Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar matematika mana yang lebih baik, dengan whatsapp group atau webinar zoom dan seberapa efektifnya kedua Platform tersebut dalam Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi experiment dengan desain pretest-postest nonequivalent multiple-group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester 2 yang mengambil mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi di Universitas Bina Bangsa dan dipilih 2 kelompok yaitu kelas 2J-MAN dan 2K-MAN yang mempunyai karakteristik hampir sama dilihat dari nilai rata-rata UTS. Data hasil belajar mahasiswa diperoleh dari hasil ujian tengah semester (UTS) kedua kelompok setelah perlakuan, data kemudian diolah dengan uji perbedaan rata-rata Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar matematika kedua kelas sama sebelum diberi perlakuan dan hasil belajar matematika kedua kelas berbeda setelah diberi perlakuan atau dengan kata lain kelas yang diberikan Perlakuan Webinar Zoom lebih baik dari pada kelas yang diberikan Perlakuan WA Group.

Obesity is a health disorder characterized by an increase in body weight, measured by waist circumference. High waist circumference is linked to potential development of non-communicable diseases. A systematic review study was used to explore health risks of high waist circumference through Google Scholar, Science Direct, Pubmed, and Proquest. Findings show that high waist circumference increased the risks of developing hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, joint pain, low back pain, and hyperuricemia. It is recommended that government increase their role in raising public awareness to maintain healthy lifestyle.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of intellectual capital and islamicity performance index by proxy is profit-sharing ratio, zakat performance ratio, and equitable distribution ratio on performance of Islamic bank in Indonesia in the period 2010-2014. The data used in this research is financial statement of 11 Islamic bank in Indonesia 2010-2014 periods. Regression model using panel data with Fixed Effect Model. The result of this research is intellectual capital and zakat performance ratio has significant and positif impact on ROA, while equitable distribution ratio has not significant impact on ROA, and profit sharing ratio has significant  and positif impact on ROA.   Keyword: Islamic bank, Performance, Intellectual Capital, Islamicity Performance Index

This paper aims to assess the impact of individual factors (interpersonal trust, individual attitude, perceived benefit/costs, and individual self efficacy) and organizational factors (management support, incentives/reward, leadership, and organizational culture) on knowledge sharing intention and their impact to knowledge sharing behavior. The data were obtained by using questionnaires distributed to all researchers and staffs at Cancer Research Center C-Tech Labs Edwar Technology with 100 samples taken. This research center is the only Lab Cancer in Indonesia. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was used to ascertain the proposed relationship. The present study found that four dimensions of individual factors (interpersonal trust, individual attitude, perceived benefit/costs, and self-efficacy) and four dimensions of organizational factors (management support, incentives/reward, leadership, and organizational culture) were significantly related to knowledge sharing intention and they mediate to knowledge sharing behavior.

The article was to determine student perceptions in online learning. This research was conducted by survey method by giving questionnaires to 239 active students of Bina Bangsa University. Quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and qualitative data from open-ended questions to gain insight into student perceptions. The analysis shows that 80% of students are willing to take part in online learning, 62% of students claim online learning provides benefits, and 32% of students have difficulty understanding the material. In conclusion, the perception of students in online learning is relatively good with several obstacles that require improvement. So it is recommended that online learning should be planned, implemented, and evaluated in order to minimize problems and maximize the achievement of learning objectives An abstract should explain a brief, comprehensive summary of article contents; it allows readers to survey.
