fostering the economy of Pemalang.
