Education understands the process of developing all aspects that exist in humans, including cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Current educational developments that do not prioritize character education need to be re-integrated with transparent sources. The importance of character and moral education aims to achieve academic goals in harmony with human social life. Good moral education will produce individuals who can support themselves and their environment well and provide positive stimuli for the surrounding environment. Moral or behavior is a critical issue inherent in a person. Discussions related to morality and personality have been studied by several salaf and khalaf scholars. They compiled several unique books related to ethics, morals, and character that is genuinely for a Muslim. The book of Ayyuhal Walad written by Al-Ghazali, describes a commentary on ethics and morals. Through the literature study research method, the contents of the book of Ayyuhal Walad in the character education section can be peeled and analyzed. Penulisan jurnal ini bertujuan mengetahui kode etik yang harus dimiliki seorang guru karena kode etik tersebut sangat penting bagi guru sebagai acuan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kode etik guru berisikan tata aturan mencangkup kepribadian atau tingkah laku yang baik, serta guru yang bisa mengendalikan sisi negative dan memperlihatkan sisi positif kepada peserta didik untuk dijadikan panutan. Menjadi seorang Muslim, setiap insan harus memiliki kode etik yang selaras dengan tuntunan dan ajaran Al-Qur’an beserta Sunnah. Nabi Muhammad SAW merupakan seorang pendidik professional dan satu-satunya panutan yang sempurna. Rasulullah Saw mampu menjadi contoh nyata seorang pendidik yang islami sesuai Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, jurnal ditulis menggunakan teknik metode pengumpulan data dengan jenis metode library research, metode historis, metode perkembangan dan metode korelasional. Kesimpulan isi jurnal ini terfokus pada guru yang harus mampu meberikan contoh baik kepada peserta didiknya baik dari tutut kata, perilaku, maupun dari sikap yang diwujudkan pada lingkungan sekolah dan kehidupan sehari-hari melalui kode etik guru.
Leadership is something that is felt to be quite important in the sustainability of an organization or group. A good leadership pattern will produce effective and efficient organizational or group dynamics. Likewise in the scope of education, good and structured leadership will make the achievement of the goals of education itself. Leadership management applied in education needs to be done as well as possible by looking at various considerations. In international school-based education, educational leadership needs to take diversity and culture into consideration. If focused on Islamic education, leadership management in international schools needs to be focused on achieving the vision and mission that has been prepared with various considerations. The visionary, innovative, and varied international school-based characteristics make the need for leadership management in Islamic education that is able to place Islamic education as a handle on the various dynamics that occur.
