The transportation sector is now starting to shift from fossil fuels to electricity which is more environmentally friendly, as this sector is a major source of greenhouse gas emissions. Electric vehicles are a type of vehicle that is environmentally friendly because it does not produce air pollution. In Presidential Regulation No. 55 of 2019 concerning the Acceleration of the Battery-Based Electric Motor Vehicle (KBL) Program for Road Transportation which came into effect after being promulgated on 12 August 2019 is expected to be a momentum for accelerating cooperation to build an era of environmentally friendly electric cars with electricity as a substitute for energy. The use of electric vehicles is growing rapidly, and China is the largest market, followed by Europe and the United States. The development of electric vehicles is highly dependent on the national policies of a country. Indonesia's goal is to become one of the centers of the global electric vehicle industry, for that Indonesia needs to consider the challenges of cost, standards, power generation, incentive support, communication security, and conditions of integration framework. If Indonesia wants to attract investors into the country, Indonesia must also pay attention to infrastructure readiness, ease of doing business, government policies, and research and development. This research is a normativeempirical legal research. Research materials used include secondary data and primary data. The method of data collection is done through library research. The approach used is a philosophical approach, a conceptual approach, a legal approach, as a concept of thought data collection tools using document studies and interview guidelines. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative methods and presented descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the acceleration of the KBL program requires the support of all parties in order to reduce the inhibiting factors that are considered by consumers' preferences in choosing KBL, namely price, maintenance, vehicle durability and infrastructure readiness. In terms of policy, Indonesia needs to review the readiness of planning for the procurement of the electric vehicle sector, assessing the needs of the country's economy as well as investments that have been or will be entering Indonesia.

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui peran nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang ada dalam <em>Dieng Cultural Festival</em> (DCF) sebagai wujud harmonisasi antara nilai-nilai kearifan lokal, agama dan sosial ekonomi di Masyarakat Dataran Tinggi Dieng. Formulasi peran tersebut dikembangkan berdasar temuan hasil studi lapangan yang di analisis secara secara komprehensif dengan mengharmonisasi hukum tidak tertulis (adat) dan ajaran agama dan masyarakat dataran tinggi dieng juga hukum tertulis ( hukum positif). Masyarakat dataran tinggi Dieng merupakan bagian dari Suku Jawa. Namun karena kebudayaan Jawa yang masih mendarah daging, masyarakat dataran tinggi Dieng termasuk pemeluk agama Islam yang sinktretisme. Misalnya masih adanya ritual adat Jawa yang berbau animisme dan dinamisme. Fenomena yang terjadi pada masyarakat dataran tinggi Dieng adalah adanya anak berambut gimbal. Ada berbagai kelompok dan agama di Dieng. Hasil dari saling pengertian dan menghormati sesama adalah toleransi beragama terus terjaga di daerah tersebut sebagai bentuk pencegahan terjadinya konflik sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sosiolegal dengan metode empiris dengan menggali sumber data primer dari masyarakat Dieng. Data sekunder berupa bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Instrumen pengumpul data<strong> </strong>menggunakan wawancara, <em>Focus</em> <em>Group</em> <em>Discussion</em> (FGD) dan studi kepustakaan hukum adat untuk pencegahan konflik. Analisis data model kualitatif dengan interpretasi berdasar teori <em>(theoritical interpretation) </em>dan ditarik generalisasi sebagai rumusan yang bersifat ideal <em>(ius constitutum). </em>Rencana penelitian yang akan dilakukan untuk memformulasikan peran nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam DCF, dengan tahapan (1) Mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai yang dijadikan sumber kearifan lokal yang terdapat dalam DCF di dalam Masyarakat Dataran Tinggi Dieng; (2) Menganalisis apakah nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam DCF dapat berperan sebagai sarana untuk memperkuat harmonisasi kaitannya dengan agama dan sosial ekonomi di Masyarakat Dataran Tinggi Dieng dalam perspektif UU No. 7 Tahun 2012 tentang Penanganan Konflik Sosial.  Luaran penelitian berupa  Publikasi Jurnal nasional terakreditasi yakni Jurnal .....(Humas FH UNS) dengan judul Pemberdayaan Kearifan Lokal , agama dan sosial ekonomi Sebagai Upaya Memperkuat Harmonisasi sosial Di Masyarakat Dataran Tinggi Dieng Dalam Perspektif Sosiologi Hukum.</p><p><em>Keyword : </em><em>Dieng Cultur Festival (</em>DCF<em>, )</em><em>harmonisasi soasial</em><em>, kearifan lokal, masyarakat Dieng, UU No.17 Tahun 2012 </em></p>

For centuries, fossil-fuel vehicles have been human's dearest friend. It all began on early 20th century when fossil fuel started to activate human's machines and transportation system, as well as human's activities. It can't be denied that fossil fuel gave so much easiness. But then, in the other side those are also consequences that can't be denied coming from the using of fossil fuel. Those consequences are turning into the urgency for human to move from using fossil-fuel vehicle onto electric vehicle. This research aims to determine the urgency of using electric vehicle, accompanied by the shape of adequate legal ecosystem that needed to accelerate the using of electric vehicle itself. The method used is sourced from secondary data to support the arguments in this article. The data collection technique uses a literature study by collecting data through books or other legal literature and online sites that are relevant to the problems written in articles, as well as through laws and regulations, books. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive data analysis technique, which means it provides an overview of the data collected through parsing sentences with the aim of providing an explanation of the data studied and getting conclusions about answers to existing problems. The results of this study indicate that the perfect momentum to move from motor vehicles onto electric vehicles is happening at this time; considering the massive technological development, the side-negative-effect of using fossil fuel, and the issuance of Presidential Regulation No. 55 of 2019 concerning the Acceleration of Battery-Based Programs for Road Transportation -which is expected to be the first step in creating the adequate legal ecosystem.

The purpose of this study was to determine the strengthening of understanding about forgiveness as an alternative approach in psychological rehabilitation efforts for victims of sexual harassment crimes given that the impact of the crime of sexual harassment on victims psychologically, victims can experience decreased self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. Worry. The type of research used by the author is normative or doctrinal legal research that is prescriptive and applied. This research approach is carried out with a statute approach. The results showed that providing an understanding of forgiveness in psychological rehabilitation efforts as well as support from family and the environment for victims of the crime of sexual harassment was very beneficial because of the willingness and ability of the victim to learn to forgive the perpetrator and make peace with the bad story of the victim he experienced, and the individual. Also learning to take positive action against the perpetrator will tend to make him able to achieve optimal psychological recovery.

This study aims to explain the implications of restorative justice for children as perpetrators of sexual violence. So far, the imposition of punishments for the perpetrators of crimes is one proof of success in law enforcement efforts. However, because the perpetrator of sexual violence is carried out by a child, deciding on the punishment to be imposed is not an easy decision. Considering that a child has rights that must be properly guarded and protected. This research is a normative research using a statutory and conceptual approach. Data obtained by literature study on matters relating to the subject of study. The results show that the implications of restorative justice for children who are perpetrators of sexual violence can provide justice for children, victims, and their families. Settlement through restorative justice can be applied to child perpetrators who commit crimes of sexual violence because in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Justice System which has emphasized that the juvenile justice system is obliged to prioritize theapproach restorative justice and children as perpetrators of sexual violence. have the right to protection and fair punishment. Thus, it will prioritize restoration back to its original state and restore the pattern of good relations in the community so that children's rights are as stated in The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in article 28B section (2) and Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection in conjunction with Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection can be fulfilled.
