The pharmacological properties of the new drug ziacryl (feracryl analog), representing an incomplete zinc salt of polyacrylic acid, have been studied. It is established that ziacryl is a highly effective hemostatic agent that exhibits antimicrobial activity and accelerates the regeneration of skin burn lesions and asceptic wounds.
