AbstrackAkhir- akhir ini masyarakat dunia digemparkan oleh terjadinya wabah Coronavirus yang berasal dari kota Wuhan, China yang terjadi di bulan November 2019 tahun lalu. Corona virus ini sangat berbahaya karena sampai saat ini belum ditemukan obat atau vaksin penanggulangannya. Coronavirus menyerang saluran pernapasan manusia dengan cepat. Penularan virus ini melalui, airborne dan udara kepada sesama manusia. Penyebarannya yang sangat cepat dan lintas benua, WHO menetapkan penyebaran virus ini diatas wabah dan endemic, sebahagian besar negara yang terdaftar di PBB terjangkit virus ini, termasuk juga Indonesia.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dampak dari virus corona terhadap kegiatan belajar mengajar, yang selama ini proses belajar mengajar diadakan di sekolah atau kelas tetapi dengan adanya pendemi covid-19, KBM dipindahkan dirumah secara E-Learning dengan mengunakan berbagai alat technologi , seperti smartphone, computer dan notebook Dampak yang disebabkan oleh virus corona ini menyangkut perbagai aspek , seperti aspek soal , budaya, dan yang lebih parah adalah aspek ekonomie semua negara yang terkenak wabah dari covid-19 ini merasakan hal itu . Peraturan atau kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah untuk tidak beraktivitas di luar rumah selama 14 hari bahkan mungkin akan ditambah lagi untuk beberapa hari kedepanya, tentu ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap semua sektor terlebih sektor, perekonomian dan kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Kajian ini dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dengan melihat hasil-hasil survei dan studi literature, journal dan document beberapa media cetak maupun elektronik serta buku yang berhubungan dengan pengajaran dan sosial masyrakat, sosiologi dan antropologi. Berdasarkan hasil kajian ini banyak terdapat pengetahuan tentang virus corona yang begitu kecil tetapi sangat berbahaya dan sangat berpengaruh terhadap seluruh kehidupan umat manusia di muka bumi ini , sampai sekarang belum ada satu negarapun yang menemukan faksin untuk dapat mencegah dan menghentikan penyebaran dari Covid-19 ini .Kesimpulan dari tulisan ini , langkah pemerintah sudah tepat untuk mengeluarkan kebijakan kepada masyarakat untuk tidak beraktivitas apapun diluar rumah , semua pekerjaan dilaksanakan dari rumah , ini guna menghindari dan memutus mata rantai penyebaran dari Covid-19 ini . Semoga masalah yang sangat besar yang dihadapi hampir diseluruh dunia cepat berakhir, dan kita dapat melaksanakan aktivitas kita seperti sediakala. Keyword : Dampak.Wabah.Viruscorona.Kbm.
The statement and solution of the design problem and implementation of pedagogical education content on the basis of information streams integration demands scientific and experimental justification which is carried out within the problem field of pedagogical science. In this regard, this article aims at developing an information-logistic model for designing and implementing the content of teacher education. The presented information-logistic model for designing and implementing the content of teacher education in the article presupposes the disclosure of the pedagogical system component structure as the base of information traffics differentiation. The purpose of this work is to identify the transformations of communicative functions. These functions are associated with the subjects of communication in both fields: in pedagogical and organizational, also in the instrumental and design once during the process of creating digital video recordings for online courses. Questionnaires, observation, and factor analysis were used as research methods. It helped to formulate a popularity rating of digital tools for future teachers. The study was conducted at the Institute of Psychology and Education of Kazan (Volga region) Federal University. The study involved 120 people: teachers developing online courses and students studying at the pedagogical educational programs. Transforming indicators of pedagogical communicative competence are highlighted. These indicators are needed to be emphasized when improving teacher training. It will help future teachers to be able to effectively carry out their activities in digital educational environment. These indicators are: the ability to organize interactive cooperation during training, the ability to organize mutual exchange and development of students, the ability to create an open environment for analysis and improvement. The methodological aspects of the development of pedagogical communication functions in the dynamic environment of digital education and an interactive environment are disclosed on the basis of work with videos. Some recommendations for future teachers' skills improving and development of training experience organization in the digital environment are given. These are a clearly-setgoal for educational video materials, adequate video content, skills for digital tools using, also the skill to choose adequate digital tools for a task fulfillment. The tool that can enhance enthusiasm, and stimulate students for productive work in a digital environment. The study allows improving video content and increasing the effectiveness of its use in the educational process. Also, the results of the experiment can become a basis for teacher training programs improving. Especially it can be useful for future teachers' pedagogical communicative and digital competences development. The tasks developed within the frame of the research will be included in the assignments of pedagogical internship for pedagogical Master's degree courses at the Institute of Psychology and Education of Kazan Federal University. These tasks for students include development and use of online courses with video materials.
Relevance of the research problem stems from the need to meet the challenges of personal growth of each participant of the educational process, a productive exchange of information and personalized contribution to the overall result of the conducted educational research. The aim of this paper is to improve joint training activities as the basis for future studies of masters that will be implemented in an open information and education space. The key approach to the study of the problems of the joint educational researches relies on the conceptual ideas of experiments conducting in joint environment in which access to individual and shared data in an open information education environment is restricted. Theoretical and technological tools were developed for working with factorial data of collaborative research in open educational environment. As a result these conceptual ideas were formulated for joint training of master's studies: the stages to improve joint research activities were grounded, the technology of forming joint bank of comparable research materials was created, the system of algorithms for collaborative (joint) working with experimental data was proposed, the strategy ensuring the adequacy of the joint pilot materials for attaining general and private purposes was worked out. This strategy also should be applied to the value and usefulness of collected data. The collected, studied, processed and presented in the paper unique experimental material can be useful both for solving current individual research tasks of undergraduates and for the development of new roles in research.
The article substantiates the meta dynamic approach that determines ways for information educational environment analysis. The implementation of the said approach includes a versatile analysis of information with the application of offered meta dynamic methods and tools. Tools of meta dynamics allow to regard changes in the rate of the information process, to analyze structural modifications of the information environment. The change of the information process can be analyzed, for example, if the rate of new information emegence and the rate of its processing are taken into account. These and other similar measuring instruments are based on indicators of the second order. The modification of the information structure is analyzed on the basis of absolute and relative indexes of the moved and changeable information volume, and the dynamics of the environment structure. There the process of information restructuring is implied, including, for example, the emergence of new structural components, their association, removal, specification. In this context there has been given a theoretical justification for the set of meta dynamic tools of the second order application. There have been presented some results of their experimental approbation. The significance of the designated approach has a predictive value in the development of a vocational school and its information educational environment.
