The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning innovation during the Covid-19 pandemic and its relation to students' physical and mental health. The method used was a qualitative method using library research. The study showed that during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the teachers and students conducted their teaching and learning using media such as laptops, smartphones, or tablets connected through the network by providers or WiFi. Students' physical health was distracted due to the duration of using those media was too long. At the same time, insufficient supervision by parents also affected their psychological health since all information spread very quickly without any qualified filter. However, teachers also experienced the same cases as students' have. This study suggests that parents should take action not only to monitor the duration of their children's learning but also the content they access.
The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the transformational leadership model at the Khozinatul 'Ulum Blora Islamic Boarding School by utilizing all the components available in the pesantren. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques used, namely documentation, interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership is based on several principles, namely: The basic principles in transformational leadership at the Khozinatul Ulum Blora Islamic Boarding School are: first, simplification is shown by the clear vision of the Khozinatul 'Ulum Blora Islamic Boarding School. second, motivation, namely kiai in motivating ustadz and students according to their respective responsibilities. third, facilities, namely providing both physical and academic facilities to students and teachers. fourth, innovation, namely being brave and responsible and open to new things as evidenced by changes in the curriculum and collaboration with various parties on the instructions of the kiai. fifth, mobility, namely by doing a systematic division of labor in accordance with the responsibilities of each component. sixth, determination is proven by evaluation as a form of escort and improvement of activities at the Khozinatul 'Ulum Blora Islamic Boarding School.
Curriculum development is something that must be done by educational institutions, especially in relation to curriculum development in an effort to form the character of students who respect each other even though they have different understandings. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Aswaja religious local content curriculum in shaping the character, constraints and supporting factors faced by teachers in implementing the curriculum. The research method used is qualitative with the type of field research. The data sources are school principals, waka curriculum and local content teachers aswaja. Data were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this study are first, the implementation of the Aswaja religious mulok curriculum in an effort to build the character of students based on moral intelligence in MA Nurul Islam Kriyan Aswaja learning does not refer to theory only, but also through the application of habits in madrasas, this is a conscious and continuous effort in introduce and instill the basic values of Aswaja in students. second, the obstacles faced are the limited availability of textbooks, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, limited time for teachers to teach, and lack of student interest. Third, the supporting factors are the teachers and the madrasa culture with the nuances of aswaja
As one of the educational institutions in Indonesia, Islamic boarding schools also have methods in conveying material to their students and sometimes this method is a characteristic found in Islamic boarding schools. These various methods should be understood by taking into account the various patterns contained in them so that it can be seen to what extent the pesantren is actively involved in fostering good interaction between the kiai and the santri. The purpose of this study is to determine the pattern of educative interactions contained in the learning method at the Khozinatul 'Ulum Blora Islamic boarding school. This research is a field research carried out at the Khozinatul 'Ulum Blora Islamic Boarding School, the data collection techniques used are semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and also documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's theory, namely data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of this study indicate that at the Khozinatul 'Ulum Blora Islamic boarding school in teaching material to students using five methods, namely memorization in which there is a two-way interaction pattern, bandongan in which there is a one-way interaction pattern and in the bahsul masa'il method, practice and play. role in which there is a pattern of multi-directional interaction.
