Bokor Rotan Indah di Desa penarungan Kabupaten Badung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari segi produk UD. Bokor Rotan Indah memproduksi 11 jenis keben. Harga keben bervariasi sesuai dengan bahan baku dan ukurannya. UD. Bokor Indah Rotan melakukan 2 jenis saluran distribusi yaitu distribusi langsung dan distribusi model satu perantara. Dari segi promosi UD. Bokor Indah Rotan melakukan penjualan direct selling atau penjualan langsung juga beriklan melalui media internet, bisnis online dan pameran. . mahanavami09@yahoo.co.id
Perbaikan dan perubahan di bidang bisnis menjadikan perusahaan percaya bahwa modal intelektual menjadi komponen dan aset penting dalam mengukur dan mengevaluasi kinerja di antara sektor bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komponen Intellectual Capital yaitu Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) dan Structural Capital Value added (STVA) terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) pada perusahaan sub sektor otomotif dan komponen di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 5 perusahaan sub sektor otomotif dan komponen. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan periode tahun 2015 – 2019 yang dipublikasikan di website resmi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Otomotif Dan Komponen, Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Otomotif Dan Komponen dan Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Otomotif Dan Komponen.
This study aims to identify the condition of internal factors, external factors and the formulation of innovation strategies for the development of competitiveness of eco-based coastal tourism destinations, management organizations and service quality. This type of research is qualitative research. Methods of data collection using methods of observation, documentation and interviews. Respondents are determined purposively based on the purpose of this research. Data analysis techniques used are Internal Factor Analysis Strategic (IFAS), External Factor Analysis Strategic (EFAS) and SWOT matrix model. The results of this study indicate that the internal factor condition consists of strengths showing that natural conditions white sandy beaches, calm blue water and strong community support. Desa Pakraman organization and management are given full authority and responsibility to manage this coastal tourist destination. The weakness is the low entrepreneurial spirit and the quality of local human resources, as well as the preservation of the environment. External factors indicate that opportunities are based on the economic aspect of improving entrepreneurship and empowering local entrepreneurs to own and manage businesses, and strong synergy among stakeholders. Threats to coastal tourism destinations are land tenure by investors, regional carrying capacity, exploitation and environmental pollution. The main strategies for developing coastal tourism destinations through Growth Inovation Strategy are formulated through innovation and infrastructure innovation strategies, organizational innovation and management strategies and innovative service quality strategies.
The purpose of this study is to examine and explain the effect of human capital and structural capital on the financial performance of Rural Credit Banks in Bali, both in direct and indirect relationships. This study uses a mixed research design, a research method that combines quantitative and qualitative research designs. The population in this study is conventional BPRs in the Province of Bali, totaling 136 BPRs (Bank Indonesia, 2016), with a sample of 60 BPRs in Bali. The unit of analysis is 60 BPR leaders. Quantitative analysis based on multivariate analysis uses structural equation modeling or SEM (structural equation modeling) with a variance based or component based approach called PLS (partial least square). The results of this study indicate that: Human capital has no significant effect on the financial performance of Rural Credit Banks in Bali Province; Human capital and structural capital have a significant positive effect on the financial performance of Rural Credit Banks in Bali Province; Structural capital is able to fully mediate the influence of human capital on the financial performance of Rural Credit Banks in Bali. The novelty of this research are 1) examining intangible asets, namely human capital and structural capital on BPR financial performance in Bali, 2) human capital in this study is to explore leadership based on local Balinese concepts called Astabrata leadership. Some limitations of research and suggestions for further research are as follows: (a) Behavioral research is vulnerable to bias, so it needs to be tested in the future; (b) Results cannot be disputed because they are only carried out in the banking sector, namely BPR, so a comparative test is needed between BPRs with commercial banks, cooperatives or LPDs in Bali.
This research is motivated by the inconsistency of the results of previous studies so that the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity and profitability on firm value in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The population in this study is the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 through the website www.idx.co.id, where the sample used is 12 companies with 48 observations and the analytical technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and t test. The results of the analysis show that the capital structure has a negative effect on firm value in the food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Liquidity has a negative effect on firm value in food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability has a positive effect on firm value in food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. .
