This research is comparative causal research with factorial design 3 × 1. The population of this research is all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Semarang. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling. The sample of this research is students of class VIII B and VIII D. The instrument used to collect data is a test of mathematical problem solving ability of learners. Prior to use for data retrieval, the test instrument of mathematical problem solving ability was first tested. Assessment of validity of test instrument contents by 3 validators. Hypothesis test using one way Anova test with unequal cell. The conclusion of this research is that learners who get the application of contextual learning model with Hands on Activity has better problem solving ability than students who are given contextual learning model and conventional learning model, while the application of contextual learning model has better mathematical problem solving ability than the participants Students provided a contextual learning model and conventional learning model.
The use of technology in business in the era of 4.0 is a difficult task for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) due to lack of resources and other market problems. To attract customers to buy a product, the marketing of a product is usually influenced by various factors, such as price, product quality, and brand. In this study, the researchers analyzed the impact of price, product quality, and product brand on customer's buying interest. This research is a case study conducted in Fahmi Mandiri SMEs aiming to increase the income. The method used is multiple regression analysis and the data is collected through questionnaires distributed to the customers. The results show that the biggest partial correlation influencing customer buying interest are price of a product and product brand. The quality of a product does not affect customers' buying interest significantly, because consumers will trust the quality of a product when the product brand is known and has the right price.
This study aims to test the feasibility of media-based learning Blog in learning mathematics on trigonometric subjects. This development research uses 8 stages from 10 stages of borg and gall method that are potential and problem, data collection, product design, product validation, product revision, product test, product AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis Blog dalam pembelajaran matematika pada pokok bahasan trigonometri. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan 7 tahap dari 10 tahap metode borg and gall yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi produk, revisi produk, ujicoba produk, revisi produk dan produksi masal. Media pemebelajaran blog yang di kembangkan dengan bantuan adobe flash yang bertujuan untuk memberikan beberapa animasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Batanghari siswa kelas X. Istrumen penilaian yang digunakan adalah angket uji kelayakan oleh Ahli media, Ahli Materi, dan Angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian adalah : 1) Berdasarkan validasi penilaian ahli materi diperoleh skor rata-rata 4,65 yaitu berada pada kategori "Sangat Baik". Validasi penilaian ahli media diperoleh skor rata-rata 4,35 yaitu pada kategori "Sangat Baik". Validasi penilaian ahli bahasa diperoleh skor rata-rata 4,5 yaitu berada pada kategori "Sangat Baik". Selain itu dari hasil uji coba skala kecil respon peserta didik memperoleh skor 4,23 yaitu pada kriteria "Sangat Baik", dan sedangkan pada uji coba skala besar respon peserta didik memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,19 yaitu pada kriteria "Baik". Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan media pembelajaran berbantuan blog berada dalam kategori baik dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran khususnya pada materi Trigonometri.
This study aims at how to develop sparkol video scribe assisted mathematics learning media and produce valid, practical, effective and responsive media. To achieve this goal the authors develop the media using research development methods with steps: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation. Subjects in this study were students of the University of Islam Raden Intan Lampung with data collection instruments used in the form of a questionnaire given to the material experts, media experts, and questionnaire responses to students to know the interest of learning media developed mathematics. The results of this study produce a product in the form of sparkol video scribe-assisted mathematics learning media on assignment material (linear program) in higher education; knowing the feasibility of the developed product quality is very feasible with a score of 3,37 based on expert material judgment and 3,56 by the media expert in a very feasible category. Students' responses in sparkol video scribe assisted instructional media on assignment material (linear program) obtained a score of 3,55 with very interesting criteria in college. based on the suggestions from material experts and media experts to the author to be disseminated to lecturers for use in the learning process.
Mathematical communication ability of learners is still relatively low, this is allegedly caused by the conventional learning model that is still applied by educators. The authors in this study apply cooperative type model of TPS assisted investigative approach, because the type and approach is expected to be suitable to improve the mathematical communication ability of learners. The purpose of this research is to see the effect of Cooperative Learning Model Type Think Pair Share (TPS) assisted by an Investigation Approach to Mathematical Communication Ability. In this research including quantitative research because the data is processed in the form of numbers. Use experimental experimental quasy experiment type. To know the effect on the ability of mathematical communication owned peserta didiksetelah applied learning model is the purpose of the implementation of research. The instrument in this research is the test of mathematical communication ability on the matter of scale and comparison. Further data that have been obtained will be calculated by using Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) one unequal cell road. The result of this research is there is influence of thinking pair share learning model assisted by investigative approach to mathematical communication ability of learner, which in class which applied by model of learning pair help coupled with better investigation of mathematical communication ability compared with conventional learning model and TPS learning model.
