<span class="ShortAbstract"><span>Persebaran informasi di era digital sangatlah cepat, namun tidak semua informasi sepenuhnya benar, apalagi informasi terkait pencegahan covid-19 yang tersebar di masyarakat salah. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah memberdayakan pemuda sebagai edukator. Tujuan kegiatan bagi pemuda adalah agar pemuda mampu berperan dalam mengedukasi masyarakat terkait pencegahan Covid-19 melalui Media Sosial. Selain itu, penggunaan media sosial dirasa lebih mudah untuk menjangkau masyarakat. Pemilihan media sosial sebagai sarana edukasi adalah berdasarkan kuesioner online yang sudah disebarkan, diketahui bahwa kebanyakan masyarakat lebih sering menggunakan media online/media sosial ketika memperoleh informasi. Ini yang melatarbelakangi kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, tim juga membuat kegiatan yang akan menunjang bagaimana cara menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat, sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan. Hasil dari kegiatan yang tim KKN lakukan adalah menciptakan pemuda yang dapat mengedukasi masyarakat dengan baik dan benar melalui media sosial.</span></span>
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul matakuliah Manajemen Pendidikan berbasis HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) dan mengetahui kelayakan modul Manajemen Pendidikan yang digunakan mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Tidar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) yang merujuk pada model pengembangan 4D dari Thiagarajan, dengan langkah-langkah yang digunakan adalah (1) tahap pendefinisian (define), (2) tahap perencanaan (design), (3) tahap pengembangan (develop), dan (4) tahap diseminasi (disseminate). Pada tahap pengembangan (develop) dilakukan validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media serta uji coba pengguna yaitu mahasiswa. Pada penelitian ini, tahap pengembangan hanya dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan media saja, karena pelaksanaan perkuliahan masih berlangsung secara online sehingga belum dilakukan uji coba pengguna oleh mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian didapatkan skor presentase dari ahli media yaitu sebesar 78,34% termasuk kategori layak. Skor presentase dari ahli materi 1 sebesar 73,33% termasuk kategori layak, skor presentase dari ahli materi 2 sebesar 78,66% termasuk kategori layak. Gabungan rata-rata penilaian dari ahli materi 1 dan ahli materi 2 mendapatkan skor presentase 75,99% termasuk kategori layak. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul Manajemen Pendidikan berbasis HOTS masuk kategori layak dari segi ahli media dan ahli materi untuk digunakan dalam pelaksanaan perkuliahan Manajemen Pendidikan.
This research was aimed to test the effectiveness of the research-based learning model. This research was conducted in English Education Study Program, Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program and Science Education Study Program for second-semester students for each study program. The research method-used was Research and Development (R&D), which consists of three steps, namely: the preparatory stage, the development stage, and the results reporting stage, which uses one group pre-test post-test design to analyze the data. Based on this research, the learning results show that:(1) there were significant differences of the learning result between before and after the treatment in using the research-based learning model, which were proven by the means score 56 to 85, (2) the students' responses to the application of the research-based educational psychology textbook in the learning process for the three study programs state effectively and well-proven by getting students' responses of 76.84%, and (3) there were no significant differences between three sample groups which use research-based learning model in learning, proven by t-test < t-table.Problem-based Learning (PBL) is a learning model that presents a contextual problem that stimulates students to active learning. <p>This study aims to obtain an overview of improving students' critical thinking skills and communication skills whose learning activities use integrated blended learning of local wisdom. Learning activities are carried out by modifying blended learning stages, namely at the seeking information stage. The research subjects were 109 students of the 2<sup>nd</sup> semester of science education study program. The research was conducted using a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest design. The instrument used was a multiple-choice test using an assessment rubric and an observation sheet. The research data were analyzed using multivariate analysis. The results showed that the improvement of students' critical thinking and communication skills with blended learning (treatment class) was more significant than students whose blended learning was not integrated with local wisdom.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: blended learning, local wisdom, critical thinking skills, communication skills</p>
